"they will get "a margin call" FORCING them to cover."
So sorry but this stuff changes so often it's hard to keep up with... are the regular old shorters (who mysteriously found a borrow for a pinksheet stock sitting at .0001) the ones who are going to be forced to cover or is it the horrifically naked short market makers?
Or are people now just throwing it anything into the mix in hopes of hooking people with the forced short deal?
That's what Hands gets for confirming that the product that was being hyped as new wasn't new at all.
How dare he be honest when others want to mislead.
No chance.
Of course I'm aware I just answered a rhetorical question...
"the financials have been issued by mid May each year"
If this were true then they wouldn't be behind.
Then you should remember that you made this same claim about 6 months ago...
It wasn't true then and it isn't true now.

The number still works just fine. Strange that we get someone wanting people to believe that Hands is gone then someone else suddenly shows up with this baseless claim- a repeat of nonsense posted 6 months ago.
Why would shareholders want to mislead anyone?
"ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!! Pinks don't have to file anything!!!!"
You don't DD very well do you? For starters try reading the PR from May 6th. Then do some research on what it takes to accomplish what PYCT is trying to do, Tom Hands can help with that I'm sure.
Be sure to roll on the floor while you do.
Note from the company: "Please rely only on company press releases and other information provided by the company."
Consider this when reading any rumors that have persisted in various forms for the past few years. The company has properly advised not to rely on this information.

Yep, just as soon as they get their filings current.
"I don't care if it's old or not. It's poly. End of story"
Actually, the story that you tried to claim was that it was new product, so if you're finally conceding that it's old product just as the company has said then good for you.
Have another great weekend here.
"How will the crew spin this one?"
We already know- May is considered 'early 2010'.
It's interesting that it's been repeated that no posts here will change a thing yet this stuff gets spammed all over IHub... LOL
Sure looks like it to me.
Too bad it's old product though. I'm sure Tom will explain if you care to call him.
Yes we know. We've seen it.
I came across an old PR a while back where they mentioned the ole "being hush-hush for competitive reasons" shtick, same as PYCT. Sounded awfully familiar.
The top secret stuff sounds familiar... CES did it too. LOL
Agreed. Early means towards the beginning of a period of time. May is not considered towards the beginning of the year. lol
IMO as a whole April can count as early 2010 (barely) which is why I think we'll see a PR by the end of the week.
Actually I should backtrack a bit. The patents that people are referring to appear to be the patents that PYCT talked about in PRs quite awhile ago, so technically the company has addressed them in press.
"From where we are right now, it's hard to believe anything will come of this. "
Not so hard IMO. They appear to be working on something anyway.
"Prove otherwise."
People here aren't interested in playing your games. If you make a claim then back it up instead of laying out nonsense and then challenging others to prove that you're incorrect.
If you cannot prove and discuss your claims intelligently then consider not posting.
Well said. In their transactions the MMs must be either covering or shorting- but "the theory" says they're doing neither... LOL
"the PPS should rise accordingly led by brokers who will then be covering to avoid being ruined. "
If you're going by what the company has or hasn't said then why would you believe this? The company said that all previous issues are resolved.
Good luck with whatever you believe.
"Perhaps there is no need to cover or buy shares since there doesn't seem to be any real threat of the PPS going up anythime soon."
But we were told that the market makers had moles in China that got wind of something big happening... LOL
I wouldn't doubt there are some NS shares out there but the tale of a forced cover due to the divvy is just that IMO.
If there would be a need for a broker to cover any NS they would simply do so while the stock was at the bottom- like any other short would cover.
"WRONG, a MARKET MAKER bought the debt from the company and tried to shut down paychest."
Silly request as always, but try posting some proof for once.
Have a great day working you magic here.
The unfortunate thing is that all the conspiracies do is make PYCT more of a laughing stock in the eyes of potential buyers.
When someone comes to the board seeking more info and finds this garbage instead of company talk, that throws up a big red flag.
Every negative has a wild excuse, conspiracies abound, anyone willing to talk about the negatives is attacked for being a paid basher and the inane twisting of facts and misleading statements by some longs do nothing to create an picture of this being a legit company.
