We're at the airport waiting for our flight. I swore I wouldn't look at the drama today.
Except when it comes to misinformation.
Best do some fact checking.
Check the 8K on the original "co-packer", which may or may not have ever been used. Maybe a quarterly will clean that up. In mid-November.
Then check the actual publically available "conference call" when and where our new "CEO" stepped in after the last "launch" failure, shut it down, provided some apologies, did some analysis, apparently identified an issue with production, engaged in some cost saving procedures, made some corrections and lo and behold, Neumatter Methods/Valen Methods was employed as the new "co-packer". Which; we all surprisingly only learned from the former "CEO" during the back and forth 8K debacle in early to mid-September.
The September 10, 2015 8K was well after the new "CEO " was on board as "CMO" and had every opportunity to address the "co-packer" issue.
And critical implies critiquing. Which as shareholders, should be invited, not shunned.
Registered in Wyoming, an alleged "office" in California, the "CEO" and his partner reside in Miami and the "co-packer" is maybe in Texas.
I have to board. I am out for the weekend. Good luck to all of us. That's all we have here.
LIGHT RETAIL !
I have to be honest. I am not all that overly impressed with these imported images and the short film.
I am actually somewhat surprised these were even displayed anywhere, as of course an answer being to address skepticism that would be addressed. But new skepticism is also raised.
The overall impression I get is very low budget. Just looking at what is seen in the still images and the short film. Look and see what you see. Substance on table for example.
The overall impression I get from the video is this. It was a 20 second video in which 10 bottles of heat shrink wrap sealed "product" dropped. Taking that video for a full minute would be 30 bottles. Over a full hour would be 1800 bottles.
Over an 8 hour day would be 14400 bottles. Over a ten hour day would be 18000 bottles. Over a five day work week at eight hour days would be 72,000 bottles. How many days did this production run last. Is it still ongoing or perpetual.
So, the obvious questions would be, and no one here knows the answer; how many individual units of "product" have been produced or are planned to be produced.
What was the failure rate on production and the net yield (quality control, not all bottles would necessarily be saleable).
How were the individual units boxed? (Machine or hand makes a difference in associated labor costs). The images already indicate some amount of hand labor, placing the product in the sleeve prior to heat shrinking for example, then into the machine, then from the basket at the end of the machine to a boxing platform, etc.
What was the cost to produce each unit, so far (supply of product, bottling, labels, etc) not yet including the shipping to distributor and then finally to the consumer.
All valid observations, all valid concerns.
Good luck to us all. Be back late Monday.
ROCK out.
Sorry for the poor explanation. It was in regards to passing information on social media from "CEO" of a "company" to select twitter fans. Unusual activity on private "alter-persona" account rather than the "company" accounts. We got what we needed. I appreciate your response.
Nope. The "CEO" website, where information gets shared immediately. Not the "company" website.
Disregard the question. I found the answer. Screen shots and appearance of image to the general public being forwarded to the proper persons.
I believe the only question would to consider is if the time stamp on the image remains the same between initial selected recipients to general population.
Question. I do not have a twitter account. My kids all have Facebook and share back and forth. I'm just now learning Facetime.
On Facebook, a post, whether a picture or message; can be shown to a select group and hidden from public view.
I'm curious. There was a recent twitter image posted that stated it was posted for example, three hours ago. Yet 15 minute interval screen shots from the twitter account showed no photo.
Can we inquire from someone who has a twitter account if images may be sent to some, but protected from the public view.
This seems like it could present an issue of insider knowledge being shared with select individuals.
I will reserve the name of the "company" until we figure out the answer.
Thanks in advance.
I stand corrected again, obviously sooner rather than later.
I hope you will post this recording so we may all benefit from the actual recorded information rather than simple speculation. This lack of availability has obviously caused some of us to rely on perhaps less than factual information. We should all be concerned with each others success in our mutual endeavors.
As it was conducted in a public invitation forum, you are not required to seek the host's consent. If it had been by invitation only with a pre-emptive caveat regarding recording or public dissemination of protected rights to voiced information, then you would.
Ah, some more end of day sizzle shared with social media tweeters/investors, but not on the "company websites". Weird.
I guess the lesson to get the news quicker is to become a follower.
Have to disagree.
Someone on here has been playing a "T minus" ruse, and others were supporting it as fact.
So there was the benefit of a false countdown and now some period of time will elapse, maybe very soon or maybe extended, for yet some more about a "hard launch".
in addition to a yet newer version of rumor regarding international sales.
Gosh I may have to apologize. You may actually be correct.
The "final delivery date ahead of what is hoped to be a successful ""re-launch"" is scheduled for 10-16-2015. Delivery from "co-packer" to "company".
That was in the 09-22-2015 PR and appears in the website blog.
So, technically; 10-16-2015 may not be the "launch" date.
