you are watching it in a web browser on a pc, not streaming with an NP-1. your tests mean nothing. honestly. you dont even list the specs of your rig and you already stated that you are only getting half the bandwidth that is advertised to you. so what are you trying to prove again? you have a pc and a faulty internet connection. why would they need to upgrade their internet when you havent even tested it with an NP-1? you are really reaching man. keep it honest. half of streaming depends on the server side technology in play. a youtube video means nothing to me unless i am watching youtube all day which i am not.

BTW the first vid streamed with one hiccup at 9.25Mbps at 4k. you need a new internet service.
