This is a news article, not new news about NS. And you didn't give the source either.
50% split of the licensing money of the technology, sir, not revenue brought in by NS.
F&T is working with NS with new species.
It was 100 percent validated by the TPWD's inspection and "approval to harvest" they made after a full grow out of the shrimp from larval to harvest approved size using only the new electrocoatulation unit in the test tank.
Your language is skewed there...FT doesn't own 50 percent in "regard to the patent" they own 50 percent of licensing fees for the patented technology to third parties for the growing of shrimp, or any future species. Naturalshrimp as a shrimp provider has an arrangement with FT but not 50% of all revenues. Not only did Naturalshrimp exist for 13 years prior to its partnership with FT to develop the new RAS technology, they built out that shrimp farm, the size of a football field in fact, while using biofloc to raise shrimp. Letezia is obviously holding stock like the rest of us so he, and the directors who also own stock personally, as well as the company, are invested in how the pps moves. Nobody wants to lose money.
Yeah right, the traders sell tomorrow afternoon and risk an announcement before Monday's open. Intelligent that.
Anyone even vaguely familiar with the stock should be picking up shares before the weekend, and then next week while prices are under .30 especially. You don't have to be a genius to figure the worst that can happen is your money will double in another couple of weeks at the latest.
Nice healthy stock oscillating to its support levels while moving sideways between .17 and 29. We'll see a huge upswing when news is out by the end of next week if Peter gauged it correctly...bringing us to first announcements of LOI/deal around a month after the close of the NOLA expo that ran through March 11.
Give or take a couple of weeks that sounds about right to me. We know they took a slew of meetings from interested parties, many of whom, it appears, will be engaging in business with Shmp in some manner or other, and giving great promise to future deals. We're looking at very big growth throughout 2019 for this company as far as laying the foundation for a huge and expanding business.
Only a complete moron would sell at these prices except if they have a financial emergency and have to. And once it gets going, people will likely feel comfortable laying out even a dollar a share to get in on the ground floor with SHMP.
You can pull rsi up on any charting that gives you that option...that's a lot of places when you pull up the chart. I use fidelity. You can go one day, 5 days, I prefer 10 days. Gives you a good overview of price going from "overbought" to "oversold," which it's been doing for sure in this .17-.29 range as it moves sideways in a holding pattern...hitting those support levels. News will gap it up.
Never .10 again with announcements right around the corner. But keep dreaming for all of us.
Your conjecture on how their licensing deals are worded impacting the pps when news breaks is BEYOND completely ridiculous. My suggestion is you shouldn't be in this stock at all if shooting down a stock for sales it makes BEFORE they're even announced is your strategy for making a buck in the OTC. I mean sell before a run because they MIGHT have licensing agreements that guarantee no payments! I'm sure with Bill Williams as CEO he just NEVER thought these things out after his many years overseeing 35 plus buyouts and mergers in his career...he's a complete moron, right? You know he's in it to make no money after 18 years with this company, right?
We've been in a holding pattern since the expos as we await deals news. The only thing moving the price up and down has been the rsi...we are running between .17 and .29 depending on little spurts of info, like Peter's comments today, but essentially it's just the oscillation of the market because the longs AREN'T SELLING.
Well, time for me naturalshrimp and grits, me maties! AHOY THE SHRIMP ARE BREACHING! What ho! Time to sally forth. BOAT shoes so as to not BREAK THE SKIN and bleed on the barnacles!!! SHRIMP AHOY!!! Avast and heave to! SHMP...TO...THE...NORTH...BY...NEPTUNE!
OOOHHH...2.059 WEEEEEEEE! SHRIEEEEEEK!!!! APPLAUD METER! (I...hear...weeping...!)
Looks like we're going back to the .28 support level today. My guess. I called it yesterday.
I'm honestly feeling bad for the shorts today who never got in on the low shares to begin with.
LAST LOWS! BUY! YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE SOLD ALL YOUR SHARES IN THE FIRST PLACE!
Buy up nobody's crying if it drops at this point we're buying shares at lows. This stock is going to soar and we now have a window of time reduced by a week or two in my furthest estimation of when news would break..."this week or next" is good enough for me. Ignore the S-1 "experts" trying to get your shares...the dilution is already figured in a month ago and has no effect on shareholders as they are limited on how much they can sell at any time and it's a drop in the bucket of the market capitalization at that point.
My foot massive selloff...we're moving sideways.
Oh lookee! Bounce toward .21 happening.
