Fake Companies like this don't really "trade." The so called "market" down here is all fake. Don't you get it yet? There is no real market other than a few carnival barkers on this board whose focus is to unload their worthless stock which suddenly has a "value" because a market maker arbitrarily sets a "price." As the stock gets unloaded the price drops to zero. Let's stop pretending. It does not matter what Lee says. If it is trading "soon" then get ready for it to drop like a rock. According to Dent 1 the miner is dead and a couple of guys own the fake company. So give us a break, a big one! This is not 1995.
I trade this one regularly with Turbo binary option contracts. Surprisingly it is fairly easy to trade with the ultra short time frame.
What do you have? A Fake Company. Plain and simple. There are thousands of them out there. in the 90s they were special and valuable. Now everyone knows the truth.
Ohhhhkayyyyy. If you say so. Let's hold on to a Fake Company that doesn't even have a ticker symbol. Great advice, terrific!
Bitcoin continues to lose its balls. How low can she go?
Why does Bitcoin keep losing its balls? When will the price at least stabilize?
Maladus, the Carnival Barkers on this board will not answer serious questions. Anytime you challenge them you get answers like "Big things are Happening here soon," "Tune in to the next Conference Call" "Check out the website," "Get ready to eat Crow," etc. You now how these type of Carnies sound. This has been going on now for over 10 years. These Carnival Barkers are Delusional. You have a great question here. Sadly no one will answer. I think this board has become cheap entertainment.
Carnival Barkers are delusional. This one had its day in the sun when it was born in the year 2000. A few years later it was de-listed. It will never be "listed" again, you can take that to the bank. You can change the name again and bring in more equity scammers and talk about Gold and Copper and Mines but it will not make any difference. The history of this one is known by the powers at be and they block it forever. Trust me, this will never trade. What other scams are you working on True Blue? Talk to me. Inquiring minds want to know.
Nope, not negative. Just factual. I have been there, done that, wore that T-shirt. As far as looking in the rear view mirror remember that those who ignore the past are doomed to repeat it. The history for these Fake Companies are all the same. This is not 1997 and people know what is going on. This is all I am saying. This is not my opinion but these are the facts. NMOBTF. Comprende?
You aren't busting any bubble. I know about these "equity" scams. I know exactly how equity scams work. Had it been Goldman Sachs that did the "financing" maybe I would get excited. But since simple questions on this board like what does the "company" do never get answered then I will not hold my breath. This is not the year 1997 anymore. Everyone knows about these Fake Companies now. The odds are good that this pig in a poke will never trade again. Eventually you and the other Carnival Barkers will be long gone from this board as I prove my point. You will just disappear from this board one day while I will have proved my point to those who are reading. Comprende?
If an "Equity Group" is involved with an attempt to resurrect this Fake Company then this is another deathblow. That story goes a long way to explain the pumping that we see on this board. We have a group sitting out there with a bunch of cheap stock just waiting for it to "trade." Then they can freely dump and head for the exit door. I know all about how this business works. Massive selling volume while Fake News comes out. Maybe the regulatory authorities are fully aware of this and do not allow it to be listed again. The odds are very good that this one will never trade again. What a sad ending for a company that had high hopes at one time.
There is no connection between penny stocks and the Dow. Zip. The Dow represents a real stock market. That is another myth and lie perpetrated by the Carnival Barkers. There is no connection between Fake Companies, their ticker symbols, and the real stock market.
You truly are delusional. You aren't listening to a thing that me and Dent1 are saying.
Awesome Answer Dent1! I do believe you are catching on. I am glad that you finally got the message. What is hilarious is that no one on this board can dispute what you and I say because the truth can never be disputed. CPRK is a failed and de-listed penny stock with no future. It is NOT a mine. It is NOT related to the price of copper or gold or anything else. It is a failed company. Maybe a failed Fake Company is a better term. What has happened here is a very hard lesson for those who created her. The creators were sucked in by the same Carnival Barkers and personalities that infest this board. These people are cockroaches. Sad but true.
They need to be honest. It would be far, far easier to start a new Fake Company from scratch. They could get their ticker symbol in about a year. I know how it works because I have done it, years ago. When does this nonsense end?
