That's right iamat1. I forgot. I was gonna try to stop by Sacred Power in NM. The bus we bought in Amarillo, TX didn't run well so there wasn't any play stops on that drive home. That was some road trip.
All work and no play makes Sloth a dull boy.
Sloth
Yes they are. I have a bit of trouble following iamat1's posts.
"You never gave a report on your trip out west.."
I live in the west so a trip to Cyberlux would be a trip out east for me.
Sloth
I am in the west but I never made it out to Cyberlux. I think I will try to make a trip out ot MA to visit their biz and see Boston. I will probably wait until the heat starts back up next year and try to mix in a Red Sox game.
Sloth
Newbie, I'm usually laughing when I post on the S3 board so you can categorize it as sarcasm. I have to laugh to keep from crying in regards to S3.
Is this shiit painful or what?
Sloth
You'll soon hear a jingle.
That'll be JB coming back in Santa's sleigh from China, Mongolia and the Philippines filled with presents for us all.
Weeeee, exciting stuff this S3.
Sloth
iamat1,
think of those taxes you'll have to pay on your Cyberlux profits. What a nightmare. Cyberlux has really done it to another one.
Sloth
Actually, the price pulled back but that morning surge was a good indication of how quickly this stock can go up (just on 400k). Appears this thing could really take off with some buying pressure. Of course, we need this news before the OS gets way too high making the pps an anvil.
Come on Schmidty, give the dogs a bone to fight over.
Sloth
You too. Happy T-Givings everyone. Feeling much better about Cyberlux so I picked up more today. Hopefully, we get some more news before year's end.
Til Monday,
Sloth
Good luck on your mission.
You won't get JB out unless it's by obituary.
When/if the price starts to go up, it will most likely be because of REALLY GOOD news (news actually related to S3 rather than a client) and most wanting out will be sucked into the S3 Vortex and ride that roller coaster up that hill to wait for bigger profits.
The S3 Vortex is unforgiving and JB is the wizard of the Vortex.
Scary I know,
Sloth
I don't know but it's pretty exciting to watch!!
Did you see that trade for 5,000 shares at .003. Whoa!
We got next year. I really think we will close a deal in 2011.
There's a side of sour sarcasm for the Thursday bird.
Sloth
I can't get into Cyberlux's website. I get "Got error 127 from table handler" when trying to enter. Anyone else get this problem.
I am on a Mac but I've never had problems previously. Hopefully, they're re-doing their site to make it look a little better. Not a bad site now but they've had the same boring look for years. A bit more promoting would be nice about all the recent good things going on.
Sloth
I can find nothing regarding Hb Products Inc. (Canada). I found a metal company in Ohio with that name but nothing else.
Anyone else?
Sloth
These companies short these stocks illegally. The only shares that show up on those lists are legal short sales. There's nobody regulating these electronic exchanges. These hedge funds know there's nobody watching these trades and they know how to keep it off the (Fail to Deliver) radar. It's easy for them to do and they do it, time and time again.
Meanwhile there's millions of shares floating around that have never been bought. They never plan to buy the shares since they're betting the company fails before they ever have to. It's similar to moving your credit card balance to another credit card and getting an additional 30 days to pay. Before you pay that CC company, you transfer the balance to someone else and get another 30 days.

Grid-Interop - Accelerating Interoperability of Smart Grid Standards Nov. 30th - Dec. 3rd
The birthplace of the Smart Grid Interoperability Panel, Grid-Interop is the key annual event focused on Smart Grid interoperability standards and technologies – defining the interoperability framework necessary for Smart Grid to flourish. Held in partnership with NIST and the GridWise Architecture Council, this event attracts a broad audience from both the government and the technical community, including key players from the energy utilities, software, cable, semiconductor, telecommunications and electricity consumer sectors, making Grid-Interop the only technical conference on Smart grid with this breadth.
Like I mentioned earlier, the smart grid in in its infancy. They have a lot of things to figure out to make all the components and technologies work on a national scale.
Ambient is a Gold Sponsor of the event.

