That's right slopak. Not only that, but the compla3ners and 'moles'
Will continue to plague the discussion boards as long as the

It's just an attempt to derail investors and discourage us. It will

Why I think this is just a future 'blip in the road' here?
For companies 'trying' to stay ahead of the technology curve

It's funny when people post that their investment will be "runner
of the year!" when tickers on the big board and OTC pinks make
100 - 500% runs (either up...or down!!! Hahaha!!!) on an hourly
basis. Not just junk pinks or big board sleepers either.
Ones like Andalay solar.. (great pick by the way) H&J-OE (up 1000% in one month not long ago)
I))3V&V-I (over 10,000% last week) then my pick that made it into Deep Space Nine....
,,C-O-I-V-F, $$"""40,000% GREATNESS
Tons of fantastic plays out there!!
$$BIEL will be one of them hehe.
Nice one. Their stock is up 10,000% today. So, with FDA approval
here we could see high $$ within months..or weeks.
The reason why Actipatch is so timid about Actipatch is that it
is a 'General use' item that's inexpensive and not used in-house
as a widely used medical 'device'
Likely never will be used in-house. So, if the hospital can't make
huge money on it, well likely miss out on the lions share in the
medical field.
The FDA also sent warning letters out to McDonald's in the early
1990s and other fast food chains when they (the FDA) made false
claim that putting lithium in their milkshakes is the equivalent
of drinking battery acid. So, the FDA for 2 years harassed and
threatened companies using lithium as a food additive would be
forcefully driven out of business.
Even though lithium as a Food additive has been proven time and
again that there is little negative side effects but instead
greatly improve liver, heart and brain function.
Yeah, I take lithium orotate.
Anyway, over the past 2 years especially, the FDA has approved life
altering drugs which greatly increase the risk of heart, lung,
liver failure along with increase risk of cancers since these
'new' drugs weaken the immune system.
It's time 'Quackery' be redefined to properly aline with real
health benefits and not the agenda of big pharma being the
mouthpiece of the FDA.
Guess what BIEL supporters? I think we have people on the BIEL iHub
forum working for big interest.
Get out the torches!!!
Go BIEL::::
Research Backed by Hard Evidence
Thanks MrCause. Yes, I am just starting to look into the baby bottled water, Catskill and it looks ok, but I need much more than just a
few sales of their product on Amazon, China deals. I keep finding more companies
looking to sue Boreal for patent infringement..is this the conversion
debt they keep repaying?
Well, im good with this if it's the case but if I'm to invest
more of my hard earned money here I need proof they are still
working with Guess, HilFiger and others mentioned in the form
of sales and a link to the name brands PR department rebutting
backing up the PR.
At the moment Boreal water just looks like another boiler
back room business that might wipe out investors with news
of an r/s to get the stock "up to speed" and onto a higher OTC
tier excuse.
I'd much rather invest my money into a pink I know have a solid
history with repeat, engaged shareholders that back the company
100% with verifiable proof/stats.
I'm just not seeing this here. There are pinks out there that are
on the up and up with shareholders such as H&@JOE, Andalay Solar..
Steevia N-33X6TD
All pinks, but with solid verifiable sales with distributors
that do link back to the companies PR or sales dept.
Hopefully, this will turn into a major market player someday. I think that someday is a loooonnggg time in the future though.
Something is fishy, wrong with this company...
THIS STIPULATION AND AGREEMENT is made as of May 24, 2012 by and among plaintiff Dowser, LLC, its successors and assigns (“Dowser”) and defendants Boreal Water Collection, Inc., its successors and assigns (“Boreal”), and Boreal Water, Inc., its successors and assigns.

