Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, Inc.$7.50
Celgene Corporation $76.50
Cellectis $28.00
Eureka (private company)
Juno Therapeutics (acquired by Celgenein 03/2018 9 billion)
Kite Pharma (acquired by Gilead for $11.9 billion)
Novartis AG (private company)
Sorrento Therapeutics $7.00
As LA pointed out, IMUN IS IN SOME GOOD COMPANY IN THIS REPORT!
Another thing to keep in mind is the price tag on the Juno and Kite buyouts. This is a good sign for both Cytocom/IMUN, if there are any future offers by the big players to acquire either. Cytocom being the main one, IMO, because of the U.S. patents, trials, research etc.
I am confident it will be "when", not if. IMO
I mean seriously, the date on that was June 14th. 12 days ago, and no one could have put together a few quick words and a link?
I would think something like that could have been in a quick PR write up and released....hmmmmmmm.
Absolutely!!!
He's a good dude. I have made a few investments in different companies. He has done great by me!
Great report....shouldn't that have been released in a news feed with a link for all to see on all the trading platforms????
Oh snap. Secrets out!!!!
IMO we have voiced our concerns, now the ball is in Noreen's court. Hopefully something will be coming out soon.
Back to sub .02...nice. sure would be nice to have some news and retail trading.
NO news again...sigh
The board needs to get involved and force the transparency issue. At least attempt to maintain stock value while your working vigorously behind the scenes. I like LA's thought process. IMUN needs a COO position for Noreen to kick ass in, and continue all her hard and valuable work. She can stay focused on everything she has been doing so far. We need a new CEO or a Designated PR person that understands the importance of transparency and maintaining stock value for the investors other than just the big dog investors.
I don't think Noreen understands that most of us have much more to lose than investors like big dog investors. Yes, they have millions of dollars invested, but that is a drop in the bucket when you have millions in reserve and at your disposal.
The rest of us invested 50-500k range. We believed in this company, the employees and Noreen. Most of us living month to month, and do not have millions of dollars in reserve. We have much more to lose here than the millionaires. For every investor, every company carries a certain amount of risk. I hope Noreen realizes, we believed in this company and her to the extent, we invested way more of our livelihood than her big investors. We actually believed more in her, the company, the story, and LDN. We gave a great deal more of what we had and the risk is much higher for the 80-90% of us who are invested.
We gave so much of what we had, isn't it time you give us something back Noreen? Isn't it time to restore some faith and stock value to our company? We have invested so much here, and all we ask is to do what 90% of all companies do...put out some good PR and news.
OTCX is really trying to get some money on their earlier short sales. They started trying to sell at .0257, now they have been lowering little by little to .0248. A*shats.
A good read on illegal naked short selling
http://counterfeitingstock.com/CounterfeitingStock.html
I am no expert on how difficult it is to complete this kind of data, but it appears to be pretty straight forward, and easily obtainable. Maybe someone, not Noreen, she is pretty busy right now, but maybe a board member, legal, financial or someone could spend a few day crunching the numbers on the short selling going on in our stock, and if it the same situation, file a complaint with the SEC. If this info was shared, and every company with suspicions of this type of illegal short selling, enough complaints could be filed, and maybe some more of this illegal short selling could be stopped

Here is the news release about illegal naked short selling.

Dwarren, I believe, you said you had prior dealings and communication before with IMUN'S attorney. Maybe (if you have that information), It can be posted here, so the shareholders can contact this lawyer, if they so desire as LA suggested. After all, legal is accountable to the company and the shareholders....especially the shareholders.
What legal and the company should be paying attention to, is the false trades under the guise of lgal MM trading. I was reading what one company did, MAXD. they tracked all the trading that was supposed legal shorts by MMs. But it was all false. They tracked it all over the last year, and apparently by the data, prove illegal activity. It was a news release last week or the week before. They reported this illegal activity to the Securities Exchange, and suddenly the illegal short selling has stopped almost immediately, according to the article.
Maybe this is what legal should be working on instead of putting their 2 cents in where it does not belong. The great lack of knowledge and training is evident, in the drop in stock price the last few PR news feeds.
