Hey, Bob. It's been a while, but I'm still hanging in there. GLTA.
Given the most recent SEC findings/rulings involving Ronny Halperin et al, I suspect that this action could prompt Hanna to release financials, to minimize the perception of other improprieties associated with Ronny, possibly.
How should one of the decisions in Ronny Halperin's behalf be interpreted:"a permanent penny stock bar and a five-year officer and director bar."? Does it only regard the security that the decision was directed? Anyone?
Sean Galt's post should be stickey-noted.
Another day in life at LYJN... No one here knows the terms of the last transaction between the given parties. I guess that Monday will bring all speculation to a head, possibly, in market activity. GLTAL's
A true test of Hanna's mettle.
I really like it, that LYJN's production machine is continuously gaining in stature and the company's presence and visibility is becoming recognizable around the nation and internationally. LC's slow-growth approach seems to be working, as far as I'm concerned. I am confident that Hanna's being advised on the financial front, despite the IR/PR absence or lack thereof. The financials ...? I'm still confident that she's being advised in handling it. Hanna's still at it 6 years later, isn't she? With Real Products, no less; distribution to the world's largest and some of America's foremost retailers. My confidence remains high towards Hanna's advancement, development, and ultimate success of LYJN. GLTALs
Ha! I've been holding longer .... As a matter of fact, it's been so long, I am ashamed to admit what I paid for this one. Should I recover and you're still in, you will become the envy of many here. GLTU.
zoonal, that is a great idea. Not necessarily SI Swim-Suit issue per sé (although that too would be stellar [imagine Hanna pulling off a feat of that magnitude]), but to extend LC's creative hand to male and female bathing suits could be an added/realistic hit for LYJN.

XsunX Business and Technology Update
Aliso Viejo, CA -March 20, 2012
Hello from the XsunX team,
In our last update we outlined how the CIGSolar™ system would soon begin to take on a new and more complete appearance as we began attaching the various load locks, in-feed systems, and other componentry. We are well underway with this process and we have added pictures and information to our CIGSolar project update page where you can see the progress being made.
The pictures we provided this week look as if the system is beginning to grow in scale, yet the CIGSolar™ evaporation chamber is just over ten feet long making it small in comparison to many commercial thin film solar deposition systems. We have focused our process technology on highly manageable smaller area techniques that do not require enormous systems; however, we didn't sacrifice any production capabilities.
The CIGSolar™ evaporator chamber is designed to initially process nearly four million CIGS cells annually while still allowing for normal maintenance and customary yield rates. The system can be paired with multiple other CIGSolar evaporators to meet the demands of even the largest commercial production environment.
As a first build, there has been a lot of time spent on pre-assembly and testing that was necessary to verify that fit and function met our design requirements. While this added to the time necessary to assemble the system, these types of testing and verification procedures help to stream line and expedite future system builds.
We are now working to attach or install the balance of the major components necessary to prepare the system for testing of the vacuum and fully integrated material handling systems, control systems, and heating assemblies.
The CIGSolar™ system build has come a long way and we still have a lot of work to accomplish, but as is typical with building disruptive technologies, momentum has picked up so stay tuned and we will provide more updates as soon as possible.
Thanks again for your time, support, and interest. Have a great week.

These forward-looking statements are based largely on the expectations of the Company and are subject to a number of risks and uncertainties. LC is starting to remind me somewhat of the Energizer Bunny with a slight variable. Although the company keeps going... and going... despite those who said LYJN will fail, its merchandise offerings keep growing... and growing... and growing. GLTALs.
Hanna Rochelle's approach to growing LYJN indeed seems right, to me, although her IR acumen needs attention. To review LC's development and realize the package that's materialized, over the years to the present, leaves a happy feeling within about the company's future (provided one is an advocate for LYJN). There is no need for any negative replies. I understand your position(s). ... but I'm still feeling good about LYJN. GLTALs.
Should a R/S actually occur, it will come after the financials have been released, the share price has moved significantly, and preparations have been made to move to a different exchange; all imho. GLTALs.
Gotch Sucka, do you really think that this newsletter will go un-read by many (share holders) who received it, in comparison to a news release? Since revenue has been a hot topic regarding the GTC purchase, I feel that mgmnt is attempting to address that topic, particularly, imho. GLTA
I appreciate your position jday01. Have you followed-up to assess LC's repertoire of offerings? Your opinion, please, with all due respect.
