Ok so if you had 50 million shares and was real worried about management what would you do ? People are scrambling getting those certs cleared so that they can at least get the original investment back . Me personally am stuck for a few more months but when mine are cleared you can bet your life those will immedialty be bid wacking . Youll see next week and the week after watch the trading activity . They ruined this stock by diluting so much , and they are still doing it they have another sale of 75 million PP shares as we speak .

Can't sell even if I had to . So I got 5 million shares or better yet a piece of paper . Hope it goes to the moon but those dreams are done . I know of over 100 million shares that will be in play next week good luck trying to support that sell off .

And I'm pretty sure I know why first off you got a bunch of pissed off private investors watching their hard earned money go down the toilet they had to do something , they had to put it out there this was heading for low subs . It does trade like that up until 2 weeks ago 2-3 million shares would move this half pennies a clip now 10 million shares barely moves it !!! Been watching this stock pretty much daily for over a year , where and when did you done around

Even if this stock was still at .03 it would never have broken .04 . The float is huge and more shares are being transferred daily . I still have over 5 million shares private placement so believe me I want this to go to the moon , but my hopes of that happening are gone !! Ill be happy to break even at this point . And breaking even is for clowns !!! There are a LOT of shares coming to market real soon so take it as you want to !!! But I am no longer a cheerleader or a basher just not getting emotional about this play any longer .

AAPT , as much as I'm pissed off at the management of this company I still think the products could have great success . But they need to really step up there game about marketing and advertising .

Well I know the private investors have already hired lawyers to investigate this whole issue . As far as getting anything back I highly doubt it especially because the company is cash broke . But you could def look into hiring a professional . I personally am stuck with a now pretty much worthless piece of paper . I hope that someone ends up locked up because of this craziness , wether it be Eric or Lisa and Barry or all of them . A lot of people have lost a lot of money . Did you know that in order for them to advance the salaries that they did that was supposed to be voted on ?? The Feds were alerted from all parties involved this doesn't just go away . And Lisa and Barry will be voted out of the positions in the company that they hold . This is already taking place all the shareholders will be notified . The problem is is that all the private investors were informed because they are still squeezing investors for more money/shares .that was thier piggy bank and still trying to get more . he also did not want to be part of thier financial fraud which he stated that he already contacted authorities to state his claim . do as you see fit .