So yea, pass that along to legal. It was a very interesting news release read.
At this point, there is not much more that can be said or done. It is up to Noreen how, and when she decides to release information to the shareholders and what format that news will be released.
Until that is decided, there is nothing we can do but wait, and for those who can load up at this price, get the cheap shares.
I know our complaints have been heard, so now we wait and see if Noreen will listen and respond, or continue "business as usual" until there is something huge to announce. Until then, do not expect the value of our stock to go anywhere outside the. 019-.027 range without retail trading.
Hang in there SPARTANS, ONE DAY, one week, one month in the future, something will be released. It is frustrating and disappointing though. So much for the Dec 2017 shareholder letter that said there would be more transparency and frequent News updates to the shareholders.
Hang in there
I don't know. What we do know, is Noreen was given a good PR, after many complaints a few months ago. But, those Pro's are being hacked to pieces by the attorney, who seems to want more involvement than any attorneys job entails.
Like LA and I have said, you don't let a PR person put their 2 cents in on legal matters. An attorneys job is one thing, and one thing only: "is this PR legal". That's it, nothing more.
There could also be other involvement, who knows. It's not an issue of legal competency, it's about allowing an employee or a contracted person to be involved way beyond the scope of their job description.
LA pointed asked the question why? Why would a lawyer push their involvement to such an extent to do more damage than food to the company stock value, that you have a legal obligation to protect?
As always, more questions than answers. I mean, I get IMUN, like all start up company works in the red until everything is in place and the company starts generating money. Maybe, the lawyer is working for peanuts or at such a low price, and Noreen doesn't think another lawyer with the same skill set would do the same at whatever the price she's paying, therefore, the lawyer has her kinda of hostage to impose her will on the PR's. Maybe Noreen is scared to lose her, therefore cant stand up and tell her to only do what she is paid to do.
I mean really, only conjecture, and I am hypothosizing, but hey it's one theory, because honestly, nothing about what is going on with the PR's makes any rational sense. Who knows, maybe the lawyer has control or insecurity issues. Many people do these days. She apparently is not happy or secure in her role as lawyer and needs to justify something to herself by this continuing detrimental involvement in PR's.
Again, we can only hypothesis out here in the darkness
That's about right. She has done some good things behind the scenes, and is horrible at keeping the investors informed publicly of anything. Some want her head, I just want the problem fixed. However this has been an ongoing issue, and, at least for now, appears it will continue.
I agree with LA, the lawyer needs to go. I hope as soon as revenue comes in, there will be a drastic change to that.
LA and I (and others), Have continued to drive the bad PR point into the ground. We wait and wait and wait for PR, and when it finally does come out, it is confusing, a total mess and actually has the opposite effect: IMUN STOCK DROPS.
NO matter what is in the works, or on the horizon, the responsibility is to keep stick value up. There has been no effort to keep our stock value up.
I feel like Noreen (who I know reads or is relayed everything we write here), just doesn't care about the common stock holder. Now if we were 4 or 5 of those big dog investors, maybe it would be different. I mean we all really can only speculate, because again, no real solid, clear info.
I have never been in a company that doesn't have shareholder meetings at least once a year or more.
We sit, we wait, and we hope big things are on the horizon. We have faith, because really, without any solid PR, revenue filings, etc....that's all we have.
GO SPARTANS!
Locicat1, if we had info, we would be sharing. Trying to get information about what's going on is like pulling teeth, especially lately. I know the powers that be, read this message board. We can only hope that all the questions and concerns with we have raised here will be answered soon. It is what it is for now.
Something has been going on with the website in the last few weeks. When the last 8k and news feed was announced about IMUNS 10% ownership in Cytocom, one of the big red flags(for a new retail investor) was the Cytocom website had not been updated since 2015. Now, many of the things that were on the website are gone, and the copyright date/update date says 2017. We are well into 2018, so when those changes were made it should have said 2018. Probably jyst a mistake by whoever is updating the site. The logo, color, appearance and the format is also different than a month ago. It stands to reason, that whoever is working on the new Cytocom website, may have accidentally had Noreen listed as CEO, and when the discussions were had on IHUB and LA's inquiry, they took it down, realizing it was a mistake.