... and it could go on another 2 or 3 years. It's all a gamble, this whole investment game. But the difference though that makes this wager a realistic/attainable one, LYJN has tangible products available to the masses at a multitude of venues. And guess what, those goods are selling! I'm not anticipating another 2 or 3 years. But we must remember, it is a gamble.
Does that sentiment regard XSUNX, with all due respect?
How many bagholders are there today whose average cost-basis is that high (.80) today? I entered around 5/06 @ 0.39 per share, but today my cost is under .01 per share? Should there be anyone still around with shares with an average cost that high, I am confident that they've probably abandoned this play and have allowed the stock to just occupy a near-blank position in their portfolio ... just my guess. Consider me a contrarian bagger.
Many, if not all of LYJN investors, have placed their monies in this company speculating that this venture will be a successful one. Investing here is most definitely a speculative play.
Fashion industry themes appear to be gaining prominence in the reality-tv shows arena, those that are presently televised and those that are to be released. That being the case, I'm hoping that this is the year for LC's and Base Production's launch for the behind-the-scene programming of running LC. My guess is that this feat, once delivered, will take us to the next level. GLTALs.
WARNING!!! P&D COMING!!! EOM
There seems to be a P & D developing! Be ready to pull the plug if you see your position become positive because it will be short-lived. GLTAL
I think Hanna made a nice splash with the Pink Floyd / Bloomingdale promo. I wonder what she's going to do for an encore, in regards the INXS release; or will it be a simple addition to merchandise?
We ALL will believe what WE want to believe. That include those who are confident of LYJN's success and those who hope to see LYJN fail. The confidence might pertain to those who are successfully trading LYJN, along with others who will see this through to its completion, long term, while LC continues to carve its niche in the market. It has been insinuated that LYJN has been around since '01, ignoring the fact that previous/outside personalities ran that company then, whatever their goal(s) might have been. My confidence in Hanna's LYJN game plan has not changed one iota. I am here for the long haul and the only thing that could change my mind would be for LYJN to cease to exist. Should that prove to be LYJN's ultimate fate, then so be it. Some of us will be proven right while others will be proven wrong. By the way, I asked in a previous post: "What do the prior 5 years have to do with Hanna's involvement with LYJN?"; not the year of incorporation. Besides, Lyric Jeans, Inc. did not exist in 2001!
What do the prior 5 years have to do with Hanna's involvement with LYJN? She entered the scene to create LYJN around late '05 early '06. The "in business for over 11 years" statement that you made only embellishes your untrue (half-truth) post.
THEY who have been in business for over 11 years? Please elaborate....
Gordon', why do you think that the company may be treading water? Just because you don't know the financial status and they're not sharing right now, then they're in trouble? My investment strategy for LYJN is as simple as it gets: either you believe in the company that you're putting money into... or you don't. Of course for one to not believe in the company he or she is supporting financially is pure folly.
My exact sentiments, prospector777x3. Hanna, imho, is receiving some sound counseling in the fact she has successfully distributed and marketed goods with two of America's most recognizable names in consumers goods: WalMart and Bloomingdales. Look at the breadth of that accomplishment for a moment. Through Lyric Nation and LC, LYJN is able to reach the common retail and upscale markets as well. My mention of sound counseling is that Hanna has made these showings, without releasing financials, but yet have these major marketing feats under her belt and is still enhancing LYJN's position. What does this willingness of Bloomie and Wallies to offer LYJN's products tell you (us all) about this company? That's something that we all have to weigh for ourselves. Those financials will come out when Hanna thinks all is in place; again all imho. GLTY&ALs.
Thanks MAC. It just isn't possible that this company can occupy the premium floor space that it does in such an upscale retail entity like Bloomingdales. There's just no way they would allow a fly-by-night company like LC to have a presence in their store. It will most assuredly tarnish their reputation as a high-end retailer. Those images had to be photoshopped; it just cannot be real, coming from a scam of a company. It just can't be happening. Is this a nightmare...? I believe that it might be for those wishing for LYJN's failure. LYJN is looking better and better. At this point in the game, I'll dare say that LYJN is attaining solid footing in its arena. GLTALs.
And THANKS, to Dana Ross Photography.
I agree, Milow. As for where I stand with my position here, I do not expect my holdings to ever recover to green/positive. It would be nice to be proven wrong though.