But heaven forbid we just talk honestly about the company...
" I don't buy theory that the shorters stopped shorting a .0001 stock because they found out about the patent."
Of course not. lol. When a stock gets some buying pressure the L2 moves up- Trading 101. When the patent issue arose, some buyers steps up and so did the bid/ask. It happens every day- that's how the market works.
Now I guess every shareholder of every pink sheet stock will claim that naked shorting has stopped in their stock every time the bid and ask move up. LOL
"I don't remember the co announcing anything about the patent"
They didn't, just look at some of the dates on the links provided.
" DID NOT POST THIS LAWSUIT"
We did discuss the matter, get up to speed. I believe most saw it for what it most likely was- a former business associate trying to collect from former management.
If you can connect the parties to the brokers then provide proof. Until then you should keep the accusations to a minimum- both regarding the filing and the other posters here.
Interesting how some apparently forgot these theories but then they get brought up again and suddenly they're 'confirmed and factual' and ALL CAPS become necessary. LOL
As I've said before, anyone that truly believes in the company would simply let the company do the talking. If it's truly all that some think then there would be no need to make up stories.
It's a little company with a product that they're trying to get on the market- good for them. Getting the product in a few stores would be a nice success for them.
Why must every pink company be the next one to rock the penny world gain 10,000%. LOL
Yes, he stated it was a plan for Paychest, the internet payment serivce. That was a plan that he abandoned as proven by the lack of follow through of his grandios plans he spoke about in February of 2007.
For you to even try and bring that timeline into what's going on today you'd have to assume that the delays in the name change, the divy, the stock audit, the Flushaway deal and the subsequent delays in the production process were all planned as of October 2006.
Pillay must be really good at planning unexpected delays. LOL
It was an involuntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 which a creditor filed in hopes to get paid.
When someone does such a thing they have to show cause. You just cannot walk into court and file something like that because you feel like it.
Those are actually some pretty hefty allegations being hurled at some pretty prominent companies. In today's world they're probably pretty safe, but it's not a smart thing for people to post such stuff IMO.
The anonymity of the internet is a handy crutch for some.
Wasn't that when Pillay answered claimed that PYCT was a profitable company?? I had forgotten about that. LOL
Actually all it mayhave proven is that their was no recourse against the company in it's current form. Their hands may have been clean in the matter (which I personally didn't doubt) but why would it mean they're legit?
I guess there will now be a case against the brokers for misusing the US court system in a fraudulent manner, right? PYCT needs to nail those brokers for conspiring and using the court system to do it.
Should be easy to prove since posters here are claiming that it's fact.
"How quiet could this important action be for MFridge not to know about it? "
LOL- are you talking about that lawsuit that someone filed regarding past business with the company? If so, I addressed that when it first was introduced.
Given that it was Pino's show, who knows who got screwed by him that would come back against the company. I had no doubt at that time that it had nothing to do with the current management and still don't think it does.
You seem to be a fairly level-headed guy- do you really believe the garbage that it was a mean old market maker that filed the suit? lol As if the legal teams representing these brokers are going to file a bogus lawsuit thinking that it will bring down a company... wow- they really must not know too much about the legal system.
I suppose it does take a lot of something to believe everything that Mario Pino, Alejandro Cerda, Lawson Pillay and now invisible Chinese guys have to say. lol
In any event you'll be happy you held if it runs and if it doesn't you'll have no worse than you do right now. Nothing wrong with that.
Then I'll be sure to mark your post.
"Whatever the fact is nobody would spend everyday for the last 5 years posting on a stock message board unless they have motive. "
Some may, what's yours?
By far you have more posts on this board than anyone else and we've all seen the lack of accuracy of those posts over the past 3+ years.
Don't complain about discussing posting habits when you continuously open the door to said discussion.
Have a great weekend here.
"Try being more optimistic"
Sorry- I have no interest in twisting the facts to meet an agenda.
If you want to believe that it's new product that's fine, but attacking the credibility of the company and their IR and claiming that it's new product while they say it isn't is not being optimistic- it's an attempt to mislead.
Sorry but that's not my style.
It was deleted by the Mod Squad for being Off Topic. Take it up with them, I didn't delete it.
