When you have a company that has a product and it also owns its software/technology that has been built from the ground up is very rare and most sought after. This company has technology that others seek and WILL seek to try to keep up and stay afloat in competition.
Outsourcing was a smart move and he has the knowledge to take this company beyond his competition. This is amazing!
GO RIGH
WOW Angel outsourced to another country
to follow the technology that moved out from the US
Smart, I hope he brings it back here as he stated Silicon Valley is waking back up.
these days you have to follow the technology to succeed, smart move
research that online, it is informative
GO RIGH
I have to agree
he did do good technology and sold to Cisco and is onto another with BudGenius
GO RIGH
Actually good news
Randy is out and Angel is in
Like what I am hearing with Angel
he did do good technology with Cisco
GO RIGH BUDGenius
heard that , I think it because he no longer have anything to say as Angel is taking over and also they are doing a R/M so he really cant say, Ask Angel, Randy is out!
There is definately technical difficulties with this call, nobody can understand anyone lol
That is understandable, But the role of Baron capital is to work with many companies as that is what the company is based upon. What ever a company does or what ever law suites they have does not pertain to TOFS. In the future when Tofs have many clients, each CEO is responsible for anything that their company does. It is not the responsibility of TOFS. They are his clients and he gets paid. Its a business relationship and nothing more.
Thank you Mr/Mrs Fit4ever for your concern.
Have a good day
Mrs. Robby
December 6th was when the article was written by Courthouse News
But the original document settlement was dated August 23, 2011
you can find it on Matts blog and many other places. So yes I do find that old news. Upon reading multiple documents pertaining to TOFS, I find TOFS have nothing to do with the settlement which has been closed. Please post something new that we all can benefit from. Thanks
Really old news, seen it a hundred times, anything new thats worth discussing on TOFS?
I need new news thats dated now
and not out dated and already discussed on all the boards
I find it worth while to read DD that is fresh and is updated
and pertains to what is happening now, as TOFS R/M or which way the company is going, Im not interested in the past as all of that has been settled and dealt with. Lets focus on the NOW and move into the direction TOFS is taking us.
Hello, All.
As you may imagine this issue has become a point of importance for our company. I have been in direct contact with Mickey (“Cannabis Warrior”), and I have also openly expressed to him that I appreciate his critical feedback. It is good that there are objective personalities raising tough questions inside of the industry. Such actions promote self-regulation from within, hopefully lessening the critical eye of governmental oversight. Mickey amplifies thoughtful considerations into critical issues that demand attention. I enjoy the rugged scrutiny BudGenius continues to share with him.
Regarding this issue at hand, it is has become our company policy surrounding this to not engage in a “he said, she said” dialogue with Mr. Montgomery. With each passing day, the truths surrounding this dust storm become clearer. I’m confident that BudGenius.com will continue to be evaluated by past, present, and future clients/patients upon the services we provide to the community. It is here that we comfortably hang our hat.
There are however two misleading personal issues that I am compelled to address:
1) File Number 11-38794 was never an “active search”. It was a brief investigation filed by Mr. Montgomery. Detective Lambert of the Santa Monica Police Department was the presiding detective. I voluntarily reached out to the SMPD, and the matter was promptly closed.
2) The attorney general case is a real suit regarding customer service issues that should never have occurred. Upon learning of this matter, as CEO of this company, I immediately reached out to the Attorney General and sought an out of court settlement in which all consumers affected were refunded in full. The company also voluntarily paid a fee to the State of Illinois for their troubles.
Many of those involved in the MMJ industry are entrepreneurs with experiences stemming from many varied backgrounds. I am not aware of a colleague that has not reflected upon their early-stage growth with hindsight that better decisions could have been in made in policy, personnel, and strategy. We are not alone in this sentiment as BudGenius.com works each day to provide solutions within an emergent industry. Our ears and arms are open as we welcome alliances and discussions with those that arrived before us, and those that are just arriving now. Our ongoing goals are in continuing to enable quality testing at an efficient price, to support dispensaries in their business, and to educate patients in their right to receive safe and applicable medicine.
