Not bashing $NBRI at all. Just stating a fact the $0.000001 trade for $NBRI is rock bottom for $NBRI in 2014. On 12/29/2014 with NO Bids for $NBRI it certainly looked like it was over for 2014.
With a trade of $0.000001 for $NBRI it certainly looked like the plan to extinguish the toxic debt using $NBRI stock could not be accomplished.
Were there warning signs the $0.000001 was coming. In my opinion there were but I held onto my $NBRI shares knowing that set backs are part of the game. My lessons learned resulted from the fact that I did not see $0.000001 coming.
Yesterday Bids came in for $NBRI, a whole different story, as trades went off for 0.0001, 0.00015, and 0.0002 and a close for $NBRI at $0.00011. There were a lot of out-of-sequence trades that went across the tape yesterday too. Trading yesterday proved me wrong that it was not over for $NBRI in 2014.
As for where $NBRI is headed in 2015, I stated (on the $NBRI board) that a little over 1,250 troy oz. of gold would buy the shares outstanding.
In 2015 the plan for spring activities will be publicly announced as well as how funding will be attained by $NBRI. Do I think a profit of over 1,250 troy oz. of gold can be recovered from the $NBRI claims and properties? Emphatically "yes". And if this can be done then there is no need for a reverse split.
Unlike "Malc" I do own $NBRI shares and have read and trust the public $NBRI announcements. The $NBRI CEO can not legally tell me anything that is not already public. I cannot sign a non-disclosure form over the phone. Based on previous public statements the $NBRI CEO and $NBRI team are working on a plan for 2015 spring startup activities and discussing many different options. I trust that is so and did not know of any other public statements from $NBRI that dispute that.
I along with many other interested (optimistic and pessimistic) parties look forward to hearing about the 2015 plans for $NBRI in a future press release.
As for me, you can call me a "bag holder" or fool for allowing an approximately $200k investment to become valued a $350. I take full responsibility for that.
Until then everyone is entitled to their opinion based on their own interpretations and points of view. After all that is what makes a market.
