So where are the "millions"? If somebody is awarded 5 million shares which if I remember right is what Christiansen received, it is still only $450k at $.09. Where are the "MILLIONS"?
In order for "millions" to happen the share price will have to be above a dollar and in order for that to happen contracts will have to be signed. If contracts are signed, well, there will be a lot of apologizing to do by some here and the "millions" these executives will have will be well earned along with the millions investors will earn.
Like apologies are going to happen. NOT! LOL
Perpetuating the notion that Sanswire is currently a scam is simply a disconnect from reality. On the other hand I don't think you can find a long who will not agree that Tim and Joe were indeed scamming. A price for which they are currently paying. The old click is gone, get over it already.
BS? What part? Quit changing the subject, always the mark of someone who lost a debate.
An update to Eastcor's efforts will be made eventually, perhaps they should listen to you and elevate you to co-CFO and do what you say when you say it.
So Tim Huff made millions? Where is the money?
Joe Montessoro made millions where is the money?
You threw a bunch of names out there but I really cannot see where these people made millions like you said. This board has been tracking Seifert's sales up to a recent point and he only made a couple of hundred thousand and it was selling shares given to him for work he did. Maybe you think he should work for free.
Did not these people get mostly shares, which you have inflated the price of very dramatically, to get to this "millions" of which you speak?
How about backing up your claim with some income from sales of these shares.
You invented this "millions" you claim and threw out a bunch of names associated with the past structure of this company in order to try to falsely accuse that this company is a scam. The scam was from the past, once the SEC went through this company with a fine tooth comb that status changed. To declare that current management is somehow scamming people running a company under SEC scrutiny is INSANE. Especially when current management are buying shares.
"Do you deny that insiders have pocketed millions from this scam?"
THEN NAME ONE!!! who pocketed what and how?
How hard could it be?
I smell scam alright and it isn't coming from the company or it's current officers.
You still cannot delineate who and how much. Could it be because there is diddly to make by anybody including officers unless contracts come through?
LOL, name those insiders and how much they made and how they made it.
Can't do it can you.
Corporate officers of Sanswire buying shares is one of the most telling pieces of information shareholders can and should be paying attention to. These investments would not be made if there was a chance of them losing their money. It indicates an extremely high confidence in the company and it's products. Remember, they know more about Sanswires products than a poster on a message board claiming Sanswire has no viable products.
Simple as that.
So who is the new CFO? Per TDA alert.
If you do not know enough to investigate how to post a picture on Ihub how is it you expect us to believe your due diligence on Sanswire?
So you think it is the walk down? I've seen this before with other stocks. They'll do it during accumulation as well.
the trading pattern does look like an intentional walk down the last few trading days.
This could also be a reaction to no news on the $750k.
So now it's a bad thing to quote historical people? The quote by JFK on the Sanswire-Tao site seemed to me to be very appropriate. How is this a bad or "low" thing to do?
Somebody is feeling good about this company.
100k trade at ask just went through.
lol. Some of us are thankful for that current sp.
You don't seem to know much about MM's and how some co's and knowledgeable individuals work to accumulate stock - and I am not saying that is what is going on with SNSR.
So I am sure that when Sanswire goes higher than 12 cents a share you will certainly be here touting it's rise and why. They'll celebrate with a snowball fight in hell on that day.
No, you have the facts wrong Cole. There are 1,000 more shareholders than there were before. You cannot argue with that, it is a statistic.
Yet the insiders are NOT taking their money out. they are putting their money IN. Same with retail investors, I understand we now have 22,000 up by 1,000.
Glad to see you think the competition has obsolete junk.
Yes, I agree desperate times call for desperate measures, sort of like the desperation showing in the negative posts.
I see them cleaning up a mess and setting this company up for contracts. I do not see one single negative thing about these guys. They believe they will take this company to contracts or they would not put their money into it. Quite simple.
"but they're doing a helluva job at making a new one"
Please enlighten us on the mess they are creating.
(This should be good).
Management has their reasons, I for one am not going to second guess their reasons for the sole purpose of providing a negative spin like some do.
"They now qualify as a "proven" scam operating as they always have,"
You have nothing Cole except the fantasy in your mind. The "always have" is just plain ludicrous when looking at current management and their record of moving this company forward. You still want to equate the new management with the old. They are light years apart. One set is in jail, the other set of management are accomplished business people. So far, they have not taken any steps backward, only forward and have improved the outlook of this company a great deal.