Maybe some others are misreading this.
Wished we could have all listened in on, or been provided a link to; the past two "conference calls".
Yes, well, that would be the value in being provided an actual recording of the "conference call" so all of with positions could have heard what others had been privileged to hear.
I was asking laser to take a seat as we seldom, if ever, agree on anything.
Well there's some rumor for everyone.
May be a leader to his own following, not so much an industry.
But, that should sell some stock.
"Company" hasn't proven it can produce any quantity of anything, "launch" anything, factually sell anything, factually make a profit on anything in any national region, and yet it is now rumored to become a global entity. All with no factual numbers, unaudited as they may be until the middle of February of 2016; if we're lucky.
Definitely some rumor buying coming now.
We are all entitled to our opinions aren't we?
You may want to sit down. I 100% agree. No way was any of that response even close to what was stated or implied.
10-16-2015 is the "launch".
Nothing more. Nothing less.
Thank you for the research. I've already read that. I was interested, curious and hoped to hear what the Strause "conference call" may have had to update an almost three year old article.
That's just absurd. Who would have made such a "claim"?
Just curious. I did not get a chance to listen to the Strause "conference call".
Where does hemp juice come from?
Thank you for the explanation and clarification. I honestly did not know.
A "pallet" of unknown quantity of empty shrink wrap sheaths.
Fully understood and mostly obvious. That's the quandary. No one knows what the "production run" is supposedly going to be. Its all guess work at this point.
No doubt there will be PR's forthcoming addressing all of concerns.
So, the question remains. Will a "company" do a run for another "company" for 12, 102, 1002, etc bottles.
Bare with me. This may sound ridiculous. But with no factual information being provided (8K), speculation runs both ways.
Would a "company" with a heat machine lend out that otherwise idle machine to an outside "company" so that "company" can come in and use the machine to do their own "products" as long as they supply the "product", the packaging and their own labor. The "company" with the heat machine charges some fee for the machine's use.
Now that might sound ridiculous. But with no factual basis otherwise (8K), no one could say for sure.
The image presented on a twitter account showed sleeves of shrink wrap safety seals, but no images of "product" not shrink wrapped. The image showed sheaths of twenty shrink wraps and maybe approximately 500-1000 sheaths total. Hard to tell.
Any ideas.
Any guesses.
You are helpful at assisting people like me with answering questions I'm not certain about. So help some of us out with maybe a misconception some of us may have.
I think some of us are under the impression an 8K is for material definitive agreements, for example, between two companies, specifically here with NeuMatter Methods/Valen Methods and/or McMurdo. You used the word or phrase "filed as needed". So are some of us incorrect with the difference between "as required" and "as needed".
No doubt some of us will view a picture of two new packaging safety shrink wrapped bottles of some flavor as a good sign. Of two bottles as shown. As of this moment, that is what has been accomplished.
I think some of the issue of concern was the initial presentation in the format in which it was delivered.
Our guesses are as good as anyone else's.
I guess I just can't help but be curious and guarded with this.
So, the newest/latest/finished/final "product" is available for display and someone told and showed 24.4K followers, but no general public showing and telling through a press release.
I seriously know where the image was originally posted. It came with a link when someone posted it on here late last evening. I clicked on the link and there it was.
Yes I did know that. What we do not know, and have been politely inquiring about the last several weeks, "unknown origin", is where was the image taken, like maybe a still undisclosed facility in or near Houston, Texas?
A picture of unknown origin displayed on a twitter account and linked here displays two shrink wrapped sealed bottles of unknown flavor (comes in two flavors, which one is in the picture).
Unknown if more of these such bottles exist (I'm sure well be seeing a lot more pictures).
Suggested retail value of two bottles in the image is less than $6.00 (presuming $2.95 per bottle).
In order to soft or hard "launch" a "product", smart and savvy investors know there must be "product" on hand (we learned that earlier).
If a "launch" is scheduled for 10-16-2015 for example, then one would expect there to be "product" available on so me date prior, like late last evening, 10-13-2015.
Not sure what the excitement was all about. I'm surprised it wasn't ready earlier.
Kudos. Looks just like all the others. Maybe not quite as eye-catching as some other brands. But finally somewhat professional just the same. Looks like there will be some "product" available for the "launch".
I do have one question. Maybe its dumb. But how does someone know which flavor it is between "Original" and "Berry".
Just curious.
We do not manufacture drinks or shots of any kind, nor the product you have mentioned. I think there has been a mix up with Frontier Beverage.
Thank you,

No. They are not. J&D Labs is not in any way, shape or form involved in any way shape or form with this "product". Call them and talk to them.
I'm still curious and confused.
How does an "industry leader" in industrial cleaning supplies branch into "co-packing" this "product". Just curious. It does make for an interesting conversation.
