Of course the first day of trading after the split has more to do with determining the value of shares held.
According to IHUB trades 500,000 shares of $NBRI traded for $0.0002. It does seem to be trading a bit more (in terms of trade size) on the Ask today.
With buyers at $0.0001 on the Bid, I will take that over NO Bid.
Absolutely no problem.
I do admit I am trying to stay fair minded about $NBRI... not too optimistic and not too pessimistic.
Looks like there is a fairly healthy market for $NBRI share this morning.
Here is to a higher $NBRI bid in 2015!
Looks like $NBRI is ending the year with a fairly healthy market for $NBRI shares.
Here's to a higher bid in 2015!
Maybe they should have used their math skills to put more emphasis on predicting the weather and climate than on astronomy.
In my opinion the economy is already in the crapper, the masses just don't realize full extent yet.
I have already given up:
Cable TV
Going to the movies
Called the phone company to have land line disconnected (they gave me $20 a month off)
Put my extra cash into silver.
If it gets worse:
Land line is gone!
Pest Control is gone! (I will do it myself)
Feeding the birds.. (they are on there own)
Anything else goes to what is absolutely needed.
Not bashing $NBRI at all. Just stating a fact the $0.000001 trade for $NBRI is rock bottom for $NBRI in 2014. On 12/29/2014 with NO Bids for $NBRI it certainly looked like it was over for 2014.
With a trade of $0.000001 for $NBRI it certainly looked like the plan to extinguish the toxic debt using $NBRI stock could not be accomplished.
Were there warning signs the $0.000001 was coming. In my opinion there were but I held onto my $NBRI shares knowing that set backs are part of the game. My lessons learned resulted from the fact that I did not see $0.000001 coming.
Yesterday Bids came in for $NBRI, a whole different story, as trades went off for 0.0001, 0.00015, and 0.0002 and a close for $NBRI at $0.00011. There were a lot of out-of-sequence trades that went across the tape yesterday too. Trading yesterday proved me wrong that it was not over for $NBRI in 2014.
As for where $NBRI is headed in 2015, I stated (on the $NBRI board) that a little over 1,250 troy oz. of gold would buy the shares outstanding.
In 2015 the plan for spring activities will be publicly announced as well as how funding will be attained by $NBRI. Do I think a profit of over 1,250 troy oz. of gold can be recovered from the $NBRI claims and properties? Emphatically "yes". And if this can be done then there is no need for a reverse split.
Unlike "Malc" I do own $NBRI shares and have read and trust the public $NBRI announcements. The $NBRI CEO can not legally tell me anything that is not already public. I cannot sign a non-disclosure form over the phone. Based on previous public statements the $NBRI CEO and $NBRI team are working on a plan for 2015 spring startup activities and discussing many different options. I trust that is so and did not know of any other public statements from $NBRI that dispute that.
I along with many other interested (optimistic and pessimistic) parties look forward to hearing about the 2015 plans for $NBRI in a future press release.
As for me, you can call me a "bag holder" or fool for allowing an approximately $200k investment to become valued a $350. I take full responsibility for that.
Until then everyone is entitled to their opinion based on their own interpretations and points of view. After all that is what makes a market.
Will the last trade of the day be 16 shares at $0.00011 (15:29:59)?
One thing is for certain... $NBRI did not stay NO bid all day. There is some trading action going on 0.0001, 0.00015, and 0.0002 have crossed the tape so far today. Although I will say there have been a lot of out-of-sequence trades today.
VWAP: 0.000106
Now quite a few out of sequence trades are showing up.
Personally this is dead money to me. It may show up in my account as a small value, but I know I cannot trade $NBRI to pull any value out of my holdings.
As I have said many times, I look forward to seeing what the spring time plan is for 2015. Since we have not heard anything, it seems that the previous plan to expel the toxic debt is in place.
And there you have it. An out of sequence trade for over 5M shares of $NBRI at 0.0001 just showed up.
And as I was watching L2, a sell order for over 5M shares at 0.0001 just came and went without a trade showing up.
There could be trades happening that will show up later as out-of-sequence trades. Oh... the games VC's and MM's play.
Still NO bid for $NBRI
Interesting... a bid for over 2M shares at 0.0001 seems to have disappeared without a trade. Maybe, they figured it wasn't worth it.
And there it goes to NO bid again.

Here's to looking at any kind of Bid in the morning for $NBRI
The more automated and integrated the computer systems on a plane are the less secure planes are in flight. The flight systems rely on GPS signals. Anyone with the technology can either disrupt those systems or manipulate the GPS signals to fool the flight systems to do whatever.
They may have to start training pilots to navigate and actually fly planes again one day.
All speculation on my part, but it makes for good movie plots.
Facts be damned when trying for a Hillary win.
Suddenly seeing a whole lot of out-of-sequence trades showing up.
Still NO bid and 991,095 shares for sale at 0.0001. Brother can you spare $100
It is all about sitting Hillary up as the next President.
Remember to vote for who best reflects your principles in the primaries. Only then will there be a chance of not having another Bush vs Clinton race.