I'm hoping for one before year's end. The sooner the better so their stock isn't part of people's tax selling. This stock is a cow with no legs (ground beef) and people know that if they come back next year, it will be grounded right where it is now.
Happy Friday. Where's my whiskey?
Sloth
p.s. - A cow with only two legs is lean beef. : )) (old jokes I know)
What gave it away. lol
The smart grid's umbilical cord hasn't even been cut yet. That's how new and young the whole thing is. I would be surprised if we see much of anything for months still. Especially in the U.S. where politics basically cripples anything and everything, the smart grid will be crawling for a while before it's up and running.
China (the rest of the world), on the other hand, could be different. If Duke can get things finalized with the 3 Energy companies it has partnered with there, things could happen very quickly. One PR with Duke, China and Ambient and there's no looking back no matter how long it takes in the U.S.
The U.S. is always behind all the industrialized nations in just about everything. The smart grid will be no different.
I'm looking at a 5 year investment in Ambient at least unless Cisco or someone buys them and even then, I'll probably stay with the investment because of the technology they're getting from Ambient .
Sloth
Yeah, there's nothing left here. The smart grid has been deployed and implemented worldwide and Ambient missed out.
There's so many other stocks that have more promise and are better investment opps. Oh well, win some and lose some.
See ya around,
Sloth
Don't use up all your sarcasm because we still have December and the tax selling season which should give you some great material along with some .0001's and .0002's.
Sloth
They don't need to go their website, they can just come to the IBox here which is up to date and has all the positive info regarding Cyberlux.
How could you not want shares in Cyberlux after looking over the IBox info? There I go again with the sarcasm.
But seriously, Cyberlux is pretty good about updating their website which is pretty novice in my opinion but they lag a bit on doing it (every couple/few months). They updated their new products such as the outdoor overhead lighting units fairly quickly (I think).
I'm hoping they update everything with their website sometime soon and make it look a bit more cutting edge and high tech. Maybe get some pretty girls in camo bikinis, holding assault rifles and posing with the Watchdogs and Brighteyes.
Sloth
If we could get something substantial with Rayovac to get some continuous revenue coming in to fill in the cracks of the big orders, we would be sitting very pretty. I'm waiting on different orders from commercial or retail customers that would really put us in a completely different perspective and open many more doors in a marketing sense.
Our products can be used in a large Spectrum (pun intended).

REVENUES
Three months ended September 30, 2010 our net revenues were $24,253. This revenue was attributed by the collection of revenue from the Biostar transaction closed in Q2, 2010 closing
GROSS PROFIT
The gross profit for the three months ended September 30, 2010 is $24,253.
The gross profit is a result of revenues minus commission costs of $4,000 related to the Biostar transaction.
Biostar. Who is that? 24k is not very much. How are they buying these shares back? WIth the 24k?
Sloth
p.s.
LIQUIDITY AND CAPITAL RESOURCES
At September 30, 2010 we had net working capital of $628,528 and cash of $70,379 compared to net working capital of $770.749 and cash of $53,676 at June 30, 2010. We were able to negotiate a debt payoff arrangement to provide us with increased working capital to fund our operations in the three months ended September 30, 2010.
For the three months ended September 30, 2010; the Company's cash provided for operating activities totaled $26,651, cash used in investing activities was $9,947 and cash used in financing activities was $0.
I think there's an error. It should read $770,746 rather than $770.749 with a period.
Net Gain (Loss) 2010: $(148,859) 2009: $161,395
Kind of weird that we have a net loss compared to last year. I would of thought we were doing better.
Keep hope alive. Let's just hope it happens. It could take 4-5 years but at this point, there's no getting out unless it's to take a profit.
The 10Q is out. We have 3.5 billions shares outstanding. That's an almost insurmountable number to move upwards. We've been here for a while and I think we've become a bit used to the "billion" word when it comes to shares outstanding. That is an enormous amount of shares. Almost too much to move no matter how good the news is surrounding it.

You're absolutelly right Holter but I do believe we will change that within this coming year and then two more years of being productive will make us profitable as shareholders in 3-4 years.
Sloth
Yes. It's not all rosy but unless we have revenue increases, nothing else can occur. I think we're showing huge 3 month increases which can now help us in the problem areas. Two promising 10Q reports the last two quarters.
Stop the dilution and we may have a big hitter here. People will still be spooked to invest in CYBL but it's looking enormously better than a year ago and offers some great potential to get in at low prices if one believes this is just the beginning as I do.
Sloth
I saw iamat1's post but I've been checking Edgar's site every so often to check. Maybe iamat1 has a way of being notified.

