Billy and all, here is the interesting part...
Terin from the BB board has posted twice saying he owns more than what the O/S is!! This was even after I called confirming the figure with the T/A!!
Translated = If Terin holds his shares, this stock can go only one way and that is STRAIGHT UP!!!!...for as long as he holds his shares!
Bo
Terin-If what you say is true of your position, then
the word for the day to all is...'Hold your shares or buy more!!'
This could get reeeeeeeeal interesting!!!!
The T/A quoted the exact O/S minutes ago to me.
glkce...running hard. O/S as of 2-1..1,158,209.
O/S 1,158,209. Called & confirmed!
Just a suggestion.
Please take it for what it is worth, just my opinion and suggestion. It may not be the most popular post your're going to read but it may help light a fire under someone to find out what is going on since Monday's pr.
The enormity of what the o/s COULD BE for CMKX is beyond what the market has ever seen to my knowledge. In August (after the Canadian 'fishin' trip meeting), they quietly incresed the A/S to 800 billion. Then soon after this A/S increase, 2 dates came in August which entitled CMKX shareholders for stock dividends.
It is clear at least from the payments which have gone out months ago that dividend payment was based on an O/S b/w 770 and 780 billion shares.
To me that means it didn't take them long after putting out the Canadian campfire to issue these new shares to the market.
However, picture yourself as a market maker now flooded with more CMKX shares than the market can bare. Here is my opinion and I know it won't be popular, but the MM's had no choice but to keep a bid on this and hold it at .0001 as long as possible. I believe with all enforcement that is being done they could not jeoparize their companies by continuing nss. Further, with a world record amount of shares flooding the market the walkdown had to be very slow to prevent losing the bid back in the late summer. And yes the walkdown was oh so slow because it had to be. Imagine how long it takes 300 billion new shares to enter the market. A long time---many, many trading days. Dozens.
Retiring the 75 billion back in December moved the stock not at all. MM's kept it at .0001/.0002 where 95% of the people could only buy at .0002, and 99.9% of the people could only sell at .0001. They make a nice profit legally short selling CMKX and keeping at least some type of market together at .0001/.0002 to fascilitate their game.
It was only a hunch, but was I was concerned on Monday and mentioned after the pr to watch for new share issuance. If you are the company and have 75-100 billion shares available for issue, then the news of 2 days ago would be one sure way to induce many, many buys at .0002. As we saw volume was crazy, most at .0002. And if new shares came to the market, MM's now have to try to manage and sell another large amount of shares. The only way they might be able to do so efficiently at this point is by selling at .0001.
I know many don't like this view, but use my suggestion to prove me wrong and my point moot.
My suggestion is to call the T/A, Andy or preferably any market maker for CMKX. Ask to speak with a trader who trades CMKX. Simply say that the market for CMKX the last 2 days seems odd given the news that came out afterhours on Monday. Then ask is there were new shares entering the market following the news which is the reason behind what we are seeing.
The o/s according to the dividend payouts is b/w 770-780 billion.
If shares were truly retired in December, then the o/s could be 700 billion based on the dividend info and retirement.
In pinksheets more than any other form of tradable stock do I see dilution following news. All I am saying is check out what is going on because I agree with everyone who is saying that after the news on Monday we should be seeing some type of momentum or movement upward without a doubt. It is either an MM game, or a quiet issuance by management after Monday's pr.
Bo
Thanks for the heads up Billy.
I'm off the NWBT roller coaster far better than when I got on about an hour ago. That's good enough for me. I thought it was showing more legs at .54/.57. I mention it here and within 2 minutes the b/a is mid-thirties...lol.
Bo
ok, dont play NWBT. I'm the kiss of death.
I swear the powers above have a bead on when I call something anymore..lol. It has gone up ALL DAY! The second I call it, it turns and has dropped 40% in under 3 minutes. I got out at .485 before I posted, so those MM's who uturned this after seeing my call.