Dowser, owned by Pepsi.
Sooo, they provide bottled water to high end companies:
Boreal provides premium custom bottled water for its clients and customers, whether it is for publicity, promotion, marketing, internal use or a specific event. Boreal also offers fully integrated turnkey service, with prize-winning Boreal private label water, made-to-order labelling, along with distinctive water containers. Current and past customers include Ritz Carlton, Tommy Hilfiger, Saks Fifth Ave, Infiniti, Guess, LaCosta, Porsche, Re/Max, BMW Balance Water, Wa-taah Water, Fred Water, Dean & DeLuca, the Quin Hotel, WestHouse New York, the Surrey New York City, Bouchon Bakery, Princeton University and 3M. Unlike its competitors, Boreal has exclusive access to two pristine and abundant springs, one an award-winning source deep in the untouched wilds of Canada, and the other in the prestigious Catskill Mountains region in New York State. With exclusive unlimited exploitation rights, Boreal has a confirmed volume in excess of thousands of millions of gallons.
Nonsense. The stock is dumpfest in trip zero pinkie land and I can't find any proof that they provide 'any' bottled water or labeling for Tommy HilFinger or the ones in red above.
My guess, Boreal is a 'front company' covering up insider deals. I've invested in too many of these black market stocks.
The main red flag I see here..a big red flag is their customer base that mysteriously doesn't exist..and this non-existent share price.
Those who have a large amount of shares here I'd be checking this company over with a fine tooth comb.
Microsoft was also 'NSE'd in the early 1980s when they filed
a 501k for patent protection due to the massive consumer
complaints from extreme migraines by people staring at Windows
1.0 for longer than 1 hour.
By 1995 they sold nearly $1 billion worth in Windows, Windows updates, patches and other virusware then in 2000 the US government stepped
in to break up Microsoft into a 'baby bell' business and the
government lost the battle and Microsoft and its junkware
became bigger than ever. So, your exact point stockdarockk??
That's right. Just from reading through the many clinical
studies and information posted by the FDA and on SEC websites,
Actipatch, Allay and BIEL products were specially designed to
draw fluids away from the injured area so it may not work for
pain, discomfort if there is no fluid present in the area's'

Why the NFL needs BioElectronics
New study finds brain disease in 95% of deceased NFL players
The nextw football season is well underway, and with it comes the longstanding debate about the role football plays in long-term brain disease. Now, researchers report having found evidence of brain disease in 95% of brains tested belonging to former NFL players.
An American football helmet with flames coming out of it.
The study supports past research that found repeated minor head trauma is the biggest risk to neurological health for footballers.
Researchers with the Department of Veterans Affairs and Boston University, MA, identified chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) in 87 of 91 deceased NFL players, indicating that there is a link between football and long-term brain disease.
The findings were first reported by PBS and published on the website of the Concussion Legacy Foundation, whose brain bank received a $1 million research grant from the NFL in 2010.
"People think that we're blowing this out of proportion, that this is a very rare disease and that we're sensationalizing it," says Dr. Ann McKee, chief of neuropathology at the Department of Veterans Affairs Boston Healthcare System. "My response is that where I sit, this is a very real disease. We have had no problem identifying it in hundreds of players."
The team has previously identified CTE in the brains of football players who have donated their brains to science. So far, they have identified CTE in 96% of NFL players and 79% of football players examined to date - a total of 131 out of 165 individuals.
CTE occurs when an individual receives blows to the head over a period of time, causing progressive damage to nerve cells in the brain. The condition can impair cognitive functioning, causing difficulties with thinking and emotions and leading to problems such as depression and dementia.
The injuries that result in CTE cause the abnormal accumulation of proteins, interference in cell-to-cell communication and alter the white matter in the brain.
Previous research has suggested that repetitive minor head trauma represents a bigger risk to players than rare but violent collisions. The researchers found that 40% of the footballers who had CTE had played as offensive and defensive linemen - positions that experience physical contact on every play of a game - supporting past studies.
Findings 'remarkably consistent' with previous studies
This research is not the first to put football under increased scrutiny concerning the health and welfare of its players. Earlier this year, Medical News Today reported on a study published in JAMA Neurology that found retired NFL players with a history of concussion were at an increased risk for brain shrinkage and memory problems.
A number of former NFL players have taken legal action against the league on account of injuries and related health problems they have developed in later life associated with the sport, conditions that include dementia and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). In April, a $1 billion settlement with around 5,000 former players was approved.
The NFL gave the following statement in response to the findings:
"We are dedicated to making football safer and continue to take steps to protect players, including rule changes, advanced sideline technology, and expanded medical resources. We continue to make significant investments in independent research through our gifts to Boston University, the [National Institutes of Health] and other efforts to accelerate the science and understanding of these issues."
CTE can only be fully diagnosed after death. Many of the former footballers who had donated their brains to research had concerns about possible neurological problems while alive. This potential selection bias means that the researchers cannot guarantee the population they have analyzed is representative of all footballers.
To determine the overall incidence of CTE among footballers, the researchers will need to analyze the brains of a number of players who had never exhibited any signs or symptoms of the disease.
Despite this potential limitation, Dr. McKee states that their figures are "remarkably consistent" with previous research. She told PBS that the biggest challenge that now remains is convincing people with a vested interest in football that CTE is "an actual disease."
"People want to make this just Alzheimer's disease or aging and not really a disease," she says. "I think there's fewer of those people, but that's still one of our major hurdles."
Previously, MNT reported on a study that found for soccer players, heading the ball is the most common cause of sustaining a concussion.

