As the CEO, he is accountable for the FDA study taking an extra year to complete. This impacted negatively the price of the stock and has resulted in more shares outstanding than there would have been.

Examine last year's run-up.

It hit $6.03 on 3/1/16, fell to $5.25 on 3/11, and then back over $6 by 3/31 and on to $8 my mid-April.

Changing my mind on AEMD

There are some key developments that have changed my mind on AEMD in the short term:

1) Short interest is at a year+ low
2) ADV is ramping significantly in the last week
3) The newly announced CTE study is a pre-determined success, based on the 2015 prelim CTE investigation data which definitively proved the efficacy of the Aethlon technology as a diagnostic tool for CTE in a small number of subjects
4)the announced "awareness campaign" leading up to the SB will generate interest in the shares


I believe the new study will fill up rather quickly and based on the nature of the study can result in positive results being reported out by the company in a matter of weeks, once it commences in Q

There's nothing abnormal about a development stage company raising money.

It's unfortunate that they have remained at this stage for so long, but it is what it is. To portray it as some sort of conspiracy is disingenuous at best.

Actually, funding is only dilutive to the extent that it is done below the market price of the stock at the time of the funding.