: P
Bo
Guys got back about 1 hr ago. NWBT....
I've been so busy trading this thing on the way up, had no time to post. There must be no float to this thing with the buying after the news. Float is around 14m.
Doens't make up for ITGJ, but helps. It refuses to go down. lol
Be careful if you do decide to get it at these levels.
Bo
Jim tyvm.
zen...those were my thoughts exactly last night.
In my college days and early in my career, I LOVED reading the history of the great industrialists and business pioneers, and Hughes was one of them. The purpose, drive and genius of these men still fascinates me. To have a man like Mr. Maheu on the board is nothing but a plus in the long run.
But oh yea, I laughed and shook my head at every "internet giant" who had a steel set or the total stupidity at bashing this respected and well connected business legend. I truly don't think those wastes of DNA have any clue that with less than 3 phone calls their world would be squashed like a penny on rr track. LMAO
IBM isn't a man that I bet has little tolerance for the mindless disrespect.
He earned the name Iron Bill Maheu (IBM) and the clueless are running a risk in my opinion...but they know it all. LOL
Bo
Jim, good eye. Can you help me out on the 1-E?
This is what the 1-E section says on my screen when I call up the entire 1-E document:
"This document was generated as part of a paper submission.
Please reference the Document Control Number 04051392 for access to the original document."
Is this what was showing for you? If so, can you tell me how to reference what they are referring to here?
It says that for both 1-E's.
Thanks,
Bo
PS, I did delete that part when I saw your post. I didn't want to be incorrect. Now I'm just curious how to reference the information when my screen reads as above. I never saw this before. Usually when you call up the entire doc (which I always do) it appears.
prospector, when you call the next board meeting...
remember your buddies here. We don't need any inside info, we've got to keep it legal. A smile : ) means buy more, a : / means hold, and a rasberry - : P~ means run away from this as fast as you can.
J/K buddy. Good luck with this one! : )
Bo : )
G'afternoon Joy, I've been hoping the
spread on VGCP tighens some to help bring volume. I just hesitate hitting the buy button now when it seems they refuse to budge the bid. The ask has shown strength since I last looked, now we just need the bid to build and come with it.
Busy rest of the day and tomorrow here, so keep the radar on and working hard. : )
Bo
Joye, good one. Reinsurance is big business.
Reinsurance is insurance that property and casualty insurance companies buy in cases of catastophic loss. The insurance usually covers companies that write personal and commercial policies in a region or territory prone to weather related events. (hurricanes being the most common risk of reinsurance).
You've heard the term the banker's bank, such as Irving Trust or other large players out of the spotlight but serve as the banker for the known commercial banks. Reinsurers are the insurance company's insurance company.
Many reinsurers are set up with threshhold limits, so even if an insurance company has to pay losses totally $10 million for one catastrophe, the resinsuring agreement may not be applicable until loss payments exceed 15m for any one catastrophe, and even then it may only be a percentage that is paid back to insurance companies. (just an example of course, but how such coverage applies)
The one company I worked for had re-coverage in the Carolina's, the other one I worked for surprisingly didn't.
Using historical data and reconstruction value information, they are able to price their product properly and in my 18 years I've seen reinsurers do very well.
More than you ever wanted to know about reinsurance huh? : )
pssst watch KNOH. Look up today's news, o/s and keep thinking to yourself "SPEA II, SPEA II" as you read. : )
I know I said it a couple of weeks back too, but it has all the makings of a play waiting to explode.
Bo
Both newswires are in overdrive this morning!
Holy rip.
Not complaining. : ) Bo
Mach...TRBY : )
CMKX, the last 2 sentences say a lot for the long term.
"Casavant and Maheu will together be looking into the company and
setting forth exactly what CMKM Diamonds needs to do in order to be successful in its current endeavors. The two look to bring in a president to the company that has successful history in geology and mining of natural resources."
