Most career criminals don't change especially when given a free pass by the authorities. As far as Craig goes, no one knows how involved he is except for himself and Jones. He, at the very least, tried to hide information from investors about His 'key' consultant who he admits came up with the idea for KAYS. Craig Frank clearly did make material omissions in disclosing the criminal history of W. David Jones which is a criminal misrepresentation and fraudulent.

When looking at comparisons between KAYS and Jones past scams its easy to see the similarities in structure and style. If the SEC wasn't looking the other way because of his past cooperation they would probably once again be sending out an investigator to check the status of the 'mine' otherwise known as the grow this time around.
