re:"I haven't seen anything posted yet to incriminate $KAYS"
Here ya go!

re:"believe what has been published in SEC filings, especially when they already have 2 stores open..."
believe what you want but the SEC filings are full of unmet expectations and mistruths, like this one from nearly a year ago;
KAYS Florida business-office is so full of crooks they should name it the Scam Shack. Amazing the number of dirty players lined up at KAYS HQ in Florida, who'd a thunk!
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=123674101
re:"So let's break down store 3 statement from SEC 10K filing..."
Surprisingly similar to SEC filing from nearly a year ago for store #3 and no store #3 yet. hmmmmm
Agreed, KAYS dropped the ball on having 4-6 more stores open by now since statement made 2 years ago. Couldn't even open the third store promised last year.
PRs from KAYS aren't even worth the paper their scribbled on in crayon.
Seen em once seen em a thousand times. Yawn, maybe you could find something new to show us.
re:"additional licensing opportunities"The KAYS who cried wolf. Sorry to disappoint you, but the post you keep repeating isn't "NEWS"
'Intentions' to seek out additional licensing is WAY different than actually seeking or doing anything about those opportunities. Especially when repeated year after year after year.
July 7, 2014
Nice-"Pic from the garden"-Question is Whose Garden exactly?
KAYS twitter feed is so full of stock photos of bud, outdoor plantations, and various different indoor gardens that an ambiguously worded description on a picture of 'somebodies' bud isn't very exciting.
If it was truly KAYS garden why don't they claim it as their own explicitly, unless trying to limit liability in using someone else's image.
Btw .... we can all look at twitter on our own. Thanks though.
Agreed, KAYS won't find opportunity in California anytime soon. Limitations on vertical integration and 3 store limits are the new medical rules that won't even be implemented for two years(2018). If it takes Cali. 2 years to implement their new limited Medical rules, I can't imagine Recreational Laws IF passed will be any faster to make happen. Think 2019 -2020.
Considering Washington is only 15 minutes to the north and has implemented Full Legal Recreational sales, it would make more sense that KAYS would seek to expand North first if they were truly interested in successful expansion.
But, Washington doesn't have a VOTE coming up that can fuel speculative pie in the sky fantasies, and when your focus is on selling stock as opposed to marijuana, it's pie in the sky that brings the dollars to insider pockets.
The focus of speculation on KAYS in California is only intended to increase investor interest in this POS so that the insiders can sell their otherwise worthless shares. IMO
BUYER BEWARE!!!
Agreed Sierra, looks like California doesn't want KAYS business anyway. Limits on vertical integration. Limits on store counts to 3 stores max. KAYS would like everyone to believe that the vote in California has anything to do with its future success, but it clearly doesn't.
A much smarter expansion would be 15 minutes to the north anyway where Marijuana is already recreationally legal and the regulations are more friendly for KAYS stated ambitions.
Shifting focus away from how KAYS is failing in Oregon when compared to the successes of Oregon shops is an understandable strategy for trying to lure in new investors but it isn't a good strategy for long term success in the MJ industry, and not a good way for those investors to ever see a return on their money.
!!!BUYER BEWARE!!! Pie in the sky speculations are only worth considering if those future plans can be backed up with proven successes and KAYS is nowhere near to that standard.
Why anyone would believe that California is going to turn KAYS into a gold mine when its taken Craig over a year to give an update on the opening the third store that was promised a year ago is beyond my understanding.
Lets see if they can actually perform on their current ambitions before setting them up for pie in the sky dreams.
I'm glad someone got that reference. My kids tuned me into that show recently and I have to say its quite a hoot. Funny how much those Canucks remind me of my childhood in the south.
Also funny how much that KAYS photo does as well.
Looks like Craig Frank found his previous Jatropha bio-fuel based scheme through connections with William David Jones cohorts as well. Just a coincidence maybe? I think not.
re:"Indeed-multi-state-expansion-plans-right-out-of-$KAYS.068-annual-report... " Indeed same old statement repackaged from previous 10k as well.
KAYS keeps stating intention of expanding into other states and two years later still no expansion, not into Colorado or Washington which have both fully legalized recreational and medical markets.
The only 'NEWS' here is that KAYS can't complete its stated objectives yet again.
Indeed, they're having a fire-sale on single-wide trailers in Florida right now. Expansion underway. ROTFLMAO!!!
One plastic clothes-hanger of broccolini in a single-wide hardly looks like a nice crop harvested.
How much 'crop' do you really think was in that 'tent' before they pushed it into the corner to allow for the sawhorse table, walmart patio furniture, and unhygienic crew to be jammed in there to 'process' it?
