Wouldn't your biometric profile be stored on a server and then pulled by the AGM and stored on the machines hard drive? This is a simple question of the machines functionality that you should be able to answer? As far as what AGM is allowed to do with your profile once they have it I can see where you might not know. At the same time you must be aware of the Terms Of Agreement when someone submits their profile?