It will move sideways in the .17-.29 range for the next two weeks. No long is selling their shares and WE ALL KNOW NEWS IS COMING within 3 weeks. Sorry to tell all of you seeking the cheapies, but we all know the moment we sell is likely the moment they'll announce the news that will gap this up to over 2 dollars.
Fact.
Best to average down if you need to and throw another SHRIMP ON THE BARBIE, MATE!
Trading on this stock chills like a shrimp on ice at this hour and resumes around 2:15 give or take.
Golden Cross clearly evident.
You lose nothing until you sell. You switched teams again? Plus everytime you sell you create a tax liability, and at the present time, when everyone knows a big announcement is coming any moment, people are DESPERATE for sales of shares to pick up stock as cheap as possible...hey, I want cheap shares too and I keep buying on the dip in the long run what difference if you buy at .18, .25, .35, .40 when we know the run will take us past $2 a share and possibly close to 4 when the last run was a fluke from a rumor that quickly retraced to the pre run levels we're at right now.
Sell now and likely miss the news driven rally, plus you'll buy back and any loss will be a wash by the time this happens. I would almost guarantee that.
Mentioned by another poster last night.
WORLD'S FIRST APPLICATION OF ELECTROCOAGULATION TO RAS SYSTEMS! WOOHOO! THE MOOLAH IS SWIMMING IN!!!!
THE FRANKENSHRIMP ARE COMING!!!!
Added 80,000 shares.
You sold all your shares at a loss and are still here trying to get people to sell their shares???
Average down and hold. Making coffee money flipping the stock will not give you the big payoff.
Plus your tax liability will increase enormously.
And you're guessing when news comes in.
No one in the company has sold a single share. There are longs that didn't sell a single share when it hit .92 on a rumor a few weeks ago. That's telling of how much both the company and long time investors believe in this company.
It will probably hit 3 or 4 when news is announced, but will certainly rocket to 2.
This stock will rise fast, like magic. Every share sold will be a painful memory. Hold and reap the rewards of sane investing in this particular stock that only began marketing in the last couple of weeks, only had its patent go active March 22 (yes three days ago) only confirmed its patent "test" a few weeks ago that the technology grew shrimp from larval to harvest, and that holds the ONLY APPLICATION OF ELECTROCOAGULATION TO AN RAS SYSTEM tech in THE WORLD. Sane investing equals buy and hold SHMP. The only posts to the contrary are to grab your shares by convincing you to sell. EVERYONE KNOWS THE VALUE OF THIS COMPANY.
Why would shmp "buyout" someone's operation? Why would a small farm "buyout" SHMP??? I think you don't understand what they are doing. shmp owns a football sized shrimp farm at the moment, they can set up the same facilities in warehouses anywhere in the US or overseas, the only possible buyout would be by a mega distributor that would want to own their own shrimp production and skip using middlemen to procure shrimp, frozen from overseas especially. Such a distributor could start with a deal for SHMP to provide, expand, and have an option to buy out the company in a year.
Find one that can guarantee its viability rate.
He mentioned it was ongoing since the expos. If you have done sales you know people put in orders in advance it takes 24 weeks to grow shrimp to harvest size that would mean interested parties would do it now if it's with a supplier.
I would assume there would be an interested party that would prefer to do this and end relationships with overseas importers.
They couldn't finalize any deal anyway until a few days ago when the patent went active, much less dealt with anyone until they acquired the patent a few weeks ago.
No way would anyone wait 6 months to finalize a deal that involves raising shrimp it makes no sense all around in a food industry like this.
Letezia said deal in the works now...we should hear anywhere from today to 3 more weeks give or take, not 6 months.
Oversold bounce this morning back over .2...seems the chart is fine. Stock will do a big gap up when news is announced, until then it's simply oscillating from oversold to overbought. Sorry shorts.
It hit .187 this morning oversold then bounced up toward .21...last Monday it dipped .27 to .23, just about oversold then moved sideways, but I see it was Tuesday it then went to this same oversold level and hit .177 before rising back up to .30.
What's interesting and telling about last week, applicable to what we see now, is the stock moved according to pure charting last week, not on any SHMP news when it hit bottom and rose, AND we continue to hit bottom at around the same pps, indicating that there are plenty who have bought and are holding the stock with no indication they're selling off so quickly.
Most longs are fully aware the company will release deal info when it's ready and it would be foolish to sell shares at the moment for any speculative reasoning to the contrary.
