Not short at all. Once you do a little DD you might come to some of the same conclusions that I have though. For one this company has practically zero revenues. How are they going to raise the money to buy Nipton? They are going to issue a boat load of more shares to debenture holders at 50% off and then dilute this scam while laughing all the way to the bank and making bag holders out of retail investors. This company is no more a pot company than the company who owns Nipton is. They have yet to produce one plant or sell one joint. But hey have it justice. Good Luck!
DLTZ ON!!!
Sit back and enjoy the ride. The RUN is coming to trips and a reverse/split. Good Times!
ERBB ON!!!
Scam on here! No weed can be sold or cultivated in unincorporated Nipton CA. This company is not going into the MJ business. They are in the share selling scamming business.
DLTZ WILL NOT be growing or selling weed in unincorporated Nipton CA. in 2018

Like everywhere else in the state of California, growing up to 6 plants for personal use is fine (though you might have some onerous regulations to deal with on top of this, depending on where you live). However, commercial cultivation is strictly prohibited in unincorporated areas of the county. This just recently came up as an issue for American Green, which as you may remember bought up the unincorporated town of Nipton, CA, which lies in SB County, with plans to turn it into a cannabis resort. If you live in an incorporated town or city within the county, however, check your local regulations to see if they’ve changed.

84.34.030 Prohibition of Commercial Cannabis Activity.
Except as expressly provided by §§ 84.34.040 and 83.34.050, commercial cannabis activity shall not be considered a permitted or conditionally permitted use in any land use zoning district. Commercial cannabis activity, including delivery, is prohibited in all land use zoning districts, as those may be amended from time to time, and no permit of any type shall be issued therefor. It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct, cause to be conducted, or permit to be conducted, a commercial cannabis activity within the unincorporated area of the County. This Section shall not affect the right to possess or use cannabis as authorized by Federal or State law.

Can you provide a copy of the Terms Of Agreement? I would be interested in reviewing the fine print. Surely you can provide that as is is not proprietary? Thanks,
ERBB
Wouldn't your biometric profile be stored on a server and then pulled by the AGM and stored on the machines hard drive? This is a simple question of the machines functionality that you should be able to answer? As far as what AGM is allowed to do with your profile once they have it I can see where you might not know. At the same time you must be aware of the Terms Of Agreement when someone submits their profile?
ERBB
Lindel can you please address my questions in Post #280311 thanks.
ERBB
Lindel, I have a question on how you use biometric. If I am not mistaken a user of this machine will have to register their unique biometric profile which will then be stored on a server. Once you put your finger on the biometric scanner then that server recognizes your biometric profile and allows you to make your purchase correct? My question is once you submit your biometric profile does American Green now have ownership of that profile? The reason I ask is that I know when you submit your DNA to companies like Ancestry they now have ownership of your DNA and are free to sell your DNA. Once they have ownership of your DNA the have it forever, even after you die. So again my question is once you submit your biometric profile does American Green then have ownership and are able to use it however they want including selling it? IF you can provide more insight to how that will work I greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

What about the big money makers like ball caps and T-Shirts? What about their plans for pot yoga and puff puff painting. So much is happening in Nipton. Big $$$$! $1 a share short term and $5 long.. JMHO
ERBB ON!!!
How is ERBB the king of the weed industry when they don't even grow or sell weed? They have never sold as much as one joint. As far as Nipton, it has been proven over and over that they cannot grow or sell weed there because of San Bernardino county law. No unincorporated town in San Benardino County can grow or sell weed. That is a fact.

