also, wondering why Hugo & Deb would laden their promising business venture with these old debts and what settlement might be in place regarding them??
it doesnt appear that any of the $1 mil in long term notes is convertible, can anyone confirm this?
This looks like a diamond in the rough
this stock moves on air; a pinkie with no dilution and a growing product line with growing sales...say what?!?!?
its the second lowest volume day in the past 60 days
dont be so shortsighted guys, this is a low floater with virtually no volume right now...one thing we know is the Saavy just had their best quarter ever...once we get some numbers this will move right back up, for now just accumulate shares
whats the catalyst that moves this higher? Low floater, no dilution and product that's growing at a solid rate, why not more attention here? Under the radar or are we missing something?
Not that it's the biggest of deals, but any mention from the Co. about a ticker symbol, name change?
who is interested in taking out .025 with me? I'll throw $1,500 at it

I had issues getting an online order. When Hugo found out he personally called me to apologize and sent me a wonderful gift basket to sample all the different flavors. I'm hooked! The sugar scrub especially I cant live without. My skin is wonderful after.
my guess is from the announcement of a deal to the initial PO to distribution to retailer takes quite a bit of time...presumably this life cycle can be anywhere from 30 to 90 days depending on many moving parts including retailer/distributor timely initiating a PO
as are pretty much all PINK sheets and a very large majority of OTC stocks...it's why people "invest" here...they are taking a gamble that they might just hit a homerun as opposed to taking a bunch of singles
definitely a lesson learned, lol...as much as I believe in Bellissima and Rich due to my own personal exchanges with him...PINK sheet stocks 99% of the time are not of investment grade because of the cycling of your traditional pump and dumps, dilute, reverse splits, merge, etc. with no real tangible revenues and a bunch of shady business dealing to go along with it...IMO outside of the known dilution to get the brand off the ground floor none of those other items are occurring with ICNB or will occur in the near future...again, the time to invest might not be now, but there are many positives going for the brand and I believe Rich will focus on the shareholders when the brand is developed and burgeoning, which is happening right now
it's privately held and that's all it is at this point "your theory"...everyone was under the impression Rich owned the entirety of the 49% or CB owned a portion before we learned that Friday Night was involved...
That assumes dilution grows at the same rate of sales/net income increases...that has just changed with the inking of one deal...this IS the tipping point and maybe the time to buy isnt necessarily today, but it will be roughly 5 to 7 months from now...just dont miss the boat and accumulate as much as you can under .01 if you have time on your side
history speaks to all of the failures, Bellissima is already a success...what Rich has achieved by himself in just 10 short months is a tremendous feat...BevMo, LCBO, Erewhon, Earth Fare, wine.com, Total Wine, Publix...just to name a few and I imagine the names will continue to get bigger after the signing of the Publix deal
what would it "cost" for the other 49%, frankly, I'm not even certain I want it because if the terms of the deal are "too rich", no pun intended then I dont want it...I'll keep 51% of a brand with 1.4 billion o/s...at just .02 that puts the market cap at $28 mil and a brand valuation of $55 mil - I believe the audit/uplisting will come in early 2018 as this is sacrificed in order for capital/time resources being deployed to assure the Publix rollout goes off without any major glitches...
I'm okay with that....for now...I do believe the brand will continue to grow and there will be additional countries coming on line and more retail deals in the U.S. very soon that will propel this to a much higher valuation than where we sit today...
I believe his intent is not ill willed, with a quickly growing brand and limited access to capital there are decisions that must be made around where to deploy time and money resources...Rich's sole focus for now is centered around growing the footprint of Bellissima for a potential sale of the brand...
The motivation to buy or short is for the reward of the unknown variables that you expect to materialize one way or the other...my expectation is that dilution was done with the debt settlement agreement and Bellissima sales would push the market cap to much higher levels...