My take on it is this: From what we have seen over 2 1/2 years and currently, there is potential galore but it has been tough seeing how the company has been managed at times and how the investor relations dept. has had issues.
Having Mr. Maheu serve on the board doesn't pull 1 carat of diamonds from the ground, but these last 2 sentences tell me CMKX is finally going to get serious about diamond and mineral exploration. : )
In seeking a president is in effect replacing UC from such duties. It takes a very large man of strong character to realize this as UC does. I'm seeing this move as letting UC and Mr. Maheu do what they do best. In turn, they will hire the best to run the mining operations. It isn't a stretch to say that we could debate whether UC has or doesn't have the qualities of a president, but it is beyond debate that he is one hell of a people person and promoter.
So let the new president manage the "potential galore", and let UC and Mr. Maheu handle communication, promotion, deals and government affairs. Once the president is selected, then over time the team can begin to work to someday soons turn all that potential into value. : )
CMKX has had other pr's and events which all appeared to add credibility at the time. This is a good pr which holds much the same promise and maybe even more. The contact base has certainly expanded with Mr. Maheu on the board. Watch for any signs of new share issuance, but beyond that we'll see what good can be built from here to devlop the FALC region more than in the past.
It's certainly a pr that will be referred to for a long time to come.
Bo
LGOV - another listing with an unexplainable 2 day run.
Again, maybe those that follow this stock closely know what is driving this, but last news was out 1-11. The MM's have allowed it to run from .06 to .20 the last 2 trading days. O/S is ~270 million.
They decide who lives or dies. They deal the cards, play in the hand and name each bet. We chose to sit at the table, so the best we can do is guess right on which hands to call and which hands to pass.
Bo : )
TBXR, anybody with mining insight know why this
has gone from .04 to .42 in the last 9 trading days on no news?
It was up .22+ today at one point. The last news was in October which was decent news but not earthshaking. Seems the market only moved it from .04 to .05 during October after the news.
So what's up or what's coming?
GEMM is tempting to go for more. Redcat, not that zen needs any help responding to your post, but those that did the DD last fall saw that GEMM was the gem out of the bunch. They were beyond the 5 ringed circus act of USCA-SGGM-CIM-ECPN-CMKX for the most part. I liked their stake in Project 1000 and I locked in at .035 at the time because the DD showed us CLEARLY what they owned and the history of "1000". I got out of that position in the black.
So anyone who thought a lot of GEMM back then....all I can say is simply read Diagem's press release. Project 1000 mine begins operations early this coming month. It simply doesn't get better than that.
Redcat, the market is screwy and you truly have to filter so many factors before hitting the buy button. It's even more screwy trying to understand why stocks move or don't move (see TBXR above as just one example).
GEMM got hurt for having a link to CMKX/USCA when the SEC and SFC came calling but in my opinion, they have always stood apart from that crowd in terms of their opportunity. To me even then it was clear they had something the others didn't. Last week's news was an welcomed eye opener. They are now a DIAMOND MINING company which to me further separates them, adding greatly to their credibility and potential value. If they maintain share structure, .07 is a good entry for GEMM IMO.
Digesting opinions and information to make good decisions is all many of us are trying to do.
Bo
TBXR, anybody with mining insight know why this
has gone from .04 to .42 in the last 9 trading days on no news?
GEMM @ .06...?? You have news about
bulk sampling better than Shore Gold 1 day ago, with the stock trading as high as .09, and there is no gap or continued strength and it now sits at .06!?!?
I love being down 1 month's worth of investing profit in a total of 6 1/2 trading hours on 2 stocks which should have been 50% to 100% plays each.
Later.
Tough lesson here on ITGJ.
Made the right choice, but unfortunately was also correct on why it didn't rise on news.
It ran immediately after the news, and would have continued to run. It's too bad a company involved in helping tsunami relief also issued a tsunami amount of shares behind the news.
Late yesterday I called the overseas number and spoke with their IR representative. He acknowledged dilution followed the news.