If ERBB was to run to .25 with 19 billion O/S we are looking at a 4.75 Billion dollar market cap. Really? ERBB...
I don't know about teaming up? The PR says that "some company" in a border town in the Mojave, has put in an order for 10 units. I am sure that company is ERBB but an order of only 10 units is more like a pump for LIBE. Will have to wait and see what kind of Pump PR ERBB puts out. Could be enough to get the volume rolling here and get it up to a half a penny. IMO
ERBB ON!!!!
Interesting.. I think I will put in an order for LIBE...
ERBB ON!!!!
I have been thinking about this bio metric beer machine. In order for you to use one of these you would have to be enrolled and your bio metric information, or profile if you will, stored into a database. Me personally, I would never submit my bio metric information to be stored by any company. Once you turn that over that company can sell you bio metric profile. In other words they now own your bio metric profile to use as they wish. My wife wanted me to do the DNA thing with Ancestry and learn my family genetics, where I come from blah blah blah. I found out that once you give them your DNA they then own it and can sell it to other companies and use it for whatever they want. They literally own your DNA forever, even after you die. So needless to say I didn't do the Ancestry and I would never see myself doing this bio metric data base either. Why would I? Just so I can buy a beer from a vending machine? Just so I can buy weed from a vending machine? No thanks! I would rather wait my turn at the concession stand or the pot counter than submit my bio metric profile to a company that will own it and be able to sell it to whomever. Just my 2 cents...
ERBB ON!!!!
But what about Nipton? Nipton is going to supposedly take this stock price to .25 even though they can't grow or sell weed there? Apparently a few here are in the know? Shearin and Gwyther must have some whopper of a phony PR they are getting ready to put out.
ERBB ON!!!
What are you basing this on? ERBB can't grow or sell weed in Nipton and that has already been proven and acknowledged by ERBB. So what are you basing .25 on? Do you have some sort of insider information? With a 19 billion share O/S this will not hit .25 IMO. Seriously though, what is going to be so great about Nipton that it is going to launch this stock to .25?
ERBB ON!
ROTFLMFAO! The only thing ERBB is going to see in the next six months is a monster reverse split. JMO ERBB ON!!! SCAM ON!!!

Yeah that is the San Bernardino city council. You do realize that there is the city of San Bernardino which is located in San Bernardino COUNTY! Pot can be sold in the CITY of San Bernardino but pot cannot be cultivated or sold in any UNINCORPORATED town in San Bernardino COUNTY! Shell we go over this one more time?

These aren't vending machines but they are pour you own. Still have to show your ID to get a card from a concession worker which is not secure at all. I didn't see anything in there where they are changing their mind about unincorporated towns such as Nipton. lol

My thoughts exactly... Once the price get's down around here Shearin and Gwyther come out with another whopper of a PR to try and pump the price up. Once the price tops out let the dumping begin. Wash, rinse and repeat.
$$$$ ERBB $$$$
I have a clue how big 10 acres are. I grew up on 175 acres and I will have to agree with 1ml. Putting a concrete plant, a zero emission power plant, a mineral processing operation, and a Spartan Trailer reconditioning facility all on ten acres of land would be rather difficult, considering all the out buildings that will have to be built.
No big deal to think about though. In typical ERBB fashion it will never get done anyway. Critical thinkers Shearin and Gwyther were just throwing another bogus PR out there to try and pump the share price and it fell flat.
ERBB ON!!!!
Can you please provide proof of that, and are they actually being used in dispensaries, if so, what are the names of the dispensaries? Also, did they go to the Canadian government to use for opioids? Can you provide any proof that American Green is being considered as the vendor for supplying the machines to the Canadian government to be the vendor? Until there is evidence that American Green is in the running I find that any discussion about American Green supplying the Canadian government disingenuous and pure speculation that is misleading.
$$$$ ERBB $$$$
I didn't realize that American Green is in talks with supplying Canada let alone being considered? Is this true or is it wishful speculation on your part?
$$$$$ ERBB $$$$$
Hey,I really appreciate you letting me know this. Some of us on here like to make sure this board is keeping it honest though.
ERBB ON!!!!
Yeah my favorite part of that video was the part that said the road to Nipton goes through federal land which could, and most likely will, make it a target. But big bad Shearin is going to buff up to the feds and say arrest me at which point Shearin is on his way to jail. Now let's say Shearin is going to have a big concert with some of San Bernardino Counties biggest name garage bands. All the feds will have to do is set up a check point going into Nipton and make their busts. Word get's out that the feds are watching the road coming into Nipton and nobody will be showing up. Not like there would be anyone going there anyway.
ERBB ON!!!!
How can Nipton be all these things? What does Phoenix grow op have to do with Nipton? As far as people taking their weed to Nipton to smoke, which is a stupid concept in and of itself, the highway into Nipton cuts through federal land. Stick some feds and start busting people bringing weed onto federal land and the word gets out to stay away. Bye Nipton! And with this AG Sessions it wouldn't surprise me a bit that federal law enforcement will be watching that highway.