BioElectronics Corporation Receives Major Orders From Italian Distributor
ActiPatch(TM) Chosen as A Safe and Effective Alternative to NSAIDs, Such As
Vioxx(R) and Celebrex(R)

FREDERICK, Md., May 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BioElectronics
Corporation (Pink Sheets: BIEL), the maker of the ActiPatch(TM), a drug
free anti-inflammatory patch, with an embedded battery operated microchip
delivering weeks of continuous pulsed therapy for a nickel an hour,
announced today it has received significant new orders from its Italian
distributor, TSS Medical, (Tecnica Scientifica Service). TSS Medical has
purchased this additional inventory to meet demand in Italy and other
European Union counties. BioElectronics is seeing demand for its product
increase significantly in Western Europe, which combined with expanding
sales in the U.S. and other countries, is likely to drive quarterly
revenues to record levels.
Andrew Whelan, President and CEO of BioElectronics Corp. comments,
"These are exciting times for all of us at BioElectronics. We expect demand
from Italy to increase over the coming months as the product is rolled out
to pharmacies across the country. We have also expanded the relationship
with our Italian partner to include distribution to additional areas in
Europe for which we have now received an initial stocking order. Many
Europeans are very interested in the drug-free nature of our products at a
time when NSAIDs, such as Vioxx(R) and Celebrex(R), have been determined to
have potentially serious cardiovascular side effects. We believe health
consumers with pain and soft tissue injuries will continue to view our