Thank you Mickey, and thank you to Mickey’s audience for your criticisms, feedback, and support. We are listening.

I found it online

Vern I have a document I acquired a while ago that proves he was not involved with fraud, I just dont know how to get the pdf to here, any suggestions anyone?
They are stamps exibit 1 , 2 , 3 etc
if you read the top it is a fax
on black and white faxes, stickers or colorful stamps fax this way
even if the background of the stamp/sticker is grey
completely normal, i get tons of faxes this way
You are dead on Hotbit
This will be profitable as we move into a new pharma
so many people are looking for an alternative to traditional meds
Thats why I am here, I like to go with stocks that have new creative ideas. Seems like this one is a winner to me
as they got all their mess cleared up and is moving forward
My DD on these kinds of stocks goes to the consumer, When a majority of patients are dying, and having horrific side effects on medications that the pharma are producing. I look for the next new type of pharma that will in a safe manner produce a med or herb that will be available to the mass public in the near future. I read everything here and check out everything that is thrown out here. I am holding my position. This is the same thing that happened to apple and facebook and you see where they are now.
I agree RyGuy
All of this reminds me of the
movie social network about facebook
same scenerio
somebody trying to take over a company
GO RIGH
to everyone that keeps asking for a PR
Matt can not put out a PR till FINRA finishes with name change
if he does then we have a chill
so please be patient
Matt is avoiding the chill for us, so thats why no word yet
everyone should know the lawsuit was settled as
it was in the PR (Press Release: RightSmile, Inc. – Tue, Nov 1, 2011 1:57 PM EDT) http://finance.yahoo.com/news/RightSmile-Settles-Lawsuit-bw-3116753244.html?x=0&.v=1
It was settled as in the PR
RIGH won the two clowns are out
RightSmile has recently entered into a transaction to regain control of the Company so it can move forward with a reverse merger with another company. RightSmile will officially announce this transaction once the last two quarters have been posted on PinkSheets and the Company is restored to a “Yield Sign”
which has happened and the R/M is under way
it could be a number of things
If Matt sold then good for him, now he can buy the software he needed, and TGGI will be next and he can put a deposit on the brokerage firm, now the dump is over and the R/M is in play we can go up now.
on my chart somebody bought 200 million and then dumped 200 million
Cant have PR till name change
"since they are currently the only one in that particular market."
This is why I am in TOFS and RIGH, both are the only ones in their markets, cant wait to see who TGGI reverse merges with, I like Matts thinking and new ideas. New ideas that can grow. Unlike other Pink stocks that follow same old patterns and companies. This is all new and should grow
GO $RIGH
Been here to long to fall for that lol
I have done research and it is not a PnD and you know that also
try that on somebody else lol
They post that every time it goes down a tick or two, there have NOT been a campaign on either stock, look it up
I agree with you smalltimetrader
Seems like every time we go down a tick or two
that article shows up on all of the boards TOFS is involved in, cant count how many times it is posted here. Old news
There are so many Pharmaceutical companies
out there that have chemically engineered drugs that mimic cannabis
and other natural plants that cause harm to patients. Listen to the commercials on TV and hear how many side effects they cause. Death , strokes, heart attacks, depression, suicide, blood clots, and it goes on. If you take a pill for depression you can commit suicide or have deeper depression and may cause death, a pill for stomach ulcers can harm the kidneys and liver and cause some form of blood clots and heart attack. The side effects are not worth taking the pill. Medical cannabis is a natural herb to remedy the patient of many problems and it is natural. Now with companies like BudGenius they can pinpoint the ailment and patients have a choice how to take the herb. Smoke, eat in many different foods like ice cream, brownies, pizza etc. To my knowledge there are 16 states and Dc that are legal for Medical Cannabis and growing. I feel right now we are on a verge of legalizing in every state due to the research and health benefits to patients. Medical Cannabis laboratories are the next big Pharma of the future. I am happy there is a company like BudGenius out there to test the herb for chemicals and potency.