I was able to get out at $5.28 this morning with a minor loss. I just had a feeling WTI was headed for $50 maybe lower.
I may get in again when a bottom for WTI is in place. Who knows that maybe $40, $35, or even $20. One thing is clear to me, the world economy is on the down turn. 2015 is going to be even more interesting than 2014.
Currently No bid. But if you are willing to buy, there are 900k shares offered at $0.0001
For those interested $NBRI has just hit rock bottom... last trade 800 shares at $0.000001 with currently NO Bid.
R.I.P. $NBRI 2014
Has $NBRI been officially notified of delisting?
I can emphatically claim $NBRI is dead for the rest of 2014.
Still NO Bids showing on IHUB L2 and no further trades since that $0.00008 trade. I wonder how much the paper work cost is for processing that trade.
There is a possibility of a reverse split. Of course I have no inclination as to whether one will ever happen.
From what we have all learned about Leo, even if someone was to buy all the float for say $20k, Leo still has a controlling interest due to the preferred shares he holds.
I should have sold as soon as I learned that the publicly traded shares did not control $NBRI's fate (just the fate of the shareholders).
Lesson Learned!
IHUB L2 is currently showing NO Bid with the ask at 0.0002
According to the IHUB trades 800 shares went through for 0.000001
I wonder what the commission is on a $0.0008 trade.
Oil is in the 'stupid range': Expert
Mon, Dec 29, 2014 CNBC
It's already been brought back... just listen to Rap music.
So what does that tell you about the majority of New Yorkers? Obviously it demonstrates that the majority of New York city voters are fascist. The simplest explanation is usually the correct one.
That is because the race-baiters are not interested in positive solutions or solutions that don't serve their purpose.
Here is something I think most of us can agree with.
If there is no reverse split, then $NBRI will have turned the corner when there is a rising bid and higher highs with higher lows on the charts.
We can debate the future of $NBRI all we want, but a turn-around from the current dilution death spiral will not be recognized until the price charts confirm it.
At Friday's closing prices:
1 troy oz. of gold ($1,196.76) buys 5,983,800 shares of $NBRI ($0.0002)
Let's say that by spring time there are 7.5B shares outstanding and the pps is still $0.0002.
It would take 1,254 troy oz. of gold (at Friday's closing price) to buyout $NBRI.
So I think that when it is clear that $NBRI can have a profit of over 1,250 troy oz. of gold, then there will be a sustained turn-around in $NBRI's pps.
Remember the market is a discounting mechanism. Right now the market is discounting $NBRI's dilution. The market is NOT discounting any potential sizeable profit for $NBRI. Like I stated, I doubt the market sees any $NBRI profit in the foreseeable future. That may change when the spring plan is revealed.
For myself, this is a wait and see stock. For now let the MM's and VC's play with the price. If the spring plan is publicly revealed, then evaluate it for yourself and make a decision about whether to invest (play) $NBRI or not.
Until then get ready to ring in 2015!
If and when the selling of shares to payoff the debt stops, yes, $NBRI can begin to move forward. But begin to move forward from where? What will the share structure look like? Will they have funding for spring operations?
Look at the quote here on IHUB, the intra-day chart shows a half step between $0.0001 and $0.0002 which implies a trade for $0.00015 on Friday.
I do not know the answers to the questions I posed above. But in my opinion there is at least a 100:1 reverse split coming next year.
With $NBRI I broke my rule of NOT owning a speculative stock with over 250 million shares outstanding. Why, because I thought $NBRI would become a gold producer and halt the dilution. I was wrong and paid the price. Now I am a bag holder and just interested to see how the $NBRI story plays out.
I look forward to hearing $NBRI's plan for the spring of 2015. I sincerely hope they become a gold/PM producer and not a share producer in 2015.
With $NBRI trades going off at $0.000099 and $0.00015 that my brokerage does not allow me to enter, I feel I am not on a fair trading field. The VC's and MM's are on a field that John Q. Public does not readily have access to.
This is why I am inclined to wait to let the VC's and MM's play this out before putting another penny (for 50 shares) into $NBRI. Without a solid plan in place for spring (at least one that is public), current buyers are gambling not investors in my opinion.
After listening to how there might be a bail-in or how pensions/401-ks may be forced to buy T-bills, I shifted my retirement savings approach. I reduced my contribution into the 401-k is only enough to qualify for the full company match. The extra (non-tax free) portion I save through different vehicles like silver. Even though the portion is taxed, I do not allow more to go out of my control than serves a purpose. My employer's plan allows for 401-k loans. It is a way to withdraw money without incurring a penalty. And you pay back your 401-k with a small interest rate. I have only done a loan once.
You have the right perspective...Put God first. Everything else will follow.
I suggest you pray about it, then move forward. There are options, but you will need to do what is right for you and your family.
Have a safe and happy New Year!
For most of (voting) Americans the dream is:
Affordable Care
Higher Minimum Wage
No Money Down Car Loans and Mortgages
Banker Bailouts by the Taxpayer
I could go on... with a list of things the elected leaders (duly elected by the majority of Americans). The list must be what the American people dream of. Why else would they elect those leaders?