BTW, is that blood or just spilled Kool-aid on the 'table' there in front of the old guy coughing on his now unhygienic glove. GROSS!
re:"$KAYS has done an outstanding job of entering the MMJ market in Oregon."
Thats disputable. With 50% less revenues per shop than the average shop in Oregon, I wouldn't call that an outstanding job.
Quite the opposite actually! Considering their lack of success in Oregon, any ideas to expand outside the state would be foolish until they can compete at home.
re:
"They need never go near Calif."
Agreed, KAYS is way out of their league.
re:
Did you mean Dan Goldin?
Putting the cart miles ahead of the horse making any statement about KAYS expanding anywhere especially California.
Heck, they can't even pull the trigger on the third store they said would open soon a year ago.
Also, if they had the ability to extend outward why haven't we heard anything about Washington, which has had legal mj for longer than Oregon and is a 15 minute drive from Portland?
California right!? LMAO
Which makes it even more important that Kaya Shacks are competitive if they are going to survive.
The prognosis isn't good with KAYS avg monthly revenue per shop is 50% less than the average revenue per shop in the state, even worse when you factor in that they grow their own.
Looks to me like they might be joining theTons of other shops that went belly up before recreational hits.
Indeed, Links for proof of KAYS current scam won't be available until the perps are caught and the scam is shut down. There are no links to be provided for crimes that are currently being perpetuated. Links appear once criminals are caught or convicted and there's plenty of those relating to the auditor and key consultant available now, years after they had been committed. If the FBI is again looking to use Jones, and possibly Frank as well, to entrap more victims in the emerging Marijuana sector I doubt they would be advertising the new sting online.
BUYER BEWARE
Most career criminals don't change especially when given a free pass by the authorities. As far as Craig goes, no one knows how involved he is except for himself and Jones. He, at the very least, tried to hide information from investors about His 'key' consultant who he admits came up with the idea for KAYS. Craig Frank clearly did make material omissions in disclosing the criminal history of W. David Jones which is a criminal misrepresentation and fraudulent.
When looking at comparisons between KAYS and Jones past scams its easy to see the similarities in structure and style. If the SEC wasn't looking the other way because of his past cooperation they would probably once again be sending out an investigator to check the status of the 'mine' otherwise known as the grow this time around.
All my posts are my opinions.
What year is irrelevant considering he is and was a repeat offender who is given extra room to swindle by the FBI if he gives them something to notch their belt in the process of his current SCAM which is spelled KAYS.
Imho
Building permits would be Nice. PRs cost nothing and are as valuable as the paper they're scribbled on in crayon.
Its time that KAYS showed some results for the numerous unfulfilled PRs presented to date.
Indeed, can't wait to see if taxes are finally being paid after two years and NO TAXES PAID or addressed on financials in any way.
Agreed, It's nice to see price coming down to what this worthless stock should actually be valued at.
re:"Revenues" even if that were true, which it isn't, KAYS revenue numbers are 50% or less than an average dispensary in Oregon and that is indisputable.
A sliver of Green painted up end of day for what looks like a cost of $10-$20 in stock isn't something to get excited about IMO.
re:"we are still loading below .07" Loading is a pretty strong word for less than $1800 total stock trades today.
It's pretty clear there is no interest in this POS at anywhere near .07. Volume only picks up as it touches down close to .06.
No wonder there, as this Dead Stock is only interesting to neophytes and insiders trying to get out.
Your memory isn't accurate on this point. Oregon has never required dispensaries to grow their own in either private or OTC owned companies. You might be thinking of Colorado though.
There has never been any restrictions placed upon a publicly traded company that is different than the requirements placed on private companies In Oregon
The only 'restriction' that KAYS may face was the residency requirement that was included in the original legislation that voters passed in measure 91. This requirement has been reported as having been lifted, however in recently adopted legislative rules that were approved and published on 6/16/2016 it would appear that those residency requirements may still be in place.
In other words, I'm not certain that KAYS will be able to receive Recreational Licensing or not.
re:
re"A picture's worth a 1,000. words " It doesn't matter how many pictures they inundate an annual 10k with it doesn't change the dismal financial state of this POS. The picture party is a planned distraction from the sobering information contained in the numbers, as are the promises of things to come that have all been promised before.
Store 3 promised a year ago now updated to promise store 3 AND 4 coming to a strip mall soon. Still no building permits and no updates on store licensing or progress.
Increased production and variety promised multiple times for the last year with no significant change in revenues for a grow that size and only 15 strains on the shelf at their "superstore" while the average mom and pop shop down the street sells over 50.