As if retail investors haven't suffered enough...
Reasons for the Increase Holding Period
As of October 14th, 2015, there are approximately 231,557 Preferred Shares issued and outstanding that represent different price per share and conversion rights. All shares have been issued years ago so they may “All” be converted at will. The potential conversion of ALL preferred shares would be approximately 45,608,200 Common Shares. If the Authorized Amendment is approved by our shareholders, it will protect each of them as shareholders, protect our common stock shareholders, stabilize share price, attract investors, and allow the Company to grow without hindrance. If the Authorized Amendment is not approved our Common Shareholders will suffer significant loss and the Company will not be able to attract future investors.
Effects of the Consolidation of Preferred Stock and the Increased Holding Period
The amendment will increase the holding period of All Preferred Stock for a period of two (2) years and permit only 1% per month to be converted into Common for a period of four (4) years. If approved, it will further the confidence of each investor and protect the Common Shareholder. While NuState believes the company will grow in Licensing Agreements and Consumer use of our GPSTrax, we cannot guarantee this. Currently NuState’s has little assets, significant debt and dilution. If amendment is approved, it will potentially normalized and increase the value of each Preferred Share owned and protect the Common Shareholder.
Our common stock is traded on OTC Markets which is a quotation service, not an exchange. OTC Markets does not reserve the right to refuse to list or to de-list any stock which has unusual voting provisions that nullify or restrict its voting.
Advantages and Disadvantages of Cancelling All Preferred Shares to Issue New Preferred Series A with Selling Restrictions & Price Adjustment.
As noted above, increasing the holding period will protect our common shareholders, stabilize share price and attract new investors. There is no disadvantage to existing Preferred Shareholders unless the Company fails as this Amendment protects their investment.
Consequences to the Company if there is a Failure to Approve the Authorized Amendment to Cancel All Preferred Shares and Issue New Preferred Series A with Restriction and Price Adjustment.
As noted above, the Company believes if not approved, it would have long-term negative effects — both on capital formation as well as negatively impacting all public shareholders. Holding periods are the mechanisms that enable companies who raise capital privately, to use that capital to grow the company for an established time period before new investors can “cash out” which would impact the market for the company’s shares. It is NuState’s opinion, that without an extension of the holding period, implementing a Lock Up/Leak Out Agreement, consolidating the Preferred Shares with price adjustment, NuState could face three major negative impacts: First, it will greatly dilute common shareholders; Second, it will depress the price of shares significantly; Third, it will effect long-term investors which would deprive the Company of funding.
Think they'll hold the shares iwant1mil?
I really need my money back from this scam.
Shoot, id be happy with 0.002s Anything over 0.002s would be

I'd be VERY happy with this and I'd be able to fix everything on

Very well thought out art and I believe that most investors
here understand the dilution problem with the share structure.
It's not a big problem though compared to the majority of other
pinks out there 'with' verifiable product sales since BIEL has
excellent market saturation (years) backed up by studies done
by professional businesses hired by Bioelectronics as well as
consumers (all documented, readying for FDA clearence) Your P/E
ratio sounds about right but if you consider other future vendors
that have ad space available BIEL could take advantage of, this P/E
number could drastically change literally overnight. Let's say BIEL signed a deal with both Microsoft, Apple, Gateway to show on their
online store with a front in their top items of choice viewed by
10s of millions of pc consumers who buy computers every year?
Sales or not, that P/E ratio would go into the stratosphere then
keep going north along with the share price. Plenty of options for BIEL profits here$$$$$