A 2010 web site that I saw recently stated that LC was available, at that time, at more than 500 high-end specialty boutiques. The article preceeded the WalMart announcement and did not mention Lyric Generation, Lyric Nation, nor Lyrix. Just a little food for thought. The name Lyric Culture/Jeans, Inc is likely reaching more consumers and potential consumers than one might suspect. Hanna is indeed doing her homework to get LYJN recognized by the buying public, while not using typical and costly advertising venues. My confidence remains intact with my investment in LYJN. GLTALs.
Thanks, 99.
There's the evidence, jurors. Please return the LYJN verdict: Guilty or Not Guilty of being a SCAM (I'm sure I'm overlooking a song that I could have punned here).
Maybe LYJN should just release fluffy pr's regularly to enhance investors' confidence (for those who think such); or maybe not, to only draw potential investors who might be able to SEE for themselves if any goods are actually offered/available to the masses that they may or may not be interested in investing. Chnaces are, anyone who decides to invest in LYJN, independent of pro or con opinions posted here or any blog/discussion sites that are out there. I am confident that Hanna has a plan in hand. Otherwise there's no chance she could have gotten this far. Her immediate success has definitely reached across this country and to other segments of the globe. Scam.... I think not, but of course it's all imho. GLTALs.
XsunX Business and Technology Update Newsletter
Aliso Viejo, CA- Feb 22, 2012
Good morning,
We have a great update this week to share with investors. Assembly progress of our CIGSolar™ evaporation chamber is continuing to pick up steam and we have added pictures and information to our CIGSolar project update page where you can see the progress being made.
As you will see at the web site, the evaporation chamber is continuing to evolve rapidly. These new pictures outline the numerous crucible ports and degree of detail necessary to separate the evaporation areas into multiple zones. This segmentation allows us to create small deposition zones necessary to maintain precise evaporation conditions and to produce the highest quality CIGS films.
While the use of small area evaporation zones helps to reduce film imperfections (and increase conversion efficiency), it is still critical that the system had to provide world-class production through-put rates. So in our baseline 40 Megawatt production configuration, CIGSolar™ is designed to provide initial through-put rates of .85 sq. meters per minute. Our technology roadmap focuses on improving this process and achieving the goal of 1 square meter per minute - a production rate that we believe will be industry leading.
Also shown on the website are portions of the CIGSolar™ material transport system taking shape. Each process area, or zone, will function independently to allow transport of substrates at pre-defined rates. This feature enables us to adjust zones independently as we work to improve process recipes and production rates. As we complete bench testing of the material transport system, these assemblies will be added to the main process chamber where further and final testing will occur.
Thanks again for your time, support, and interest. Have a great week.

Thanks, mide, for the picture that you have presented; very enlightening to say the least, for the old-timers and the short-termers.
LYJN, keep on doing what you're doing...
...creating vitality for the core of the company by expanding the name & brand recognition and the scope of visibility. Hanna's doing everything right, imho; only leaves to question her IR strategy. The fact is, we (investors) are tagging along with her, in pursuit of "Her Dream", for which we are hoping to reap the benefits should she prove fully successful. Multiple success have been attained with various segments of the company. Any one who might oppose Hanna's style or strategy to bring her dream (LYJN) to reality, I would think, will pursue ventures to their liking, not dislike. Again, all in my humble opinion. GLTALs
Correct, Dontnosheet. There is indeed a reason the Financials are not out, but none of the Magnificent Seven ever stated or gave a reason. No one knows! But, apparently you do. So please share your source with the rest of us. Maybe then, we might get off of our High Horses (get it... Magnificent Seven), and perhaps abandon this SCAM. Let me re-phrase that: I, not we, since I can only speak for myself; only if you share your information. Ooh, I admitted that you're right! What's the world coming to?
Those are your words: Look at it go! It's rocking... As far as I'm concerned, the present pace of the stock's movement does not concern me; for I am comfortable with my position here. I am totally confident that the pace will change along with the PPS. Those watching LYJN's activity through the microscope seem to be the ones least interested in the company's success hoping for ultimate failure. So be it. I am for real and am not insinuating a rapid movement of the stock, presently. But as far as the company goes with the distribution, movement, and introduction of new products: YES, LOOK AT IT GO! IT IS ROCKING! GLTAL!
The bottom, to each his/her own. Let the chips fall where they may; win or lose. Somebody will be proven right/wrong. We shall see.
Hear-hear! eom.
