Jim, good eye. Can you help me out on the 1-E?

This is what the 1-E section says on my screen when I call up the entire 1-E document:

"This document was generated as part of a paper submission.
Please reference the Document Control Number 04051392 for access to the original document."

Is this what was showing for you? If so, can you tell me how to reference what they are referring to here?

It says that for both 1-E's.

PS, I did delete that part when I saw your post. I didn't want to be incorrect. Now I'm just curious how to reference the information when my screen reads as above. I never saw this before. Usually when you call up the entire doc (which I always do) it appears.