It sounds like panic may be setting in. Common sense can tell you that it doesn't take 10 years to relist. If lawyers are "circling in" it may be from lawyers of poor folks who put money into this again with the hope that it would get "listed" again. I say "listed" because these companies do not really trade. Stock is moved around in a Fake Market to make it look like "volume." No real investors put their money into this garbage anymore. The real action is on real Wall Street with super successful companies like Google, Apple, Walt Disney, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, etc. The odds are not good for this Pig in a Poke.
You have to admit that it is funny how the Carnival Barkers never answer any questions. Legitimate questions are asked and then all we hear back is "Conference Call Coming soon." Then listeners get a hand job over the phone. This is so sad. It really is. Sad and pathetic!
I think this is the way the Government is shutting down these Fake Companies. For some reason they have very little listing standards in the first place. So this lets the Fake exchange operate. Unfortunately it creates a cesspool of Fake companies. Those who do not comply to operational requirements of the Fake exchange get de-listed. And then they are never allowed to return to listing. It gets stonewalled from one agency to another forever. Anyone who invests gets left holding the bag. It is truly a sad ending which could have been prevented by simply shutting down the Fake Exchange. Canada shut down their Fake Exchange (Vancouver Stock Exchange) many years ago and life goes on. A lot of losses and bag holders have been prevented.
What is really a mystery here is why aren't simple questions answered? Earlier a poster asked if a 15c211 was filed. This is a simple question with a yes or no answer. As soon as someone asks a very serious question some Carnival Barker shows up and says it will be "trading" soon. The reality is that a brand new situation could be started up and then a ticker symbol assigned within a year and a half. Here we have a Fake Company which was de-listed about 10 years ago. The fact of the matter is that the odds are very good that this one will never receive a ticker symbol or ever trade again. No one wants to publicly admit it but this is very likely the answer here. I bet the owners are busy running some other scam that actually has a ticker symbol. I wish someone would show up on this board and tell us what that ticker is so we can all just forget about this one.
And now all you wish is that someone would tell you what they do? This is sad. I too got sucked in by Carnival Barkers with their fancy "appearance," just like you did. This happened in the year 2000 for me but the result is the same. To these Carnies a ticker symbol is the path to success. Fortunately, there is only a very small audience left in 2018. So their path is very narrow if it exists at all. A Pig in a Poke.
Yo Dent. I am curious as to what you "invested" in exactly way back when you first got involved. Was there a business or marketing plan? What would compel you to put money into a pig like this one. Just curious. Thanks.
Dent1, True Blue thinks that a Fake "Company" is automatically "successful" just because it is "trading." So "trading" is the measure of success for Carnival Barkers. The real question then becomes what does the company do, what is the business plan and what is the marketing plan, etc. Once you get to this point the Carnival Barkers are way out of their league. They know very little if anything about the actual operation of a business. If they aren't successful in creating a "cult" following of real stock buyers then their stock price collapses. That is the whole problem with the Fake Markets. Ticker symbols and stocks are created and then they scramble around trying to "discover" what it is they actually do.
It certainly is a shame that there is no Binary Options chatter here on these boards. Lots of investors make a ton of money on these fast moving deals. It is a very exciting and lucrative business. Instead of getting "married" to a stock for years you make a quick buck and you get out. The new "Turbo" binary options expire in one minute or even 30-seconds!
A "game changer." Get real. You don't seem to know very much about how the business of Fake Companies, Fake exchanges and Ticker Symbols really works. Until I see proof of otherwise (and I am not talking about conference calls), this one is exactly like the thousands of Fake Companies which are "listed" in the garbage OTC Fake "exchange." By the way, someone keeps saying good luck to the "longs." You really should wish the "shorts" good luck too. Because at the end of the day the smart shorters make a killing in the world of Fake Companies as the prices quickly fall toward zero. Trust me, there is no money in the business of Fake Companies anymore except for those who print stock certificates and unload them into gullible people who are inexperienced investors. So, unless you can convince me that this one is being taken over by Goldman Sachs or a real investment banker on Wall Street this one is nothing but another pig in a poke. Penny stocks have been exposed a long time ago. I started in that business in 1995. Not one of these companies, not one, ever amounted to anything real. So your claim about "game changer" falls flat on its face. Smart investors now go with real companies like Apple, Google, etc. The world of real money and real companies on real Wall Street is where the real action is these days.