All these years?! Anything attributed to "all these years" would be directed at people who are in jail as far as I know.
Having a hard time grasping tangibles in reality Cole?
You may find the potential when you're holding a bucket of short. Good luck covering and going long at that point.
Usually, when people are skeptical of an investment they move on. I suggest you sell your shares and find an investment with which you are more comfortable. I further suggest you stay away from R & D companies as it appears you can't emotionally handle the risk.
They are not set to your personal schedule, releases will happen when they see fit. I think they have incredibly better credentials than you do and are in a better position than you to make those decisions.
"Looks like new management is showing the same skill set as old management."
No they are not, totally misleading, biased and wrong.
Hey Hog, got to have a winner somewhere. :>)
I do still have faith, just going to take time.
How about $1.58.
"1.54 after hours tomorrow will be interesting"
When considering buying SIRI keep in mind that it does not matter at what price you buy at or when. SIRI will always be higher the next year. This pattern will continue for several years.
I feel the Futterwacken coming on
I know I'm getting a chuckle from the desperation. The inferences are getting really thin on logic.
"Shareholders are collectively laughing at your spin of these events all the while the story continues to unfold contrary to your hopes."
I must have had 30 to 40 alerts. It was widely dispersed. Something with $ on it will bring in the big buyers falling over themselves to get a piece of the pie. Each one of these solid developments are getting attention, the interest in owning shares will grow.
The sp increase will hit a certain point that will drop jaws if these developments happen. I've seen it many times.
LOL!! "but I heard it will split to $6 so hedge funds can churn it and lure in more public investors."
Rumors!? HA! I was wondering what the next bash was going to be. Nothing left so you had to invent one out of thin air. You guys are too much! Especially you cool, no freebies from a law suit so now this is what you bring to the table? Ether? Swamp gas? Vapor? Dreams? All these have more substance than your WAG of an rs.
When the time comes, and many believe it is not that far away, we won't have to point anything out to you at all. The Kroplin thing is all you have left. Cling to it Jet, at least as long as you can.
thanks for the link E.
Preban Absinthe? You party animal! lol
Yes it is Peeb!! I only have a 94 rated cigar instead of a genuine Cuban but it will do.
I believe I will not be alone in toasting Mike, Glenn and our esteemed H., great work guys.
Excelsior, onward and upward!
Sanswire Announces Settlement With Securities and Exchange Commission
KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/17/10 -- Sanswire Corp. (OTCBB: SNSR), a developer of lighter-than-air unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and related technologies, today announced that it has reached a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") resolving the previously-disclosed lawsuit against GlobeTel Communications Corp. ("GlobeTel," now Sanswire), without admitting or denying the allegations in the SEC's complaint, as is consistent with standard SEC practice. The settlement relates to allegations of fraud and other wrongdoing by former management dating back to 2002.
The SEC's complaint alleged that GlobeTel engaged in actions that violated certain federal securities laws and SEC rules, including the antifraud provisions. Under the terms of the settlement, the Company is required to pay a civil penalty of $300,000. As previously disclosed, the Company placed funds to pay the civil penalty in escrow in June 2010. Further, the Company consented to a permanent injunction against future violations of such federal securities laws and SEC rules. The Company also has agreed to perform certain undertakings, including among other things retaining a Chief Financial Officer, establishing and securing board members for an independent Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, and retaining an Audit Committee Financial Expert for the Board, to enhance its disclosure controls, processes and practices. On December 16, 2010, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida was advised of the settlement and dismissed all claims against GlobeTel without prejudice.
"Sanswire is committed to the highest standards of ethics and accounting," stated Glenn Estrella, President and CEO. "A critical focus of our new management team has been to strengthen our corporate governance structure and our disclosure controls and procedures in order to maintain integrity in our financial reporting and ensure our systems and results are reliable going forward."
"This settlement is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders as it brings a long SEC investigation and lawsuit to closure," added Michael Clark, the Company's Chairman of the Board. "We are extremely pleased to have resolved this matter and look forward to moving on to execute our current business strategy."
Would be nice indeed. I just don't want to see a freaking gap Monday.
3/4 of a million shares so far, also a Bingo
Looks like the .09 ask is drying up as well.
Any bashers going long will be sure to let us old longs know right? LOL, like that's going to happen.
Unsophisticated investors get burned every day, usually the investor takes responsibility for the investment. Not all business ventures succeed. As for those that claim GTEL SANSWIRE is a burn....their case gets weaker with every new development.
