Thank you for posting this and good morning UOIP longs!
Good to know!
Not a lot of information flowing these days.
I guess Billy has at least 3 lawsuit streams for UOIP.
I guess he might be in communication with folks he has texted or chatted with in the past.
I wonder how they feel.
After all, Christmas is coming and I think we know who the Grinch is.
Yes, but Billy cheated all, including himself. He should have filed the Form 15 variation, as recommended by others, and we would all probably have hit $1 PPS after a spike to $2 PPS. He really is not a fine southern gentleman, though I guess he may be courteous, while picking your pocket. He could still re-activate the corporation and folks could do as they please.
Good morning UOIP longs!
I think today is the start of our 22nd week of trading, post-settlement.

This is an incredibly easy problem to solve.
Hire a big CPA firm to collect all relevant data, develop several, alternative allocations of economic damages, all systematic and rational and US GAAP or otherwise acceptable, and do a virtual presentation.
Less than 30 days...easily.
Examples (oversimplified): There are alternative methods of accounting for inventory, depreciation, bad debts, consolidations, costing manufactured goods, and so on. Some of the alternatives would be so close as the selection of one over another would be immaterial or insignificant and not warrant any delay.
No company wants to provide internal data through document discovery. The judge decides what is or is not essential v. internal data that may become public and available to competitors.
Also, the law firms and experts have these documents available for future, seemingly unrelated cases, particularly if they specialize in an industry. They may not be able to use them in a future case, formally, but they do not throw this internal data away and retain access to them.
I worked for a firm that specialize in automotive and we had all kinds from data from prior cases via document discovery.
PS: Good morning UOIP longs!
I forgot to thank you for your EXCELLENT research!
Certainly, the willful infringement should have increased the settlement amount.
They have enough to have financials audited, if they like. They appear to be making all the right moves. I am retired CPA; I think you make a good point.
I do know the judge has power over the timing of payment and can haul everyone back into court if they are not in compliance with his orders. I would think that would have already happened if he wanted it to.
This is helpful to me.
Thank you!
If you think everything is oki-fine, that is good enough for me. Any additional insights are greatly appreciated.
Bloomberg just did a small piece on undervalued S. Korean metaverse companies. MTRT was not mentioned, but none were. Amadeus Capital representative was interviewed. MTRT is not a firm they are currently invested in. I emailed them and asked them to look at the fundamentals from financials posted on the OTCMarkets.com website.
Good morning UOIP longs!
Does it really take this long for settlement funds to be collected?
UOIP peaked at about $0.07 PPS. If you want to see what happens to a stock when it is brought current, there are many examples. Today's example is B*T*Z*I. Billy, the trusted one, cheated everyone, including himself.
I am not sure how that works, but I think there are no punitive damages, per se, in a settlement.
Yup.
Fear.
Folks throwing out the baby with the bath water.
Powell surprised.
Looks like that to me.
It was wonderful!
Today was my last chemo infusion and they had me ring a cowbell and all the cancer nurses hugged me.
Life is pretty darned good, but I would still appreciate it if Billy would stop waiting for all the remaining UOIP shareholders, inventors, Rob Howe's family, and Leane to die from old age before paying all of us.
Guessing that will not happen...he is so very sad.
Stay well.

Good morning UOIP longs!
Good morning MTRT longs!
Financials are posted and uncertainty has been eliminated:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/313875/content
According to filings, there were 514 shareholders on 5/1/2021 and 510 shareholders on 9/30/2021.
Pretty stable.
If a PR is released between now and year end, we should see some positive action in the PPS.
Even without the PR, in the near-term, we should see a drift to a higher PPS in coming trading days and weeks.
Stay well.
I stand corrected.
Yes, PPS needs to go up quite a lot to reflect market value.
Good entry PPS at today's close.
Should be a fun week through calendar year end.

$MTRT
from CEO a while ago during an interview:
“Ahead of the launch of the blockchain platform 'Medium Chain', Medium aims to officially launch Merge, an immersive social network platform of its subsidiary, Mergirity, in December 2021 for the development of blockchain services.”
I think once they officially PR that and their ER from this year and guidance for 2022 we should start to see an uptick in overall interest, jmtc….
Assume NI is flat and only a double through calendar year end.
PE suggests at least $3.68 PPS.
This is only an average.
High growth - I think one article said 200% quarter over quarter anticipated - quit a lot higher and could hit the $20 PPS targets some, here, have suggested.
PR would be good.
Best to all.
Look at the gross profit percentage.
YouTube has examples and tutorials.
They cleaned it up and I think the footnote says new debt at 1.75% or some horribly low amount.
Great post!
Material or significant is a matter of auditor judgment.
Generally, look at impact on financial ratios.
If very little, not significant.
BTW, really excellent methodological approach!
You should have been a scientist!

Good morning UOIP longs and welcome to the 21st week of trading, post-settlement.
I have read some of your posts on other boards. You must be unemployed, as you are too stupid to have a job.
I do not know, but we have some attorney shareholders and experts with greater expertise in this area. Some have already provided opinions. I am guessing that a larger amount might take longer to accumulate or prepare for eventual distribution, but it only a guess on my part.
I do not speak Korean, but timely.
Good morning UOIP longs!
Tomorrow begins our 21st week of trading, post-settlement.
Did this only just happen?
I am long.
Good morning UOIP longs!
I think today concludes our 20th week of trading, post-settlement.
Unless he is too stupid to have a job and focused on immediate consumption. I think this and other matters make for a reasonably consistent fact pattern. Cheating shareholders, inventors, business partners and Rob Howe's family.
Happy Thanksgiving!