PRESS RELEASE
BioElectronics Chairman Letter to Shareholders
By
Published: Oct 22, 2015 8:30 a.m. ET
0
FREDERICK, Md., Oct. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The following is a letter from the Chairman of BioElectronics Corporation (otc pink:BIEL) to shareholders:
Dear Biel Shareholders:
This has been a busy last few months that has resulted in some very positive news for BIEL shareholders and I want to take a few minutes to put these events in perspective.
It has been about three years since Andrew Whelan and the BioElectronics management team put together and communicated to you our four strategic initiatives which were:
Execute an aggressive marketing and sales program in large European markets and select other global markets;
Develop political and public support to compel the US FDA to recognize our therapeutic solution to provide an alternative to the devastating side effects and addictions of OTC and prescription drugs;
Continue high quality clinical research to further substantiate clinical efficacy and establish more indications of use; and,
Lower our cost of capital to finance expansion.
Let me briefly discuss each of these.
As a Marketing Professor at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, I continually tell my students that launching a new product is never an easy task. For BIEL the hurdle was particularly high. Not only are we a small firm with constrained resources and limited access to working capital, but our product had almost no brand awareness or market acceptance. At that time our distributors in Europe were working through the medical profession to establish some limited distribution. Although this approach was working to some extent, we decided that we needed to take a new, bold approach and try to market our product ourselves and to do this through over the counter (OTC) channels. This led us to look for one or more retail chains that would carry our product. Just about two years ago we were able to get limited distribution in Boots UK Limited, the largest and most well-known pharmacy chain in the UK. Our next task was to generate sales even though we had no brand awareness and Boots was not willing to aggressively market ActiPatch®. This coupled with the fact that our prior marketing research indicated that consumers were skeptical of the efficacy of our product and thus were not likely to buy it just because they saw it on the retail shelf, told us that we had a tough road ahead unless we came up with a creative approach. Our challenge, then, was to show Boots and the world that our product would sell and we needed to do this by first making consumers aware of the benefits of our innovative product and then getting them to try it and spread the word about its efficacy. And we had to do this with a limited marketing budget. Clearly this was a daunting task, but one that I am happy to report was executed successfully.
Our approach was unique and innovative. We first settled on targeting chronic pain sufferers versus going after those with acute pain. Next, we used a combination of public relations, Boots customer reviews, charities websites, and social media to generate some initial buzz about our product. However, the key marketing initiative was to offer potential customers a trial product that lasted seven days at a price of about $5. We knew that if the pain sufferer tried the product for this amount of time that a clear majority would find substantial and sustained relief. We started this sampling program about 15 months ago and since then we have sold over 80,000 7-day trial devices. Another major benefit of obtaining these trial users has been the establishment of a massive email data base allowing us to survey them and in the process gain substantial amounts of data about how much ActiPatch® impacts their baseline pain, how they use ActiPatch®, how likely it is to improve their quality of life, and their purchase and repurchase behavior of our commercially available 720-hour product at the retailer's regular price. The net of all this is that we can show retailers that by offering "skeptical" potential buyers the option of buying the 7-day trial product initially, the majority of triers find clinically significant pain relief and consequently will continue to buy the 720 hour product for years to come. Current estimates are that use of a 7-day trial product will result in about 50-60% of the triers purchasing the 720 hour retail ActiPatch® and over the next year these users will purchase another 2-3 devices. Thus, the life-time value of this newly acquired customer is substantial. We continue to track the sampling and the resulting sales and feel confident that this innovative marketing approach will continue to result in ever growing sales volumes.
Due to the success of this approach Boots positioned ActiPatch® more prominently in their stores and nearly doubled the number of their pharmacy's carrying ActiPatch®. Not surprisingly ActiPatch® is currently their largest selling analgesic on their website.
So, if they doubled that 80k (easily) and sold them at a cut rate
price of $25.00 each on word-of-mouth alone (selling on Amazon
for $49.00 each) they'd have a net profit of $2,000,000.00
If half of those who bought the 7-day trial patch bought
the product alone= $1,000,000.00 (million) net profit.
This is BARE MINIMUM and without taking Loyds into the factor.
=BIG, stable growing sales in Q1, and worldwide recognition!!!
$$$BIEL$$$
Cool. Thanks powerbar. My thoughts as to why the link to that 510k
doesn't work today (worked fine yesterday) is that we are on track for FDA approval sometime next month. The link could've likely been
removed by the FDA for update approval.
No denials, so things could get hot around here at any time.
Kudos! And to find a US FDA approved PEMF device that is
equally as effective as Actipatch you'd have to spend $1,000.00
minimum. Likely much more.
But, BIELs backdoor is covered, since its already being sold
on EBay against FDA demands. ____ that FDA censor agenda.

Waiting for that big payday here too. My target is 0.01¢ still
but it sounds like the 'millionaires' (millions in shares, that is) club may be selling
before then
This company has soooo much potential if they stay on course and stay honest and true to investors here.
Selling at a 1/2 cent isn't all that appealing to me but I'll just
wait to get back in @high 0.003s once we have liftoff.
We need news of new distributors for any major move past 0.0007
Great product (Hempcore) excellent distributors (Ebay) government

the pipeline....

