OTC June 28th, in top 200 $ vol under $1
OTC is heating up some, 2.6B dollar volume. I traded two of the three in the top 200 dollar volume under $1, FNMA and CMGR, which was a nice runner today, the other one, F stock, cost too much per trade for me. Fannie May and Freddie Mac (FNMA and FMCC), I have been trading a few weeks now, which have almost went straight down as I trade it... catching the bounces and fighting/trading against massive algorithms along the way, mostly PAUL.

With crypto crashing, I think some money is flowing back into OTC. Last week was interesting with a few OTC movers and bigger volume overall, maybe we will see some of that here soon.
Yes, I warned her that was going to happen too (based on my hard learned experience on previous otc runners), when she was flipping completely out. Her spreadsheets DD on the market size for the different possible markets have been removed but I saved them back then in case for future reference. They are probably posted here somewhere also.
Thank you. I was checking on stocks, watching SPY tonight after the big inflation number last week. I saw a post I actually knew the answer to . But six years ago, hard to believe. GLTU as well.
I believe this was it, but don’t have time to look through everything. The other site finesand and in early 2019 went through and nailed down this population size over a couple weeks. She had tons of research on what this population size was and a very nice model. It is around post 100 for any interested.
$ZNOG bought some at 17 for a possible bounce, huge down day
Or shorts decided to cover some, the last short interest updated listed 47M, which is crazy for an OTC stock at 40c in my opinion.
ZNOG, gapped up in the morning for 7 days now to 40c, took some profit.
Big board under $1 over 3M volume. For under $1 trading, day or swings, this is where the action is right now. I have traded almost all of these lately, except MF, that is the new one today. Usually there is a new one daily.

OTC in top 200 $ vol under $1,June 1st
Not much, 2 stocks, total otc volume was $1.9B, but all the volume is going to stocks over $1, almost all foreign F or Y, as it has for a while now.

I've got my Webull account ready to daytrade. They announced a couple weeks ago OTC coming, free commissions, including foreign I believe. A lot of F stocks have good volume, half of the over 1M volume 10c-$1 are now F, but I can't trade because of the high fees, $50 per trade. OTC on May 27th over 500k volume 10c-$1 below. This may move ETrade normal otc back to 0. They did a couple years ago when CS announced 0 (at that time), but when they learned TDA keep the OTC fees, they changed it back after a couple weeks. Now I am guessing they will all move to 0 soon.

L2 is all retail right now. No t-trades since Tuesday, vert cleaned up its books on Wednesday. Whoever was selling was doing 10% of volume, but with the limited shares they have given this year and most restricted, insiders might be out. One reason volume drops after they leave, vert/puma does wash sales to pump up volume for liquidity. But we will see if they are out.
Yeah, and probably creating some committees and governing items need updated to match nasdaq. I believe they already have the independent board members, but I haven't looked closely. SE and SP though are the two big ones I think needed for nasdaq approval.
That was fun.
Are you going to do the 180 day compliance period countdown also? And any extensions given from a impending bear market.
I agree with Enviroman08 and your post. Actually the news this week they don't need to raise capitol to weather the storm is good news. Most the others under $1 will need to raise funds and those on the big boards will have to R/S to stay on the big boards to push their share price above $1 to be compliant. Not a bad time to be on the OTC with enough cash to survive the trend, probably a blessing they didn't move the nasdaq actually at this point in time. This stock has been beating down already, much more than big boards, S&P down just 20%. We will see if they can push it any further. It should have closed green, but they forced to red, even seems forces fighting to painting the close red and sell premarket below bid, even with crazy 27 RSI. And yeah, I agree, dollar cost average on everything. I am mostly bonds and cds right now on everything not retirement funds, rotated out earlier this year, but I plan on dollar cost average adding back in a few months, which I have continued to do when adding to IQST overtime. Eventually the good stocks will be sorted from the bad after the panic ends. It will be interesting to see what happens today.
As they say, you make most of your money in a bear market.
Of the 163 stocks in IQST class, 10c to $1 with over 900k volume, 140 closed red today. The overall market took a beating today fueled by the inflation numbers released higher than expected. A couple others I was in loss 25%, bad day overall.
$NWBO 83c, what a shake-down that was. One of the biggest I have seen.
64c, up 50%, have to take some profits on that quick a jump. Still will hold some.
$NWBO $2 to 46c today. Bought some for a bounce
I haven't looked at the numbers, but I am guessing accretive instead of dilutive.

Here is a link to a good breakdown of the requirements. It is crazy complicated because they have different tiers to uplist under: Global Select Market, Global Market and Capital Market. Then each tier has different possible standard categories: earning, cash flow, revenue, assets, market cap, revenue, equity, income. Many OTC companies I've seen attempt to uplist do not have revenue, so they try under Capital Market tier with the equity or market value standard. Depending on which tier and standard, they list different trading price requirements in the footnotes for each.

$SRUTF,nice one. I'm seeing some OTC tickers actually move today. It has been a while, most have been stuck in the mud. Maybe Twitter being bought out has brought some optimism to OTC, don't know.
Yeah, I am guessing so, especially since there was a t-trade yesterday. I haven't been tracking them or we might know how much is left. I believe the offering was for 50c shares, I would have to look it up to see if there is any fine print. So if it is these shares being sold, I doubt they push it much below the offering price, typically the break even is a floor set for these algos to sell, and buying shares below the offering price is typically is a good strategy for me--again assuming this is those shares and 50c/share offering price. We will see.