I do not smoke but I am all for it. This is the next big Pharma!
WOW and I am a girl lol
IF you go to BudGenius and click on
the site map at the bottom of the page, it lists all the samples tested and is clickable to see what exactly the sample tested is used for (pain, anxiety etc)
wow there are a lot of buds to test
interesting how each different bud can relieve a specific symptom
this company is crucial for pinpointing accuracy for the patient
Now I fully understand why this is needed. All I can say is WOW
GO $RIGH
This is trading the same as RIGH did, went up then to 0001 then to 0008, nice
Its is only the begining and I agree it is not going to dissapear
seems like TOFS and RIGH have gotten into a up and coming business that can expand with time. My thought on the R/M with both companies is they both have chosen new companies that will offer their customers rewards and help them to become successful. TOFS is becoming a penny stock self clearing company, Righ is now into the big business of testing medical cannibus and also offering free web service to clients, (clients agree to use Budgenius to test 20 times per month to get the free site) Devtek is the perfect candidate to do that. Im glad they both did not merge into a company that has been around and can fizzle out. Its my opinion that this is the best way to advance into the future. Now there are laws to protect the cannibus companies as they have been trying to take them down in the past. With the new laws they can grow successfully. Seems TOFS and RIGH have different business ideas that usually work to make a business stand out from the rest.
Im keeping all 3, could all run hard soon

$RIGH A number of companies in the health care and technology sectors have cashed in on the crop on various stock exchanges, with more on the way to Wall Street. Under license from the Canadian government, Amigula Inc., the world's first publicly traded marijuana company, grows and distributes cannabis for a variety of medical conditions including multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, arthritis, glaucoma, and AIDS.
Colorado Springs-based Cannabis Science Inc. (OBB:CBIS) trades on the NASDAQ as a biotech company specializing in pharmaceutical cannabis products. General Cannabis Inc. (OTC:CANA), a technology-based Internet marketing services company, acquired WeedMaps Media, Inc., and even took over the domain name Marijuana.com.
Former Morgan Stanley investment banker Derek Peterson had his sights set on an initial public offering before the end of the year for his indoor equipment-maker GrowOp Technology, which he believes will become the “Apple of hydroponic technology.”
Of course, we’ve also seen Big Pharma get into the game with over 50 companies including Valeant Pharmaceuticals International (VRX), Pfizer (PFE), Merck (MRK), GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Bristol Myers-Squibb (BMY), Novartis (NVS), and Watson Pharmaceuticals (WPI) receiving DEA licenses to grow cannabis and release it in generic pill form. Watson Pharmaceuticals got a head start on the market, already selling its THC pill Marinol.
Since the Delaware Senate passed Bill 17 this year that allows for a possession limit of six ounces, 16 states and Washington, DC have now enacted laws to decriminalize pot. With the list of states growing right alongside this bustling industry, it’s no longer a pipe dream to conceive marijuana as the next Internet bubble.
$RIGH the Discovery Channel’s reality series narrows its focus on one particular medicinal dispensary. Every Thursday at 10 p.m, viewers will get a behind-the-counter look at Oakland, California’s Harborside Health Center. With a client base of 94,000 patients, this facility is the largest retailer of cannabis in the world.
The network has anticipated Weed Wars becoming a quick hit, already selling merchandise like logo T-shirts for $30 and mugs for $18 on its website before the show has even had a chance to premiere. And the show will likely appeal to a far wider and far more clear-eyed audience than just a pothead-based viewership looking for a break between rounds of Skyrim. Indeed, alternative investors may be drawn to the series for a closer look into this budding multibillion-dollar industry.