Nope, meaning the value here can go much higher
Based on Whips 3 billion outstanding equals .02 per share at 60 mil valuation and 120 mil value of brand...I think 3 billion is unfair to assume but that's the maximum outstanding
Skinny girl, founded in 2009 and sold in 2011 sold for over $100 million - at the time it had just one offering - Skinnygirl Margarita and was estimated to be doing about 125,000 cases/year before selling to Beam.
In our FIRST YEAR we will most likely surpass the 100k case mark
profit takers gone and not many at that...one guy sold because he had to make his mortgage payment and took a significant loss lol...going up next week!
I agree A LOT with what you say and you said you'd remain on the sidelines until sales outpaced the rate of dilution...wouldnt you say this is a tipping point?
I recall an analysis you drummed up where you were expecting $2 to $3 mil in sales and VIA A PR, UNAUDITED, we will have sales upwards of $5 mil...
Where do you stand today? Doesnt Publix tip the scale for you any?
do you not think this time could be different?? Bellissima sales have FAR OUTPACED any of his previous ventures...Rich did what he did to try to grow his brand and undoubtedly he did it on the backs of his shareholders, but I will never believe he has personally benefited somehow from this...you guys are not wrong when you say that he's using his shareholders to fund this...he is, but that is all DONE as of yesterday and it's a KNOWN now...no more speculating...he doesnt need an ounce more of cash from his shareholders...the first time in his career...hes due some credit
$ICNB Publix Supermarkets Iconic's Bellissima Prosecco and Sparkling Wines to be Available
I agree...not only are the initial PO's big, but I expect the reoorders to be tremendous when Bellissima is expected to be promoted the way Publix is anticipating doing so come 12/28/2017...POP the corks!!
Production, Distribution, Placement, Market - BOOM!
bro the time to flip is now, the writing is on the wall for there to be an epic run...the news is HUGE and no more need for toxic financing...SALES are now outpacing DILUTION!!!
The tide has turned
Yup and Rich is conservative, he doesnt PR until he has a contract in hand...near term placements leads me to believe he's already got others in the bag that have yet to be PR'd, but are pretty much "definites"
not only does it takes us over 100k cases, but this FAR exceeded anyones wildest imagination in the first FULL year...cant wait for year 2...2018 is gonna be HOPPING!!!
someone sold who needed to make a house payment lol
ONE PURCHASE ORDER CERTAINLY CHANGED THE GAME AND THIS IS JUST THE FIRST YEAR!! WOW!!
$5.2 mil 100k cases @ $52
40% gross margin
$2.1 mil
$520k CB royalty
$1.58 mil
$730k annualized cash burn w/o CB royalty
$75k interest expense
$775k PROFIT
x 51%
$395k ICNB
x 60 PE for fast growing company
$23.7 MIL market cap
some consolidation before next leg up...watch, this will be up to .015 some point next week
Rich has been very conservative in not even entertaining case numbers to this point...that conservatism leads me to believe 100k cases is on the lighter side for 2017
no idea, but I suspect we werent in many, if any Publix at all, other than by way of special orders and the excess inventory on the display shelf prior to the inking of this new deal
I think what the most important part of the PR is that most people are not giving much value to is the fact that Publix has a PLAN to promote this product entering the New Year...that alone is HUGE
I do not have that info, but I can tell you with 100% CERTAINTY from my convo's with Rich, this is more than 6 stores...their initial PO is VERY VERY LARGE as evidenced by the 100k cases for 2017 and doing more in Q4 than all other 3 quarters combined
my guess is they arent privy to the information yet as this deal was just inked by someone higher up in Corporate that noone here has the privilege of obtaining information from
the lifts are growing and will be HUGE when comparing Q over Q starting with Q1 of 2018...things are getting better in 2nd half of 2017, but 2018 is going to be a STELLAR year for ICNB
this ONE DEAL is a game changer in so many ways...no more reliance on toxic debt financing!!! we will be financing opex and investments in inventories with CASH FLOW from OPS!@!
