Not short at all. Once you do a little DD you might come to some of the same conclusions that I have though. For one this company has practically zero revenues. How are they going to raise the money to buy Nipton? They are going to issue a boat load of more shares to debenture holders at 50% off and then dilute this scam while laughing all the way to the bank and making bag holders out of retail investors. This company is no more a pot company than the company who owns Nipton is. They have yet to produce one plant or sell one joint. But hey have it justice. Good Luck!
