Joe Stevick....who spent a long time at Liquidmetal... still works on contract basis
https://www.phase-shift.tech/
Look who is an advisor
Trying to pay for that Ferrari huh... Liquidmetal color? :)
Ok Pay confess you were just the buyer of all these shares .....
Got it right ... worthless opinion
They are shady just like Kang
Will be curious of how these guys come into play as this is who Kang has got into bed with:

Oops someone deleted one of my posts that was on topic and just a fact.

You know I know I’m a “shareholder” so I get your statement.
However, On the flip side I was an “investor” before LL and there wasn’t $$ to buy a building until his $$ came into the equation. His portion of ownership of LQMT allowed for the purchase of the building. So today we can respectfully agree to disagree because it’s not really my share of the $$ that’s being spent “freely” - that’s just my thought today.
Well I’m glad you know of no such good plan, because that might be scary or illegal.
Things quickly changed with the current China-US relations, so I think
Combo of this and some over zealous hope that manufacturing could be done here is what caused this. Hell look at Foxconn and Wisconsin....
Maybe it would be a better option if they sell building, hell that would put 8-9 million back into the bank account for other uses.
41k total square feet minus 16k of office space left 25k for manufacturing, or a little over 10% of Yihao facility.
All I’m stating is a fact nothing else.
I wouldn’t be surprised if what Engel showcase recently was work that started with Liquidmetal prior to Eontec
Engels application for their melting component...this could clash with Liquidmetal IP.

Yes you can get out right now.....it’s a choice you have the power to make.
Search uspto and find your answers..
Thanks ... couple of things that stood out.
- FDA & LQMT
- after 1000C machine, next is 3D process
- Slide 6, Liquidmetal is in every quadrant, from IP to RD
- Beats product being shown again
- Golf heads - maybe there is a market for them after all
- anyone notice Visser Precision providing cost analysis for gear?
- anyone notice the iPhone frame again on slides toward the end. They could not get away with including those specific images without oversight from someone ....
IHOP pancakes?
Maybe he likes chicken or pork?

[0060] Generally and broadly, the upper assembly portion 202 and the lower assembly portion 204 are configured to couple to one another through apertures defined in the housing 216. The housing 216 can be formed as an integral piece, or may be formed by removably or permanently adhering or otherwise attaching multiple parts to one another. Portions of the housing 216 can be made from any suitable material including, but not limited to: metal, amorphous metal, glass, sapphire, plastic, ceramic, synthetic material, organic material, and so on or any suitable implementation-specific combination or mixture of the same. In some cases, portions of the housing 216 may exhibit anisotropic or isotropic electrical or magnetic properties. The housing 216 may be formed in any number of suitable ways such as, but not limited to: machining, molding, insert molding, transfer molding, casting, or any other suitable process or combination of processes. “

The described embodiments provide a corrosion and/or scratch resistant coating or layer on a metal substrate used for manufacturing of parts. In some embodiments, the parts can be housings, cases or frames for portable electronic devices. In addition to providing a durable and/or hard surface that is scratch and/or corrosion resistant, the coating can have a surface color and texture that is also aesthetically pleasing. For example, in some embodiments, the corrosion resistant coating can be a cobalt-chrome alloy. In other embodiments, the corrosion resistant coating can be a braze alloy. In still other embodiments, the corrosion resistant coating can be any suitable alloy that provides corrosion resistance. In yet other embodiments, the corrosion resistant coating can be an alloy containing chrome with a concentration of at least 20 weight percent. In some other embodiments, the corrosion resistant coating can be a bulk metallic glass. “

[0087] The metallic glass can be any metallic glass known in the art. Without wishing to be held to a particular mechanism or mode of action, in some instances the method can be more effective with metallic glasses containing elements that are reactive with oxygen. For example, zirconium is more reactive with oxygen than platinum. A zirconium-based metallic glass can adhere more closely to a glass (e.g., silicate) mold than would a platinum-based metallic glass. When the Zr-based metallic glass (e.g. the LM105 metallic glass) is used, a normal oxidized color is blue on the surface. “
Markets reality please.... we are not in DOW or NASDAQ league. This is a traders world.....that’s reality.
Then you obviously missed the moment. No worries!
Long long time ago some of you may remember how Eon referenced Apple on their website and may still have some Pictures of products that were clear belonging to the Apple umbrella. Mysteriously the reference to Apple vanished from their website
He obviously hasn’t seen the prototypes that Eon has made for them...the pictures have been shared many times
Apple European filing still includes Liquidmetal, even though this is a divisional from and older filing. They could have removed it...

The metal used in an insertion molding process is typically in liquid form. The metal in liquid form may for example correspond to amorphous alloys, which are metals that may behave like plastic, or alloys with liquid atomic structures. LiquidMetal is one suitable example for the metal in liquid form. Substantially any metal or, more generally, material in liquid form which has a thermal expansion rate that is similar to the thermal expansion rate of liquid metal may be used in an insertion molding process. For example, metals which may be used in an insertion molding process generally include metals that may be injection molded such as steel and aluminum. Other materials from which may be used in an insertion molding process, e.g., to form a bezel around a glass window, may include plastics (e.g., polycarbonate, ABS, etc.) and/or ceramics (e.g., alumina, zirconia, etc.).”
Thanks couldn’t remember if it did or didn’t then didn’t want to enter into pair dB.
Sorry ... Golden Intellectual Property
Well you know what is even more twisty. Raj Dave who was at a respected firm when the Apple MTA came to be....has been handling the few IP filings from LMC and Golden Crucible Intellectual (yeah I know I know) for amorphous alloys they have filed.
Here is the last one that actually got patented.

It’s set to issue soon.
I noticed that too a couple of days ago and was like the main partners on these emails, seriously? It’s just James Kang, c’mon. Then I was like there has to be something in this (realistically yes I’m sure theyre getting paid $$$ by Liquidmetal) but someone or something is in play.
DK, JK was trying to sneakily use his Amorphous Technologies International entity to do this....which is why Bruce clearly stated that ATI is not part of LMT and LMC agreement.
Read the documents ....
The attorney representing Kang...
