So, are the painters coming to paint the close?
$INSY below $35 again, not a great day for longs..
Lol, what do you want then? An exact number? I'm not a psychic! LOWER is my answer.
Ok, lower by eod.
Good question. Honestly, one or two sellers could knock it down a fair amount if they show up. I don't think it will close above where it's at right now imo. Could though, if some real money shows up to buy. I'm doubtful since it moved up so much recently on low dollar volume.
If not pumping GROC is bashing to you, then ok.
Wasn't bashing, just said it seems like a good time to sell with the bid being high and only $5000 dollar volume and all
Idk, are you still going to be here to defend GROC when the price comes back down?
That post of mine that you referenced to, was actually posted at .012-.0125, not .006.
Your point? Still seems to me like a great time to sell at this level over a penny.
Seems like a good-time to-sell into the high-bid considering the tiny dollar volume traded..
Nice volume today too!
Dormant, as in private company? Or truly dormant? Dormant isn't good for GROC's position.
At what costs? 1billion shares? Convertible notes? JUST how will they finance this?
That's-then, not-now. How will management help shareholders now? How will they fund this? You and I both know how these companies fund acquisitions like this. Why will this be any different?
Oh-yeah? How-will GROC fund-the-acquisition??? Maybe 1Billion shares post acquisition? Maybe convertible notes that convert at 49% of the lowest trading price in the last twenty trading days? Maybe shareholders are following a carrot on a stick? Maybe?
Clearly the $20K/volume friday shows nobody-is-interested in GROC. Would of had much more $volume if the market really cared about GROC. Just over $100/cash, but pursuing an acquisition lol, clearly TONS OF DEBT is about to hit GROC shareholders, no matter how ignorant they are. How else will GROC pay for this? Nobody seems to know yet, even the smart shareholders don't know!
The painted close doesn't help anything either, just wasted cash to paint the close.
Lol, nope, that debacle was entertaining to read for sure!
I understand that. I'm not claiming it's bad at all. Saw a few yesterday claiming it was tho lol, or at least making it out like it's some sort of scam move, thinking it was going to come out of shareholders accounts!
Nice move so far today for IMUC
The company mentioned cancelling shares, even said it in the email you posted.
At this-price, that would be a LOT of shares.
You should ask IR how they are going to fund the acquisition, ask them the hard questions, not questions about phantom splits:)

I'd hope not! That would be ridiculous if they cancelled shares and did a R/S lol. Safe to say that probably won't happen. Maybe down the road once dilution is rearing it's head.
Will do.
Because i'm not mindlessly positive on everything. Of course i'm negative on a company with no cash that claims to be doing an acquisition and cancelling shares at the same time, with no mention of where the cash will come from for the acquisition. Seen it enough to know that convertible notes will probably be used which will massively dilute shareholders and most likely crash the stock with a toxic death spiral..
Doesn't matter what their business is if they use convertible notes to fund it. Shareholders always lose when convertible notes are used for funding. Company gets cash, financier makes money, shareholders get diluted and left out to dry..
How will GROC fund it? Maybe with toxic-convertible-notes that cause massive dilution? How else since they only have $128 cash? Wonder why GROC didn't mention how they'll fund it? Wonder why in their pr when mentioning the share count they said "total shares pre acquisition"? Sounds like GROC knows dilution is coming... The cancelled shares will be far outweighed by newly issued shares from debt conversions imo.
Seems like a great-time to sell GROC right-now considering the ridiculous tiny dollar volume that moved GROC up so much when they haven't even finalized the loi...
Be ready for dilution creating, toxic convertible note financing, imo. How else will this acquisition be funded?
Because you get a 49% discount to the lowest trading price within the last 20 days, or similar terms, and you can convert the debt into tons of discounted new shares and dump them on the market for huge gains. You stand to make a LOT more than the amount of the note.
You wouldn't buy the company because your a lender, not and acquirer. You loan cash for discounted shares to sell, not run companies.
Why would new notes be in old filings when the news just happened this week and isn't even finalized yet? Their probably inking some convertible notes right now to fund the acquisition.
Companies like KBM worldwide are always willing to loan cash for convertible notes. They don't care about share price or shareholders, they only care about converting and dumping their newly issued discounted shares for instant gains.
When the volume increases a bunch in the next few months or more and share price declines, I'm willing to bet it's the toxic avengers converting notes that are probably being issued right now.
With the nearly worthless kind of quarterly reports GROC files, we will probably never even get to see how many notes or the details of each note like normal 10Q's and 10K's list. We will just see dilution occur and have a good idea of what's going on when volume increases a bunch and share price drops.
There will be cash from new convertible notes to acquire the new company. OBVIOUSLY those new notes wouldn't be in the older filings...
They buy it with cash from convertible notes. You already know this.
Wonder how-many-shares this acquisition will-add from toxic-convertible-debt notes?
How else will they fund this? Probably by issuing convertible notes that convert into new shares at 49% discount or whatever.
Why else did the company say in the PR yesterday "88M shares pre acquisition" ???
So, cancel 40M shares right before convertible notes are issued that will eventually convert into hundreds of millions or even billions of shares depending on the current share price?
Seems REAL risky unless it becomes clear on just how this acquisition will be funded. Seems to me that a LOT of dilution is right around the corner for GROC or this acquisition can't happen.
Yeah, MJNA is just another pos..
So, does-everybody-know that-a $1M option-trade betting-GWPH-hits $80 by January occurred, right? Well, it did, 10,000 contracts on Aug 24th, so GWPH and Insys headed lower imo.