LA and I had a thought that maybe the person working on the website added that by mistake.
I think in my post, I clearly mentioned that today things had changed on the website from a few days ago when I posted it mentioned her as CEO. Wish I would have screenshot that earlier thus week.
When I looked earlier this week, it had Noreen listed as CEO on the opening homepage. Also had others listed and talked about them. LA did some inquiry and asked some questions about this, and when I went to the Cytocom website the things that were there, are not there anymore. Who knows what is going on. Nobody is being told anything right now. Eventually, I'm sure we will get something in a PR news feed. We will have to wait until then.
I did find it interesting, as I watched the Mms actively (more actively than they have been), desperately dropping the price below .02. The interesting thing was, usually they drop price by selling very small amounts (5000-11,000 shares), but today, they were selling large amounts (99,000+ shares). It looked like a desperate attempt to scare people into selling, like something was going on, to create panic and have shareholders sell off. But, if you would have looked at the level 2, you would have seen it was all being sold by MMs. Then we get to the end of the day, and as you pointed out, we have sell orders in .026, .027, .035, and upward. Do the Mms know something we don't? Are they in fear (or have knowledge) some big announcement is on the horizon? Is IMUN finally going to bust out (or some cytocom news), and put them at bay? Many questions for us regular shareholders, and no information. I am curious what next week will reveal. We shall see.
Have a great weekend all and continue to load up and hang in there!!!!

Agreed. Now that Noreen's name has been removed from the Cytocom website, maybe she is going to be sticking around with IMUN and give it the old "college try". Im good with that. As I have said, I like Noreen, and all the great things she has done, however this PR and news issue MUST be resolved. The rest of the world needs to know, and clearly understand (in laymans terms), all the great accomplishments, and milestones this company has made. Enough said. Time will tell. We all know how incredible these 2 companies are, and how huge they are going to be. Please t
Let the rest of the world know. GO TEAM IMUN
Hahahahaha...that's great! LMAO
The Cytocom website has been updated, and Noreen's name has been removed from the website. Interesting. Can we please get some news on what is really going on between these 2 companies.
And below .02 it goes....stupid.
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Hopefully, next week, we will see some changes and improvements with regard to PRs and news. Buy ALL YOU CAN SPARTANS!! our stock is at a steal right now.
Ah yes...That complete and utter cluster f**k. Even that could have been salvaged by 4 desperate, in depth, after the fact, news releases....but again, nothing.
I like your thought on legal accountability though. It would definitely require much research, and finding some good precedent setting legal cases with similar situations to suggest/or pursue such an approach.
I personally, don't think things should ever have to come to that. And, as a shareholder, I would hope that it would never, ever come to that. It is something I would never want to see. However, finding some precedent setting cases, and even some not precedent setting cases that involve this very issue, would be an interesting read.
At a minimum, making our CEO (more importantly the board of directors) aware that such cases, that have been decided on before in favor of the companies investors, could be the thing that might, once and for all, make a change, in the way these PRs, news and transparency to the investors are handled in the future.
So far, there has been no voluntary willingness to address this issue so far. Like you have said, it has been the polar opposite.
I would think, a few favorable federal court cases(for the inverstors) faxed in showing this is a real world possibility, could be enough to finally address this issue. At a minimum, possibly push the board of directors to question the people they are contracting IMUN's work to, and make some changes. Hopefully it would also address the issue of allowing individuals who work/contracted by IMUN, from being involved in areas where they have no expertise, and is well outside their job duties and description.
I have said before, it is equally important the things not said, as the things that are. I agree with you, the deliberate, lack of information that has not been released has been devastating to IMUNs stock price and valuation.
Let me know if you come across anything. I think, it would be some interesting reading.