He said there would be more news next week. I didn't respond as my only thought was how many shares will they dilute the market with next week.
I thanked him for his time and sold at a loss this morning.
Onward.
Bo
dusty...if nearby tribes are seen carrying
pokerchips, then all signs point to yes. : )
LOL...Bo
Additional GEMM news:
They reached an working agreement with the native tribes where they will be allowed to contract with small local miners, and in working with them, mine small hectacres at a time. This is excellent since just the Companhoni areas C4-C9 contained 1854.15 carats and some of the highest grade levels.
C-0, C-13 and C-15 also show good promise.
Small scale mining with local miners involved keeps the tribal residents happy and certainly seems to ensure a stream of income for GEMM for a very long time to come.
We all wanted to have results similar to what we've seen in Shore Gold. We definitely have that now in GEMM.

Juina, Diagem look to small miners to develop disputed property
Thursday , January 27, 2005 15:43 ET
Brazil, Jan 27, 2005 (BNamericas.com via COMTEX) --Montreal-based Diagem (TSX-V: DGM) and Las Vegas-based Juina Mining have filed for an application to mine an estimated 1 million carat diamond resource in Brazil's Mato Grosso state, Diagem CEO Mousseau Tremblay confirmed to BNamericas.
Juina Mining Mineracao, the joint venture the companies formed in Brazil, applied for the permit in conjunction with Mineradora ECO, a small mining company that represents small-scale local miners (garimpeiros), Tremblay told BNamericas.
Brazil's environmental protection agency Ibama stopped the JV from mining the property because of a dispute over its proximity to tribal lands of the Cinta Larga Indians. While the 1,000ha property does not include any tribal lands, it borders their lands and encloses part, Tremblay said.
However, working with garimpeiros, who can obtain a small workers license, allows the property to be developed on a small scale, Tremblay said.
"We really don't know how to deal with Ibama," Tremblay said. "This is why we have to give part of our mining rights to a small miner and mine with him."
Brazil's constitution is ambiguous about Indians' rights to mine on tribal lands, but it forbids any mining by non-Indians. A dispute between garimpeiros and Cinta Larga tribal members in nearby Rondonia state resulted in the massacre of 29 non-Indian miners working illegally inside the Roosevelt reservation. Authorities believe Cinta Larga tribe members carried out the murders in April 2004 and the investigation is continuing.
The property, one of about 15-17 totaling 130,000ha to which the companies hold rights, is about 100km from the area where the killings occurred, Tremblay said.
Exploration completed in 2004 indicated a resource of 1M cu. m. with 1.02 carats per cubic meter, largely in cemented gravels, Tremblay said. Some 22 bulk samples yielded 2,493 carats in 2,452 cu. m. of gravels, according to company data.
Three other blocks on the property also show alluvial and kimberlite resources that will be explored further in 2005, Diagem said in a statement.
In September Diagem and Juina Mining signed an agreement with Mineradora ECO to begin work on a 50ha slice of the 1,000ha property. A small worker license is expected to be issued on the 50ha in February, when mining will start, Tremblay said.
"It's only possible for small miners to acquire parts of big mining companies' rights and mine it," Tremblay said. When the garimpeiro completes work on the 50ha portion, the companies will work to secure another small worker license on another portion of the property, he added.

It's mainly been from one solid play Jim that
refuses to go down. If I mention it, I'll jinx it.
Trading has me a bit ahead. If I would have stuck it out with GTEL when I bought them in the .12's...oh well.
I can't believe I'm asking this, but what do you think about QBID? They seem like they are getting closer to the moving average levels which is when they last ran.
What's on your radar JB?
Bo
tavycal, my link was just to let those
scanning the OneStep board see the DGM/GEMM pr if they haven't read it already.
As for CMKX, I'll fess up. I still own the dividend stocks (GEMM included, buying in again today) but I no longer own any CMKX. So when you mention how much CMKX owns of GEMM or visa versa, I honestly don't know. I used to know but haven't had reason to for about a month.
