He is also incredibly stupid. There will be a significant class action or series of individual law suits which will expose Dave and Benito for who and what they really are. Benito just destroyed a company that could have been wildly successful. Getting in bed with a snake oil salesman like Dave was a huge mistake.
Also go on LinkedIn to Dave’s profile and expose him for the asswipe that he is. Let’s bury this asshole
I’m in for a good fight here. Fraud is Fraud
It not ok to just move on without exposing the fraud that has just occurred . As I write this Big Dave is having a Cohiba and a nice scotch laughing at our expense. Take action everyone
Perception is reality. If LAHO turns out to be dirty then Fruci should have recused themselves from representing their audit
Fruci is going to have a negative Public Relations issue on their hands if the Laho shareholders are scammed. Guilty by association
I agree and I’ll be the first one to file a lawsuit
a PR statement from Big Dave today would be very appreciated . At least we will no what next steps we need to take....to the bank or to our Attorney.
well we will see...and have our attorney's number on speed dial.
And if this does not work out for the Laho stockholders I would expect prompt complaints to the sec followed by a massive class action suit by thousands of LAHO shareholders. I hope that it doesn't go that way.
I agree with the content of your post. a class action suit is in order if this goes south.
I’m from Jersey don’t screw with me . I will win this fight
If that is the Case my attorney will be filing a class action suit. And that is an absolute
You may want to check the very simple Math regarding the number of months since the de-listing
It's going to be an interesting ride here Ladies and Gentlemen
Robinhood spoke with nobody.
Sir you are making statements that make no sense.
Don't waste your time asking for information that isn't there. This board is a comedy show.
I disagree. I think it has everything to do with Dave. Knowing that he is actually a successful Executive with a proven track record makes the LAHO/GSCG merger more likely to happen.
Adding more credibility to our cause
Chunky another spot on post. I don't see any fraud here like many have intimated on this board ...which I guess is ok since it's their opinion. MY opinion continues to be that Dave will get his paperwork in order and this merger will take place in the near term. There is nothing insignificant about GSCG....they are a growing, highly profitable entity. Looking forward to watching us all be part of the success.
OK we do need a PR sooner than later that's for sure. I am extremely bullish on this RM. And I hope it happens....we do need to hear from one of the concerned entities about where " things are "
As a person who has done as much DD on this stock as possible I agree. As I have mentioned before, the business case is just too strong here. Stem Cell therapy is the future of medicine. GSCG could have walked away from the deal months ago ....but they didn't.
Excellent Post
I see a company that is going to prosper and provide nice return to all of it's respective investors. The reality that stem cell therapy can positively affect the lives of every living being...human and animal is upon us. Strong business case for this to turn out well.
Couldn't agree more with your post. A five year old could see the intention of the hate emailers to Mr Carter. Flippers looking to cash out.... Lets let him grow the organization and the share price will follow. Not an overnight thing. Was IBM built in a day, a week a decade for that matter? How about Facebook?
My problem with your opinion is that GSCG is a very legit business with respectable income and a bright future. Why would they get in bed with a shell company that can't bring them to the promised land. from a business 101 standpoint I totally disagree with your view on this.
And the question I have is what determines the ratio (i.e 1:500) of the stock split? What is the Math formula based upon?
LOL oh you keep me young. I dare to ask if you can please send me over some supporting documentation of your claim.
Yup....I'm leaving my whopping 1K in and never look at it again for 2-3 years.
No grey market...that was the plan all along. The losers here are all of the folks who shorted the stock.
You make zero sense. Did you read the PR from last week?
A PR from either company is needed right now. Hopefully before the end of the week.
I don't know if the attorneys and cpa's can influence the speed here. However I feel strongly that this combined entity of GSCG and LAHO is one for the ages. GSCG is a profitable company who appear to be well managed and have a "product" that can affect people worldwide. My point is that the SEC has to be cognizant of the impact that the new Company can have on this world of ours. They want this merger to happen.
I agree with that also. Hopefully we get a PR tomorrow or Friday that can shed some light on our path forward and I do mean Forward.
That's excellent. The company growth could be staggering here. Looking forward to the future here.
You know as stated by others, if GSGC is still in sync with LAHO and the merger is still on track we are good to go. And the sequence of what happens next as outlined by Mr Tobin should be a swift ( hopefully ) series of administrative tasks which will bring us back to a really good place.
I tend to agree although I am cautiously optimistic only because we haven't seen a response or PR from Lans. It is gratifying though that the shorts are the real losers here. They have manipulated this stock for months...I may lose my investment but they will too.
I appreciate the response...I'm looking at this from a macro view and believe that the new company will show a steady growth over the years. I hope I am right...I'm bullish on this stock.
