Yet worse--sub-$1... (and counting...)
You were saying??!
If I've said it once I've said it a dozen times: The one thing large investors want to see from ILUS (or any other bulletin board stock for that matter) is independently verified contracts signed with industry Goliaths in economically viable sectors of the economy...It's the only factor that will raise the PPS reliably or sustainably... That's the wheat...anything less is chaff...and the paltry stock price following the announcement (yet again) makes it abundantly clear that the investment community doesn't give a tinker's damn about a $4.5 million dollar net profit without evidence of buy-in from large institutions (like hedge funds or government agencies or transnational corporations...
End,
C
The Fed Chairman Jerome Powell--like most of his predecessors--seems to think his only weapon is the hammer of interest rate hikes...So each time inflation rears its bulbous head JP sees it as a nail...which he'll hammer (down?) with more aggressive increases which will eventually place our economy in a coffin...
And he's a Princeton grad...
Pity,
C
Good old OTC...Predictably unpredictable...
A breakout to what price point??
A dime?
A nickel??
A penny???
GREAT!!
Thx!
C
Ok thanks!
Will they be audited financials? That would certainly help...If not, I'd be cautious with my optimism since the unaudited variety hasn't often moved the stock price of an OTC company very much in the past...Hope we'll be an exception but I guess we'll soon see...
I wasn't bad mouthing Mr.Triant at all; far from it...I was simply asking an honest question---one that should be posed about the CEO of any bulletin board company with (thus far) unrealized hopes of making it to a senior exchange like the NYSE or the NASDAQ at some point...
C
Was MMTLP trading on a senior exchange or was it a pink sheeter?
Also, when was it decommissioned and why?
C
Great teach, Peach...
C
You may not have long to wait...
C
Same here--at least if you're defining short term as the period covering the next, say, two or three months...In the weeks ahead I feel the stock price could dip as low as a buck...But long term--as in years--I feel this company has genuine potential provided existing government contracts bear fruit and at the same time lead to other signings with industry behemoths who require advanced cybersecurity features not yet offered by our competitors...
C
Got it~
Thanks Tash!
C
That's encouraging; thanks...
What rights aren't being protected by the US government in Mr. Triant's opinion?
Just curious,
C
How would any investor really know that the CEO has been busy other than by verifiable results following an announcement? We certainly hope so, but the stock price doesn't reflect it, and until it does doubt abounds, unfortunately...
C
You cross your fingers and I'll cross my toes
GLTUA & have a prosperous week, hopefully...
C
I agree with the more realistic valuation you're suggesting, but the market never seems to give a tinker's damn about pink sheet stocks no matter how promising the financials or how well managed they may be until independently verified contracts are signed with industry whales in viable sectors of the economy...
We'll see, but given all of the times I've been in this scenario previously where favorable revenue reports were supposed to raise the stock price (but didn't...) I'm not even slightly optimistic...
Hope I'm dead wrong~
C
"I'm thinking the SP should easily get over .50 and maybe get into the ,.007 range or more..."
Was that a typo about our stock reaching fifty cents in your opinion?
C
Let's hope that the trajectory of this stock doesn't match ILUS's entirely...
C
If, if, if...
My gut tells me that this will be much ado about nothing
But since I'm pretty heavily invested here I certainly hope I'm wrong...
C
If that's all that's low then I'd say he's still in good shape
C
For ILUS it's been 'that time of the month' for far too long as far as its investors are concerned...
Does anyone know what the outcome was of yesterday's meeting with the panel of experts?
Judging from this morning's stock price I'd have to say 'Not much...'
C
Given history following conference calls like this what did you expect?!?
Sigh,
C
Could be a sage move on your part....I don't think we've tested the bottom just yet...The stock price could flatten out around a buck ten before floating upwards again
We'll see...
C
If the world is still here five years from now it might not matter...
C
Not that it will make you feel any better but you're in good company....sort of...
C
Wow....That was certainly eye-opening...Until now I thought that exiting the OTC would be an automatic plus if only because there figured to be fewer shenanigans with stock price manipulation typical of bulletin board companies--not to mention the added benefit of higher visibility in the institutional investment community...While not every Pink Sheet escapee will have the unfortunate experience that AMMX did, their story certainly merits consideration before making the decision to jump to a more senior exchange...
C
Because they're more likely to give Bunda Buddy a chubby than their overalls
C
From your lips to Jehovah's ears...
Hope you're right
C
Like just about every other bag holding Pink Sheet Pauper that I know...
C
ILUS is also SEC-reporting, but your point is well taken...In the SEC it's rare...
C
Even if it does--and I'm not betting on it--in my experience reports like this rarely budge the stock price meaningfully or sustainably...As always, the only thing that figures to move the needle with shareholders would be a combination of independently verified contracts secured with industry behemoths in other sectors--particularly biotech (think Eli Lily or Astra Zeneca, et al)--together with an uplist...Speaking of which, the best of all worlds, of course, would be for us to land on a senior exchange like the NASDAQ or the NYSE. But it would still help considerably if this stock was trading on a more visible exchange within the OTC like the QX or at least the QB, where many more institutional buyers would see us...But as things currently stand, we have very little visibility in realms that really matter price wise...
C
That may be true but--as is the case with most OTC stocks--it's not just the revenue numbers that matter, it's the expenses as well...If this company can manage to secure acquisitions without diluting shares--or the CEO going against his word and performing the much dreaded reverse split--DVLP will be one of the only pink sheet stocks in the recallable past to become massively successful without screwing its investors along the way; we'll see soon enough...
My three cents,
C
Where are you finding that ILUS insiders are selling????
Right Said, Fred
C
You're making comments without providing a link to his remarks??
WHERE IS IT???
Sadly, it's shaping up that way...That said, picking up shares on the cheap (like under a dollar at the rate we've been going since that stupid-assed conference call this past Tuesday) would be tempting...