Please don't use whether I own CMKX or not as any sign to buy or sell them. If they show signs of life I'll be sure to be back on board. I just wanted to explore other plays because I wasn't seeing anything but more of the same from CMKX.
Prior to ITGJ I was up over 25% for the month and would have been more given GEMM today and another stock I have been in all month up which is up yet again today. If ITGJ straightens out it could be a 30-35% month. I know for some traders that is 1/2 day's work and they would laugh. For me being a long time investor learning the ropes, I'll take it every month. The trading on ITGJ tells me there is either dilution or extreme manipulation, so we'll see. I pray it's manipulation because then we should see a nice run.
Bo
Jim..lol you must be reading my mind.
I got into GEMM at a nice level and was looking at DGM and asking the same question.
Buddy, all I can do is guess. I certainly don't have the definitive answer, so here goes.
GEMM has shown it's strength even without this very good press release. We've seen how high it can go and logic would say it should push many times past prior month's levels. It seems like this is the first leg up. : )
DGM is reacting like ITGJ early today. On both I have to say, give it time. The news and fundementals are there, period. I contend MM's had a short position in both DGM and ITGJ (which they are certainly allowed to have), then it may take a cycle until the true market buying pressure takes over. They may be strong arming the B/A to close their positions before this occurs. I define the trading cycle for DGM and ITGJ to end as early as 3:00 to 3:30 today or possibly tomorrow. Some cycles last until the next relevant pr, but in these cases the news is simply too strong, so some recovery or a run could be expected well before the next pr for both.
All in my opinion but with no dilution in DGM and ITGJ, no other explanation makes market sense with respect to valuation or supply and demand of shares based on today's news for both companies.
Bo
Link-GEMM's news.
http://biz.yahoo.com/ccn/050127/56d4dc209fd9462aea9edb7fa14a2cf3_1.html
In case anyone hasn't seen or referenced it yet.
Bo
Tim71, the diamond grade and volumetric
ratio from 'Block 1' certainly show why they are applying for a license to mine. The carats recovered is impressive.
Bo
Mach, I saw the BHSR dip and missed it as well.
What we need from BHSR is an update on Fortune1000 negotations.
Seems odd they would be changing their name in light of a potential buyout.
I can't explain ITGJ this morning for anything, but things could change. As soon as the news hit, buys quickly moved this one fast and my thinking was it could double or triple today alone. The news was important, relating to a hot social concern and showed their credibility
It still may well happen. The news certainly supports it and the company itself is solid and with European interests.
Looking at dips in NMCX (just starting to wake up again), GZFX and MOBL. TRBY is showing a nice base. If I can emerge from ITGJ in one piece, NWAU looks good on a dip right now. They have u-turned after good news (Barrett-Jackson news) this morning.
Bo
investorcg, seem like they are serious
about growing their business rather than issuing fluff pr's.
TPWR is definitely not one of the companies I was referring to.
Ask is now at .05. Good luck!! : )
Mach, what you say is true.
Value, share structure, market emotion and the MM's all play in a stock's pps. A message board post has little effect except for certain daytrade plays.
OT: With CMKX I learned 2 things:
1) The more we were told, the less was true.
2) The less we're told, seems more accurate the reality.
I hope I'm wrong about #2 and hoping it flies for everyone still in it.
Bo
moose...$2,290 on sale!
I like taking care of my vehicles as much as the next guy, but holy rip $2,290 ($3,200 regular price) for a 3-4 inch diameter hub cover on just ok looking rims!
Granted it's a nice hub cover, but wow.
No longer in SSWH, but the price certainly caught my attention..lol.
Bo
Thks LMM, they were possibly caught
offguard with the news and did what they had to do to close short positions before allowing the market buying to take over.
Here's hoping. : )
I peeked at it investorcg.
