All that PR was is damage control !! More dangling carrots . And I'm pretty sure I know why first off you got a bunch of pissed off private investors watching their hard earned money go down the toilet they had to do something , they had to put it out there this was heading for low subs . They should have waited till they could have used the name Walmart . But that if ever will be a long ways away and by then the stock price would be worth nothing . Just my two cents
