Nilam Resources, Inc., will issue a newly authorized Preferred Class of Series C Stock in in exchange for 24,800 Bitcoins at a discounted rate relative to current market prices.
Nilam Resources, Inc. will acquire 100% of the capital stock of MindWave, a special purpose entity in Mauritius, which will hold digital assets including 24,800 Bitcoins and other assets. These assets will serve as collateral to raise capital for investment in high yield generating projects.
The acquisition marks a significant strategic milestone for the Company and represents over a billion dollars in digital assets. $TIOG, expecting more crazy swings today. Dropped 70c to 1c to 15c to 4c to 13c to 1c to 4c Friday after announcing it is under SEC investigation and moving to OTC.
Interesting, I've traded ELTP for a while after hitting my volume scanner but didn't know much about the stock... thanks.

Someone shorts these the day before and covers on the open. I need to get an IB account for that, very easy money they are making. Notice OTCN is on the bid all all three, someone with an IB account is covering their short with the big drop this morning. Anyway, these new OTC tickers are usually are tradable for a week or better as they bounce around in price and volume heavily.
$IQST nice steady climb since this last post, riding 8 day up so far, new year high today. I've added a few times on this climb on pull backs to the 8 day (right now is 26c so 32c is too high to buy for me).