Right now it's as good as any. I watch stocks that I wouldn't wipe a dog's ass with rising for no reason and having no business model, and solid plays get frozen out or taken down. Gotta love it. Never boring.
If there was no dilution behind ITGJ's news this morning, someone is going to have to explain to me the forces behind taking down a company's pps that 1/2 hour ago pr'ed news of a UN grant $16 million in a very needed area.
I know I'm an idiot with only 20 years of investing, but the above doesn't say sell to me. I'll go out on a limb that any investor seeing this news would be inclined to buy, not sell on news like this.
We'll see how it plays out.
They decide who lives or dies, we can only get lucky and guess right.
ITGJ, LETSMAKE when that bid breaks this could run hard.
Strong news caught MM's off guard. Amazing to watch their early freeze tactics. This jumped to .007 with no problem then they stepped in.
Seeing this, we can all agree they decide who lives or dies, not us.
.0055...nope, no manipulation at all. lol

InterAge Wins U.N.-Sponsored Tsunami Victims Project
(Source: PrimeZone)
01/27/05 11:00
InterAge Ltd. (Pink Sheets:ITGJ), a leading provider of integrated web marketing solutions, announced today that it won a bid for participating in the establishment of a web-based system for dealing with Tsunami victims. The total value of this United Nations funded project is estimated at $22 million, of which InterAge is positioned to receive over $16 million.
As the death toll of the Tsunami reaches incomprehensible numbers, large international aid organizations are looking for ways to help those who survived and the victims' families. One such initiative will be the establishment of the web-based information management system that InterAge was awarded to oversee.
This project will include the use of various forms of media, including text, voice, photographs and video. The objective is to provide optimal opportunities for identification of Tsunami victims, both dead and injured, and to allow every user of the system around the world to enter up to date information and to confirm identification of victims.
Building of the system will span over 16 months and will include advanced identification technologies and information comparison tools, some of which will be developed by InterAge. The sheer mass of victims and the fact that they come from all over the world required a creative solution for their identification.
This project represents a significant step for the Company's international recognition as a market leader in creating unique web-based marketing solutions. "InterAge will play a very important and dominant role in the success of the Tsunami project," says Kobi Freund, CEO of InterAge. "We see this as an excellent opportunity to offer our professional help in dealing with the vast humanitarian challenges that the Tsunami has posed for all of us. Other professional groups will also take part in the project, and we have every bit of confidence that we will work well with them as we have been doing for the last year in other multi-million dollar international projects."

YW Janet, our board here is due for another fun-runner.
I got lucky seeing SPEA when I did. TLTD was a call DVD and others made which ran very nice indeed. We need one more like those to start the year off right.
IWWH yesterday was totally a momentum play. A poster from Allstocks pumped it fiercely, and it was a play that caught on because of it being somehow linked to Celebrity Poker. I'm very glad they made money, but without it being linked to news I didn't jump in.
QBID is at an attractive price. It makes you scratch your head because seem to be very serious about making QTV a national network. From their pr's, exposure, cable networks broadcasting them, to political involvement they are light years ahead of where they were last year when they traded over .02. Looking at it as purely an investment, it seems they are serious about following through this time. These levels are getting harder to ignore. It recently ran again close to a penny at no where near the exposure it is getting now. One to radar to see if it trends up or down from here or consider adding soon.
IMO
Bo
Hi Janet, if you believe in them set your sites high but
never be afraid to take a profit when it's right. I haven't followed them closely to know what the insiders are projecting.
Good luck!
GTEL is one that I got out of too soon. I felt manipulation of the price was going to continue so I sold at .125. It seems the recent news of the former Shuttle astronaut on the board of directors has broken the bonds on trading. One of those stocks to buy and then don't even look at the price for 2 years. The gains should be very good if they grow without dilution.
Good Wednesday Janet. : )
Bo
MSEP, nice call Miss Janet.
Bo : )