Still concerned:
The first "conference call" was available the next day for all to hear. The second and third "conference calls" remain unavailable.
To get the second and third "conference calls", we are apparently advised to contact the host and make a request. Something we did not have to do for the first "conference call".
Someone certainly must have recorded the second and third "conference calls" and would be doing a valuable service to those who were not able to listen live.
As there were no legalities involved in recording an open "conference call" in which the general public was invited to attend, then there would be no legal issues in making the proceedings available to the general public. I heard no admonishment in the first "conference call" regarding recording and publication rights. Curious if the second and third "conference calls" had such an advisement against recording and publication.
Yep, Mr. Barnum clarified his business is headquartered in California, not Colorado and his company is not engaged in any agreements regarding distributing or any other services for the "company" or the "product".
Pretty much along the same lines that J&D Labs is not involved in the current "product".
In my opinion, Barnum probably heard about the chatter. I think we all knew that his company wasn't based in Colorado. It was addressed here some months earlier, then the issue resurfaced for some reason. The issue remained unaddressed by the "company". Apparently this "company" would rather fight fires than address issues straight up.
NeuMatter Methods/Valen Methods has not been addressed straight up. It almost plays again like another scapegoat.
If the internet is going to be the sole source for distribution, that is certainly not "brilliant".
It starts at the beginning with supply. Then production. Then distribution. I'm not sure we've ever discussed supply and how that gets to the "co-packer". Then the whole "co-packer" issue. Then the process from "co-packer" to end user. Is the "co-packer" shipping the product to the end user and storing "product" at their facility. Or is the "finished product" being shipped to California then shipped to the end user.
Just too many unanswered questions this close to "hard launch".
Agree 100% with the update and transparency comment.
So far, very opaque.
How about an 8K on NeuMatter Method/Valen Method, an alleged "industry leader" in industrial cleaning chemicals. If this is our "co-packer" then there must be some material definitive agreement. We only found out the identity of the "co-packer" back on September 11-14 when the issue became public. Seems an "industry leader" should be neither difficult to locate nor difficult in communication.
How about an 8K on McMurdo, new corporate counsel replacing old corporate counsel. This is the new corporate counsel who claims it takes four weeks to reduce AS.
How about an update on the trademark, as one of the "leading trademark and patent firms in the country" was supposedly spearheading this. Looks to be in limbo.
How about an update on the OTC Filing. It still lists the past "CEO" and outdated information.
I fully understand your frustration with the non-communicative old "CEO". I've tried to reach out multiple times to NeuMatter Methods/Valen Methods and John Golden and have heard nothing, phone call messages as well as e-mails.
Not negative or bashing. Just some real world investor concerns.
I don't doubt at all there will be some type of "launch" of "product". It certainly is not free with supply, packaging, shipping, labor, the office lease in California, salaries, and everything else associated, not to mention what was already spent prior on the aborted "soft launch".
In my opinion, it is a long wait until the middle of February to see where we stand, unaudited or otherwise.
We did not have to search for a link or contact the "host" for the original "conference call". The "host" and others on the internet provided relatively easy to find links, including some posters on this board. Our confusion, concern and issue should be why have the last two "conference call" recordings have been so difficult to locate, if they even exist.
Like I said, if there is someone to call, I would be more than happy to call them and report back.
I hope someone answers.
Yes !!!! And, historically; the second Friday in October when October has five Fridays and has been followed by a federal holiday the following Monday have been the worst days for trading volume in penny stocks. So there's that.
Agreed. I just wouldn't call it "brilliant". Not a bad place to start. Certainly wouldn't diminish those avenues for internet sales.
Are you talking about MarijuanaStocks or Perinotti?
The first "conference call" provided links.
The second "conference call" provided no links, and was basically hardly discussed on the board.
The third "conference call" provided no links and was generally disregarded by all.
You're suggesting I call who?
I don't mind at all doing some leg work to assist others who might have the same issues and concerns.
I'll take this as a serious question. Yes, I searched the same sites as the first "conference call", which was not at all difficult to locate.
I do my own DD.
Which is why everyone here should have strong concerns regarding the next "launch" of this "product".
Still patiently waiting for a link to the last "conference call". If anyone knows of a link, please share. I don't expect investors to be cynical that the last two (Strause family and the one two days ago) "conference calls" remain unavailable for independent listening.
Leads one to believe there was nothing of value to listen to in either.
Still curious. Anyone found out anything about the supply, bottling, packaging, distribution and shipping contracts. I hope we don't have to go through that mess again.
Internet sales wouldn't seem like a valid distribution agreement leading to much in the way of sales.
Please enlighten us on the plan. Apparently some have heard it. Still no link to the "conference call" so we can all hear it. If you have some knowledge of it, please share so we can all be excited.
Anyone with a link to yesterday's "conference call"? Anyone?
