That's great but it's the 600 million shares outstanding fully diluted that is keeping the stock price down--that's a $150 million market cap already!
Stay off the AEMD board princess.
This guy clearly is unfamiliar with the hemopurifier
NMI Health, you must meet your legal obligations--there is a legal judgement against you in the an amount exceeding $600,000, and you are in default...pay up and then go about your business. You are at risk of losing your patents and other assets...
Hey Jeff, one of the original group here before all this broke out...I agree, still flying so low under the radar, "experts" talking about there being no equipment to deal with this...why, why , why...agree that it must be like a dam building that will explode one day and we will be plastered all over the world-wide media in a matter of days...
Sad soul you are Paulness
Well, well, what do have here boys?
Congrats on your regional (or I should say "our" since I'm a shareholder) 4-state award--but what compels you to spray the aemd board with that info, followed up with a disparaging remark about aemd? You sound vindictive and childish.
You have a link Paulness?
Most of us can get quotes on the stock thanks
OK before investing here you should know that the company is in default of the judgement against them per the April news release. They have never paid the judgement and with interest it is now over $600,000. Your CEO is not fulfilling his commitments, if you want to verify go to Applied Nanoscience website (to whom the judgement was awarded) and find the contact info for the CEO there and ask him yourselves.
testing testing
Come on Feds, this Ebola victim is in Texas, we are in Texas preparing for the trials--hook the man up and let's do this for cripes sake!
Hooseer thanks for your efforts
Bill--Is it more complex/risky/prohibitive than current dialysis treatments, in your opinion?
In-vitro diagnostic kits won't require FDA approval
One thing I know, you don't start getting one set-up on social media in advance of not wanting to talk about the future...
That is old news, or am I missing something?
Sharing with you all something I am doing in hopes it curtails the ability of broker-dealers to short sell our stock (which may be part of the decline we've seen)
I am putting a sell order in my account for an extraordinarily high price (in my case, I chose $5) and also selected this to be GTC, or good till cancelled. That way I only have to do it 4 times a year instead of every day.
With a sell order in your account covering the shares you own, your shares cannot be loaned out and used by short-sellers.
In my case it is 1.5 million shares, kind of a drop in the bucket, but if we all do it it might have an impact.
Like PhilB, I hope to make a bundle while at the same time participating in a medical revolution.
Hope to see you all in Vegas soon.
Hooseerfan, I have been in this since 2004 and you are correct, the company and its prospects have never been better!
No magic, it has been spelled out in detail that they have swapped debt for equity
Hooseerfan, that wasn't directed at you, just the board in general. I know you know what is happening.
Guys and Gals,
They are in no position to be buying back shares at this point. They need cash to fund operations and the best way for them to do this, at this point, is to find investors that will take stock.
It's better than toxic convertible debt, and as long as they can finance new stock issuance at or near market prices then it is not dilutive.
1.4 million @ .14
This was not sent by AEMD I can assure you.
Could be any number of reasons I guess. Plenty of catalysts in the hopper.
Lest any of you are discouraged by this week's price action, I remind you that on the last trading day before the announcement of the initial DARPA contract on 10/3/11, AEMD closed at a low of 6 cents on 9/30.
So enjoy the weekend my AEMD teammates, and hopefully next week we will move on to the next phase of our journey.
This is nimbg4 from the yahoo board btw.

Boy, really holding up well here in the face of a brutal market. They must have some real value in their endeavors as many small bio-related stocks are not holding their own.
Hear there are positive developments with respect to listing and other matters. Anyone else?
So we doubled with no news. Do we have financing?
Yea glad to see someone else was thinking the same thing. Interesting coincidence indeed.
appreciate that CA$H, eom
Serious question--has trial been moved to 3/8/09 from 12/8 or is that a false rumor?
You got it right free_man and Ron
Aww, we'll miss you Trent
An unexperienced, unsophisticated, and easily excitable poster made some inappropriate interpretations of court data and followed that by sharing some personal (and inappropriate and dangerous) conclusions about MOSH's fate.
All this speaks to the fact, why were you who bought and sold, and now blame, listening to this guy in the first place?!?!?!?
You'd think you all were paying him good money to do your research for you for cripes sake.
Take some responsibility for yourselves.
Mike, if you post info, you need to keep it free of your own interpretations--that is what has you in trouble here.
Again, anybody reading your posts should be able to discern that within your posts, and not take your opinions as some tradable information. That is their responsibility.
Or, or, just a case of an extremely unsophisticated and inexperienced but innocent person playing in a big game. You can't say for sure that this was a scheme on his part. Where is your proof?
lol--eom