Dent1, this shows the mentality of Carnival Barkers who reside on this board. They don't care about anyone except themselves. This is the type of personality that will gladly accept your money. They take your money and then insult you after they get it. The business of Fake Companies is not a good business for investors to be in anymore.
You are a good person, Dent. It appears that the writing on the wall has finally set in. It is a shame that the "company" doesn't put out a press release announcing that their attempts to relist have failed or at least is not working at this time. Not one Carnival Barker has appeared on this board for days. I hope you did not lose too much money on this one. One of the rules of stock speculation is that you never put more money into something than you can afford to lose. The Carnival Barkers and Pumpers know this but they too often "forget" to tell their innocent victims. Take care.
Excellent Dent1. Then you know the deal. When we see a Carnival Barker on this board telling you how great things are and how "hard" the managers are working on this deal and how this is the greatest thing since sliced bread and the stock price is going to the moon then you know how things really are. I would guess that a vast majority of people who post off the wall predictions on this message board and tell us how great everything is going (We just have to wait five more years for approval) are probably shareholders and insiders, people who have obtained free or cheap stock. So it is in their best interest to "pump." It sounds like you have been around the block. This is a good thing.
Dent 1, you are veering off course here. Remember, this is a shell, not a mine. Real mining companies don't buy shells on the Pink Sheets. They get real investment bankers like Goldman Sachs to get involved. Then they tap into real Wall Street with big bucks, like hundreds of millions of dollars. I hope you aren't getting sucked into the lines used by the many Carnival Barkers on this board. I thought you were finally catching on to reality. Maybe not. Good luck!
You got it Dent! Spot on. These companies are shells, Fake Companies with ticker symbols. This one doesn't even have a ticker symbol anymore. They put out lots of Fake News in their attempt to generate interest from unsuspecting amateurs. And then they unload their stock when the time is right. And some amateur is left holding the bag as the stock price tanks. In the 21st Century real investors on Wall Street came to realize that penny stocks are pure garbage. All you can hope for is someone to buy this shell and get a ticker symbol again. If they are able to do this and then hire some really good Carnival Barkers you could see some return. Without success in that attempt, your money is gone. At least someone out there realizes this.
Where are the Pumpers and Carnival Barkers? Have they given up hope? LMFAO!
Binary options are absolutely huge! But the reason these message boards are not excited about them is because Binary options prices cannot be manipulated by what people say or rigged like most penny stocks are. In other words what you are I think about a binary option on a message board isn't going to make a difference. I wish the binary option board was more active. I would get involved in the conversation everyday. I am sure binary option discussions would be a lot more intelligent than 99% of the discussions about penny stocks.
Dent1. Just wait for Fake News to start coming out. Then you will know it is happening. Until then you will have to be content with endless monthly conference call meetings.
Who merges? Anyone who wants a Fake Company with a ticker symbol and the license to sell stock to the unsuspecting that goes with it. Throw in lots of Fake News fairy tales too.
Chuck's busy? Busy doing what? Running another scam? I still say this one will never trade again, ever. Get used to that. Get over it and move on.
Why would I listen to a bunch of hot air? Yes, I created this pile of garbage. So I know quite a lot about the system and how it all works. It is almost 19 years old now. I regret it all and have moved far beyond, believe me. What is really sad is those who know the truth about this business and others just like it but continue to pretend and role play just so they can unload their worthless stock on the unsuspecting. The good news is that there are less victims than ever before. Most people know that a vast majority of penny stocks are worthless.
Does anyone here subscribe to the belief that this one may never trade again? It is very possible. Many market insiders believe that one way the government can shut down stock activity in shells is by simply delisting them and never approving for trading again, ever. What happened to this one is a tragedy but a fairly common story in the garbage market known as the OTC.
I will take a Fake Bid coming from the Fake Stock Exchange over the CNN Fake News Network any day of the week!
Now it gone, real bid is back. The CNN Fake News Network must have realized we are watching. That was ugly. I will take the bid from the Fake Stock Exchange over CNN any day of the week!
LOLOLOLOL. Fake Bid action?
That is correct, Becky. If this one was trading on the New York Stock Exchange rather than the Fake Stock Exchange the numbers may actually pan out for investors. Down here fantasies are never experienced.
