More investors also. Remember, Fidelity doesn't allow opening positions of stop sign tickers, and I think they also block yield sign tickers.
Good observation about the more market makers. L2 is more populated now. More eyes watching, and more potential cash streams. Current has to be any minute, IMO.
Good idea.
Let's see, should I slap the ask with the $4 grand I made today in other tickers to encourage buying and increase everybody's share value, or should I bid sit and encourage people to sell lower and bring down everybody's share value?
If I had been bid sitting in this stock all day, even if all my bids got hit, it wouldn't be as many shares as if I slap the ask now with the cash I made.
Maybe I'll wait. But I'm sure not going to throw away all the other opportunity costs of sitting here on the bid all day.
OTCX has been off 2.00 for a little while. He held it there earlier.
Let's blast through this time!!!!
It does take three attorney letters....
One to the old attorney firing him....
One to the new attorney hiring him....
One to OTC Markets that's written properly.
That's three.
I was just wondering what chart you were seeing that on. The daily, the 5 min, etc.
Charts work because people recognize patterns and associate them with movement. On OTC the charts have a higher failure rate for reasons I won't get into on the board.
That would be a good plan if the bids were solid and there was also buy pressure. But do you see what happens when the slightest bid whack comes in?
The idiots pull half the bids during the sell pressure and then the people who didn't hit the lower bids downtick their offers.
To me, that seems like it's pushing the price down.
So you'd rather have people sell into the bids to drive it lower than slap the ask to make it move higher?
The 15% that you think you're losing is meaningless when it's trading pennies higher. It won't go pennies higher though if nobody slaps the ask. People will get sick of sitting on the ask and hit the bids. Simple logic.
The kind of math that makes sense to me is the kind that drives the price higher, not lower.
What the hell for? Slap the ask if you want it to move. Bid sitting drew in all this morning's selling.
Three hundred forty seven thousand, eight hundred fifty nine...

One.
What's the parameters on the chart for the cup and handle?
The information was first posted here back on December 8, and in reference to the filing, you responded: "Nice!!"

I think it's probably better to use a device with more capabilities than a smartphone when trying to navigate an SEC filing.
A smartphone isn't my preferred method of obtaining important investment information. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I still use a computer.
You're welcome. These filings can be navigated easier by searching for key words, rather than reading through the entire document. Most of them are very tedious reads, and the language is confusing.
The name change reference to Dec 27 is easy to miss because there is only 1 sentence in the whole document that references it being on that date. Plus, the reference points us back to "20 calendar days after the mailing of this information statement". So we have to already know that 20 days after the mailing is 12/27, or the name change date reference could be lost.

It's not in the blurb I copied and pasted. But it's in the filing I linked. It's been referenced, screenshot, and posted here a few times already.
I think the new company will post filings during the halt time.
According to the most recent filing (DEF14C), the company expects to change the name and ticker on or about Dec 27.
When that happens, the ticker will be halted for probably several days while the new information is entered into the system.
Until then, I don't expect any financial information for the new company because anything filed before then would still be for Innocap.
Here's that filing. It's got all the particulars about the name/ticker change plans. If it's too tedious a read, just search the document for key words "name change" "27". Below is just a small clip from the document, it's quite long.