Very good news in that 10Q
Revenues for the nine months ended September 30, 2010 were $1,593,216 as compared to $53,254 for the same period last year. The increase in revenue was attributed to sales of our BrightEye and Watchdog products into the military markets.
Increase of 2,991%
Revenues for the three months ended September 30, 2010 were $1,535,329 as compared to $7,157 for the same period last year. The increase in revenue was attributed to sales of our BrightEye and Watchdog products into the military markets.
Increase of 21,452%
Last 3 months revenue accounts for 96% of last 9 month's revenue.
Things are heating up for ol' Cyberlux,
Sloth
If JB can throw some meat on all those bones we have, we will start doing very well. It's taking forever to develop. I'm really hoping the adage of "good things come to those who wait" applies here 100 fold.
Sloth
Sorry, I can't start the buying today. I did it Friday. Who's turn is it today?
I think it's Lumik's turn.
We can wait til later in the week to give us a boost for weekend morale.
Sloth
They will file the NT 10-Q as they've done every time for the past 5 years. Last year was filed on the 23rd so it should be around that time this year too.
I'm not expecting anything groundbreaking in the report. I would like to see continued improvement similar or better to the last 10Q.
Sloth
I don't know about a buy back but I bought more at 3. I want to say I broke the stalemate this morning with the first buy to launch us off into the stratosphere (or something like that).
Let's hope there's no looking back.
Sloth
p.s. Yes, I know I'm bi-polar when it comes to S3. Off the S3 meds today. I believe S3 anxiety is an actual medical diagnosis in JAMA. Wonder if it works for medicinal marijuana. ; )~
Ok but that's a bit different from what I was thinking it said. I was under the idea that they were going to do monthly shareholder letter updating shareholder on the companies activities.
That statement is specific to that one order. I don't know if they've done that or not. I would really like a monthly shareholder letter to hear what's going through those skulls of theirs on the entire business.
I'm out. Good night all,
Sloth
Yeah, I thought I read that somewhere and then I searched for it in a PR or Shareholder Letter and couldn't find it. Could of been someone saying it here and after enough times, me believing I had read it too.
Still think I saw it somewhere. Could of been another company though.
I'm so confused.
Sloth
Lot's of extreme fluctuation today which seems bizarre. Volume goes from 200k to 2 million in less than a minute with not much price change and then all of a sudden the price goes way down and then back up with small volume.
The price acts like this boards sentiments. Mine included.
Sloth
No. I like everything you said. I would love to make a visit there and get in their business. It aint gonna do you any good to get an assault charge but it may do something if a shareholder has to removed by force from their premises by security.
I think people there would have to reflect on that day and realize that shareholder are pizzed off about losing 98% of their investment.
Rattle the cage but don't get thrown in one,
Sloth
Thanks, I forgot about Schmidt so I just copy and pasted my other email and sent it to him. I will pass along those numbers.
And Gibroni, I'm glad you stated yours the way you did. They need to hear all the emotions that shareholders have.
They need to be held accountable and I think sometimes a company's management forgets that there are actual people attached to those shares and their actions directly affect human beings and not just mathematical numbers.
Sloth
Sent email to Cyberlux:
Can we get a shareholder update sometimes soon? Once again the natives are restless about all the dilution occurring. We've had a 72% increase in shares outstanding since the reverse split. We've averaged 3+ million shares a week in dilution and it's killing shareholder value.
We we informed last time that management would keep us updated on a monthly basis but have heard nothing since then. Shareholders are dwindling but there are still a few, such as myself, that have stuck with Cyberlux for 5+ years waiting for us to finally get over that hill and to make our money back and possibly make some money.
An update would be great and to get one on a regular basis would be even better.
Sloth
rbrown@cyberlux.com
Yes. Welcome to Cyberlux investing. I do wish they would put out another newsletter for us. I will write them later to request. Please do the same if you have time. Dilution would not be so painful if we had some more information about what's going on and maybe a reason.
You usually get half of what you ask for. Ask for a complete explanation and we may get a bit of it.
Sloth
p.s. I wish my Xmas presents worked that way when I was a kid. I would of received a lot of presents if I got 50%.
We've got 127 years of dilution at this rate to see that 19b number.
I wonder if my great, great grandchildren will be complaining about Cyberlux's dilution in the year 2130?
I'm sure someone here will and there will still be talk of an RS. LOL
Good Morning everyone,
Sloth
I'm not trying to point to anyone in general. You've probably been the most proactive on this board. We have a good group of people on this S3 board and some pretty smart people. We have the makings of a good investment but it is worrisome.
JB needs to keep us informed better so that we don't lose any of our group to needless worry when JB could alleviate some of that with better newsletters and information dissemination.
I'm not worried at this point but I have been worried about 50 times or so in past few years. It's all part of that S3 roller coaster.
Don't worry, you either lose your 60k or you don't. No big deal. : )
Sloth
Actually worrying does some good. When you start to worry, you're more likely to pick up a phone, write an email or letter or get involved in the company. The same goes for anything. I don't worry about the deadly chemicals being pumped into the ground to extract natural gas on the east coast until they start doing it in California. Then I get worried and low and behold, I start writing my congressman, representative, signing petitions and going to town hall meetings. Worrying does get people off their azzes. No worry, no reason to confront management on their poor performance.
Worrying helps the lethargic. If you're a proactive type and do these things before you begin to worry about them, then you're among a small group of people especially if you're taking up a cause that doesn't directly affect you.
Useless worry is damaging, useful worrying can be motivating.
BTW - Good Morning all.
Sloth
Don't worry but concern yourself with your investment and question management before the worry is inevitable.
