You got it Dent! Spot on. These companies are shells, Fake Companies with ticker symbols. This one doesn't even have a ticker symbol anymore. They put out lots of Fake News in their attempt to generate interest from unsuspecting amateurs. And then they unload their stock when the time is right. And some amateur is left holding the bag as the stock price tanks. In the 21st Century real investors on Wall Street came to realize that penny stocks are pure garbage. All you can hope for is someone to buy this shell and get a ticker symbol again. If they are able to do this and then hire some really good Carnival Barkers you could see some return. Without success in that attempt, your money is gone. At least someone out there realizes this.