I think the 140K at .24 is nothing more than a psychological barrier at this point.
The people watching this stock now are more serious minded than we'd normally encounter on OTC, IMO. Most people looking to get in/add here are aware of the skinny share structure, and are expecting the same blow-out news that we're expecting.
If the news is as good as we expect, that 140K will probably get bought immediately, as well as all the .20's and likely push up much higher pretty quickly.
I bet a few people are already eyeing that block as an adding opportunity when the news hits.
We've talked about the real possibility of this going over $1. Those .24s would look great at or above $1, eh?
JMHO
We did end up with some bids hit, but nothing too bad. Determination paid off for some, but it could have easily gone the other way considering the strength we've been seeing.
I trade differently depending on the situation. Bid sitting time for me was when we were bouncing around at .05. Take advantage of the low volume and indecision, plus I'm sure a lot of PPL were long from higher up in the previous run and just gave up. Those are the shares I bid sit for.
When a stock is hot and I'm in add mode, I'm already happy with my size and I want to create or add to momo, so I prefer to slap the ask. It makes my shares more valuable, and it stimulates more buying. There are exceptions to this, like putting in a bid at the bottom of a reversal, or supporting an important level.
At certain times it makes more sense to take actions that promote more buying IMO. Plus it's fun to slap the fools off the ask who have no idea what they own!
The shares I bought from the ask this morning are up a lot more than the few shares that were sold into the low bids.
I got a stack and cleared an offer off the ask. Isn't that what everyone wants to see? Shares being bought off the ask is what makes it go up.
Why not ask everybody to slap the ask for 25K?
That would get it moving a lot better than sitting on the bid, hoping someone else slaps the ask.
Maybe that 155k will come up?
Nice bids coming in. Nobody wants to chance being without shares over the weekend.
What if the company meant that December 27 is the date the name/ticker change will be completed? That would mean we need to halt next week sometime. If it's halted this coming Monday morning before the open, good luck getting shares anywhere near .10 when it opens back up. IMO of course.
I'm glad I added today.
I know, you mentioned that earlier. I slapped the ask for 50k this morning.
I would much rather pay up a few tenths to stimulate buying than bid sit all day to promote selling.
JMHO
I thought we were waiting for the people to give up on their bids and slap the ask. Nobody wants to step it up. Scared money don't make no money!!!!
When the 50 day moving average crosses the 200 day moving average to the up side, it's called a golden cross. Very bullish sign.
This article does a good job of explaining:

Nice ask slappage!!!!
The integrity of this move is solidified by the fact that ASCM isn't showing up to short the perceived "top".
That joker and OTCX are the non-retail short sellers who love to come in after a hyped up move. VERT is another one who is non-retail, and good to keep an eye on.
They know they'll get crushed if they short this move.
Looking for CFGN to uptick his bid. If he comes up, that's a good sign. He's a big buyer here.
I might have to sporadically slap the ask today.
It could be a new update. There are some other changes today on OTC Markets website, most notably, the float has been updated, we've changed to a "Yield" sign, and they have us listed as "Delinquent SEC Reporting".
This confirms my suspicion that we will get financial information for Unique Logistics very soon! At present, Innocap is late on their filings because the merger in essence dissolved Innocap as we know it. Next filings will be for the new company, and we already know revenues are upwards of $100M, and work load is extensive.
IMO we will have all of the updated filings during the time we halt for name/ticker change, which is planned for 12/27/20.

I'm thinking about adding some as well. Love the volume coming in. Chatter is picking up, and the chart is starting to warm up.
We could be very close to updates and filings, which will result in a beautiful green candle day and kick off what could be an epic run! IMO
These trips are a no brainer add.
These new routes and multiple $10s of millions contracts are adding up.

No pipe dreams here my friend! This is the real thing. A rarity on OTC.
18 months to sell 19M shares on 120 partial fills....and now it's trading .0002!!!! LMFAO
GL to everyone here.
I've rarely used the word "EMERGENCY" when I talk about buying a stock. But I think it's fitting in this situation.
That's how I see it anyway.
ONLY 5 TRADING DAYS BEFORE DECEMBER 27, and next Thursday the markets close at 1:00!!!!
I think we'll most likely see the halt happen over the December 25th long weekend.
LOOK:
https://www.investors.com/research/stock-market-holidays/
My average is .0131, and I have no regrets. This is a loading opportunity, not a panic point.
Friday might be a typical slow day here, but I bet we get a nice bounce as we go into next week.
Short week next two weeks. Holiday something or other I'm told.

If they want to keep throwing shares away, I'll gladly collect more on the cheap!!!!
Now that the 2M bid got hit, maybe we get to load some .01teens tomorrow.
The truck is backed up!!!!