I hope these posts are read by all the powers that be in IMUN, and they understand that, yes, they are working on great things with Cytocom, and yes, this will have great impact on IMUNS stock value. but, you cannot willingly sacrifice IMUN's value in the meantime, and continue to be negligent to IMUN stock value and its shareholders along the way. Your shareholders are frustrated, some angry, and we are nearing a breaking point in the current value of our company.
The fix is easy, get some news out there. There are dozens of things that should have been put out to support our milestones, our agreements, our products, background on companies like Fidson and Cytocom. The people who are working with us, the experts who advise us, worldwide studies that have shown the positive affects of LDN, estimated future revenue based on legit numbers, the demand for non opiate drug use and prescription but the federal government....OMG THE LIST JUST KEEPS GOING ON AND ON. This is all factual stuff, not "fluff" and needs to be well written how these things all have a consolation to IMUN,CYTOCOM and the future of LDN.
LA, you are one smart dude, and it I very much enjoy reading your posts, and appreciate your knowledge. I have learned some good things.
100% agree, but the the real question is: will it change? We have been complaining about the PR and news issue for awhile. Nothing has changed. The IMUN'S shareholders complaints have gone on deaf ears. She was even given a good PR guy, and what became of That? The same, a PR edited beyond recognition.
Change can only come, if one chooses to change. There must be that willingness to change. So far, there has been no effort to fix this issue. It is a shame.
Great things, great milestones, and no one outside of us knows much of anything.
LA, you and I know the problem. She was given a good PR guy, and Noreen and the "I gotta feel important" Gestopo lawyer hacked every good PR to shreds. Edited the PRs to look like a declassified government document. You touched on this before, and I hammered on it hard. But, as many of us have stated before, the buck stops with the CEO. That's it. The CEO has the final word on everything. To allow an employee, or a person your contracting work out to, to be involved in a manner that is beyond their scope or their job is ridiculous. You don't let your building maintenance guy advise you on how to fix your computer tech issues. No matter what the problem is in a company, the buck stops with the CEO. Bottom line.
It is truly frustrating. Noreen has done such phenomenal work getting all these deals done, keeping the company going, but know one know or understands this, but the long shareholders.
It is a travesty, how great this company is, and how huge things will be one day, and no one in the retail investment world has a clue.
Keep buying what you can low, hold and wait. I do find it odd that the Mms (who have not been willing to sell real low lately), are selling so low today. Why are they trying to scare people to sell?
I wonder if something big is going on with Cytocom, that we don't know about.
Any thoughts anyone?
Noreen is now the CEO of Cytocom. She needs to focus on that, and step away from IMUN. IMUN (thanks to Noreens work), has everything in place to continue forward with a new CEO. It is difficult for One person to try to do everything for one company, especially when you don't deligate out things you are not good at. But to try to do it for 2 companies? Seriously. It is clear, Noreen, a very long time ago (Dec 2017 shareholder letter), made the decision to leave IMUN and go to Cytocom. That was 6 months ago it was put out IMUN was looking to replace her as CEO. It is time to expedite that search. IMUN needs a CEO that has one thing, and only one thing he or she is focused on...IMUN. Hopefully the new CEO, understands the importance of good PR and has a sense of true accountability to its shareholders and keeping IMUNs stock at the value it should be. For now, we can only wait. Buy what you can low, one day, IMUN WILL BE VALUED ACCORDINGLY. HOLD THE LINE SPARTANS
Absolutely! Buy everything you can.
Amen brother. You can lead a horse to water....
Amen brother. You can lead a horse to water....
Absolutely. Unfortunately, without an up to date Cytocom website, no good PR, and Noreen not putting out news feeds, well, here we are. The MMs have full control without retail trading. OTCX has a 99,000 share sell order in at .0229. They will keep driving IMUN into the toilet. I would not be surprised if we see the stock price go below .02 today. This is what happens when you have a CEO with to many irons in the fire.
Here, would be the IHUB board. Someone brought it up, there was some discussion, but as I recall, no one had a definitive answer to his name disappearing, and no PR stating as much. It all goes back to bad PR, and little to no communication to investors. When someone does find out, I hope they will share it with the rest of us.
