If and when the selling of shares to payoff the debt stops, yes, $NBRI can begin to move forward. But begin to move forward from where? What will the share structure look like? Will they have funding for spring operations?

Look at the quote here on IHUB, the intra-day chart shows a half step between $0.0001 and $0.0002 which implies a trade for $0.00015 on Friday.

I do not know the answers to the questions I posed above. But in my opinion there is at least a 100:1 reverse split coming next year.

With $NBRI I broke my rule of NOT owning a speculative stock with over 250 million shares outstanding. Why, because I thought $NBRI would become a gold producer and halt the dilution. I was wrong and paid the price. Now I am a bag holder and just interested to see how the $NBRI story plays out.

I look forward to hearing $NBRI's plan for the spring of 2015. I sincerely hope they become a gold/PM producer and not a share producer in 2015.

With $NBRI trades going off at $0.000099 and $0.00015 that my brokerage does not allow me to enter, I feel I am not on a fair trading field. The VC's and MM's are on a field that John Q. Public does not readily have access to.

This is why I am inclined to wait to let the VC's and MM's play this out before putting another penny (for 50 shares) into $NBRI. Without a solid plan in place for spring (at least one that is public), current buyers are gambling not investors in my opinion.
