Happy Halloween;
Resource Capital Corp. (NYSE: RSO) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per common share for the quarter ending September 30, 2013. The dividend will be paid on October 28, 2013 to holders of record on September 30, 2013.
There is a company in Germany that bought a Chinese knock off model while 7 years later they still cant get it to make more than sludge like that company in Oregon. Something about the welds not holding up to the temperatures required to refine plastic. Thats why JBI's are domestically made. JBI supplies US Steel with diesel fuel to make the steel JBI needs for P20 machines that makes spec diesel fuel for agricultural industrial and marine uses.
Hats off! to the engineering team at JBI
I bet you he knows how to fabricate iron for ship repair and P20's marine grade diesel might be of interest to vessels on the Lakes.
Dinner was fantastic! I'll be expanding one of the global parts of the business. 5 down 25 to go
Did you know JBI's Rick Heddle is retrofitting a submarine!
a 30% reduction is sweeter then the .25 cents the company is paying, its all about how positive one is, try it sometime
who gives a flying F as long as they or anyone else pays Quarterly
Thats not true at all, many people know Rick and many more have discussed this companys future with him at AGMs in the past. And if everything goes according to plan, I might be partaking in helping to fill in some of the remaining 7 million of the current offering.
Obviously there are more in the know then others!
Heddle must be worth millions to be able to fork over the latest 3 million. How many past pipes did he get in on? There seems to be a sizable paper trail with his involvement supporting JBII. The past 2 CEO JO's didnt even buy any shares private or public. 3 of 10 million filled leaving 7 million available for future quarters IF needed. Smart!
Its a 9.00 stock paying .25 cents each quarter where as higher priced stocks pay less with many cutting their dividends altogether, thats what
The current annualized dividend paid by KCAP Financial is $1.00/share, currently paid in quarterly installments, and its most recent dividend has an upcoming ex-date of 10/04/2013.

That isnt a problem for me. But I'll reiterate if a investor isnt happy with a company's performance they should look elsewhere
right?
This company is going down faster then a common NIGHTENGALE on a slimey worm at a Ontario worm farm
Thanks for the heads up!
Who do suggest they hire for these positions? These people appear to be very successful in their own rights but if people arent happy with this companies selections those investors can simply move on to something more lucrative and fruitful.
I suggest these questions be directed to JBI's Investors relations representative. Who are the whales? The CEO just invested 3 million of his own money. Im not concerned with this company's viability at all but if you are there are other companies to invest in.
Thank you very much I feel JBI will succeed handsomely as time progresses. So does the CEO who will cash in at 12% when P20 does.
I believe the CEO and his wallet have a different view of the situation.
JBII News: JBI, Inc. Secures Additional $2 Million From Debt Financing 10/01/2013 03:48:00 PM
JBII News: JBI, Inc. Receives $1 Million From Debt Financing and Provides Processor No. Three Operations Update
How do you figure that? This company is less then 5 years old, have developed 5 machines in that time frame, have weathered countless legal storms and have developed a system that produces refinery grade fuel from sandwich wrappers. At 35-40 cents JBI is all a BUY. Im using dividend gains from other oil companies to BUY this one. Sub penny is a fantasy. This company will be trading in the multiple dollar range in a couple of years. Get what you can NOW!
True ARR has reduced its dividend amount by at minimum of 50% in the past couple of years. Its a 4.00 stock paying a nickel every month opposed to a 12.00 stock paying 15 cents each quarter. I use dividend detective as a avenue to find companies that pay high yeilds. In keeping with real estate JMI is a company you should consider. Much like ARR JMI pays a monthly dividend of .15 cents while trading around 11-12.00. Look into KCAP too, ex-date is tomorrow
Excellent post! which totally reinforces the need for the CTO John Bordynuik in establishing P20 as a viable method to make fuel from plastic.
Mexico stopped exporting its oil to the US in 2008 but their plastic waste problem is growing by mountains. Matter of fact Mexico city right now is in turmoil over their waste problem. P20 could really be used there.
Dubai is also experiencing a plastic waste problem. Perhaps the sheik Newmoney was discussing is interested in P20 for that very same reason.
Keep in mind where there is food there are feed stocks for..... you guessed it
P20
P20 makes heating fuel?
A cool US Winter 2013/14 is Hinted at across Eastern/NE Parts of the US with Milder conditions possible in the West, however notice the Risk of Near-Normal temperatures across the far NE of the US.
Overall, a Milder than average Winter is favored for SW parts of the US, cooler conditions in the North/East with perhaps near-normal Temperatures for the far NE, Precipitation is Likely to be near-normal to High in the cooler Foretasted areas.
Sharp bursts of Cold Winter weather is also Possible from Mid-Winter across the North/East of the US
Is NuStar maintaining their 1.095 dividend this quarter?
One catalyst for oil companies is demand. Its early October with winter approaching and all forecasts are predicting a winter colder than usual. That translates into more product being refined to keep everyone warm and toasty. CVRR is paying 1.35 this quarter. Next quarter who knows.
I never claimed you never claimed to never claim anything either unless you never claimed something I havent read yet but that isnt the issue at hand. P20 makes usable fuel from plastic everyone throws into our waste bins daily. That is the reason so many people are invested in this company. Statistically this board alone has 800 pairs of eyes on it with few being dissuaded to leave this enterprising young company and the very prosperus future it has. Globally Oil is the industry that makes the world tick. P20 is in a very sweet spot these days. Id suggest loading the retail boat with undervalued JBII shares before CFP gets claimed by P20 and its shareholders. When that happens all of the entities that accepted shares in lieu of cash for services rendered will be stressing on when to sell but I believe a serious case of greed will set in making each earned share fetch a higher premium then when originally issued.
No that is not correct. They used to do it that way until the rock tenn team came into play. All of the share payment stuff stopped with CFO Ingham. Its in the K. Now this years weather is calling for a colder winter for most of north America and I know P20 makes heating fuel. So what do you think will be the main focus of this company as we all head in to winter? Heating fuel for that sector of the market and bunker fuel for the industrial application. Being how JBI is really a self contained refinery in fuels and petrochemicals the SEC description of wholesale electronics should be changed to a classification of
Hey, hey, mama, said the way you move, gonna make you sweat, gonna make you groove
What a hack job Galbraith did with their letter of concern. Over valued? How come they didnt post their concerns when WHX was trading over 9 dollars earlier this year? Winter is approaching and its suppose to be colder than last year so WHX is sitting in a very sweet spot. I hope they hold the dividend in the same fifty cent area like last time. Many other dividend paying trusts have cut their dividend this quarter.
Ya since the last I knew the refinery was off line for annual maintenance which was suppose to be back online 2nd week of september according to the press releases from months ago. CVRR is still maintaining the 1.35 dividend and thats all Im concerned with. Maybe since the sp is starting to cover old ground the refinery got its cracking unit back in operation and oil is being produce again. With a harsher colder winter forecast, CVRR will be ok this 2013/2014 winter season. But again its their healthy quarterly dividend that Im in for.