I've been in a couple other stocks where there were big investors
and I was quite unhappy with both the big investor and the business

Nikola Tesla the first to successfully use PEMF devices
Nikola Tesla was the first modern individual to be recognized for manipulating electromagnetic fields for health purposes. His methods and patents in the early 1900s for the Tesla coil were also used for electromagnetic medical devices. 1
These devices were often large round solenoid coils of wire that would surround the patient while they would stand or lie on a bed.
They were energized directly from the 50 or 60 Hz sine wave electrical system. The patient would usually experience an immediate relief in pain.
Tesla’s methods for electro-therapy were originally embraced by electricians who wanted to commercialize electricity however electro-therapeutic devices eventually fell out of favor with doctors when educators in western medical schools chose to only educate medical students in the use of pharmaceuticals and surgery (a result of the infamous Flexner Report 1910).
nikola-tesla-readingIn addition, a concerted effort by the pharmaceutical industry to discredit electromagnetic therapy caused it to be branded as “quackery” and electrical medical devices were only to be considered for diagnostic purposes such as X-ray. Tesla’s advances were quickly forgotten.
The Full Story (Fascinating article)
But it did move up!! Share buyback by late January 2016
My guess is that dilution will likely be reduced to 9 billion then 7 billion by August 2016 and well have formed a healthy base at 0.005 next year..possibly sooner...

Interesting facts about PEMF technology:
The two main components of Earth’s PEMFs, the Schumann and Geomagnetic frequencies, are so essential that NASA and the Russian space program equip their spacecrafts with devices that replicate these frequencies. These frequencies are absolutely necessary for the human body’s circadian rhythms, energy production, and even keeping the body free from pain. But there is a big problem on planet earth right now, rather, a twofold problem, as to why we are no longer getting these life-nurturing energies of the earth.
Um, yeah. Round--up. MonSINtos. G.M.O.s, industrial pollutants, nuclear waste............
I'm not sure what the final quest of the bioh@t3r thumps
are here, but I see huge potential in:
Actipatch
Allay
RecoveryRx®
Heal-Fast
Behind the Science of PEMF
Though millions or tens of millions of Americans have heard about
BIELs products and they've had many years of great market
saturation. In my view, the large amount of dilution shouldn't
hold down the stock PPS in trips and not for very long.
0.05¢ shouldn't be too great a stretch to reach even without F.D.A. approval and with F.D.A. clearance should reach minimum 0.20¢
Though BIEL already has partial F.D.A. clearance in many countries like Canada.
Wayy underpriced here!!!!
Thanks Simpsonly. It looked to me like grandma srinsocal was
trying out the Nuvaring while writing that Wiki ad.
26 Amazing Benefits of Hydrogen Peroxide
F.D.A. approval cometh BIEL
Um, wow. Hydro peroxide does all that? Most docs would
disagree with you. And it gets rid of blisters, does not cause
them.
Even Colgate uses it in their toothpaste because of the amazing
healing properties.
Scars tissue? Nah. I talk to people all the time that use it for
mostly a mouthwash since it prevents tooth decay and acid
build up that causes canker sores (rids of canker sores..blistering
of the mouth that causes canker from acid build up)
It does irritate the skin somewhat..but it's because it's killing the bad bacteria.
The past year I've used it to strengthen the muscles connected to
a torn rotator cuff (used as a topical every other day) from a work related accident and it works
wonders for back pain (and I'm 43..works very well)
I think it's time you update where you get your information from
since its quite inaccurate.
$$$$$$$$BIEL$$$$$$$$
Hydrogen peroxide works small miracles too. Reduces most
inflammation when applied topically, increases motion of
muscle and rids of spasm episodes.
That aside, go $BIEL$$$$!!!!
Maybe a combination of hydro peroxide and Actipatch would
work well also.
Stockdarock ·········But does is Icy-Hot as effective as Actipatch or Allay?
