How can someone prove something that's already been proven. The posted financials support every claim made up to that point. Tweets this that or whatever, I can give benefit of doubt given theres 4 years audits that match up to claims. Not a single lie to be found. If someone has proof of one, by all means post proof so we can see. Probably dont have any proof though or it would have been posted. Asking CEO to prove something that was already proven but then people make claims with nothing but hot air.

The audited financials the company posted to go with those PRs is proof for most people.

I think the error is in assuming he wants the stock to run right now. This has been a multiyear clean up project. I dont think some random buying is what he had in mind for letting us know he was "waking this up". Reading through his past tweets indicates otherwise. I for one agree that it's best to have all the kinks worked out before getting too much attention. His tweet took the wind out of it. You ask what CEO does that..but that's the wrong question. "Why" is the question.

The AS is unchanged in years. Would need to increase it substantially to issue "billions and billions " of shares so we know that's not happening. Next.

Since then nothing has occurred that would bring his average cost down unless he was buying more shares. The alternative is that he was selling shares at a HUGE loss.

Extremely doubtful that that is what's happening. My aforementioned explanation is much more plausible.

Unless he was buying to retire shares and wants to buy more. He retired 225m shares a few months ago. He could just be reloading to retire more. If the price goes up, theres probably a threshold that stops the buying. All imo.

If hes not current with NV he cant change the AS. NV shows the AS. It's not a mystery.
