If you are asking what I first asked that prompted his initial response, IDK. I know that sounds weird but I even asked him how he got my information. He then told me they represented CLHI. So I don't know what it was. But I'm trying to figure that out. When I do, I'll share it here.
It was a metaphor.
PM your e-mail address if you want the whole thread.
Oh and this is one quote from him.
Yeah, when I questioned him, he sent this.

So even this line was a mistake?
"Yes, the name will change and the symbol to The Deal Source and research, press releases and events will be talked about going forward……."

to me, Stanley
Mark,
Investors sometimes make poor investment decisions or follow the herd mentality in investing.
Years ago, someone told me that I was going to work hard and long to succeed, shouldn’t I do the same with my investment decisions.
And that is the course I have followed. Investigate before you invest.
The Data Source is a good to great Company that will gain the interest of new and old investors alike.
Be patient and have an open mind going forward.
On my website are case studies of Companies we have worked with over the years.
Maybe you should review a few of those case histories and start to get comfortable with your investment in The Deal Source.
Yes, the name will change and the symbol to The Deal Source and research, press releases and events will be talked about going forward…….
Tell you friends and of course other investors to reach out to Launchpad and we start this journey together.
Best,

I've had communication with the IR firm. A long e-mail chain. Unfortunately, nothing has come of it.
See, next week never comes!!! First it was fast approaching. Then it was next week. Now we have to wait til next week to find out when it is going to happen. And you all wonder why I think this company sucks!!!
Ever notice that "next week" never comes with these crooks?
Lets think about this for a minute. They want to have enough shares for acquisitions, right? Ok. Round numbers here.
A/S 200,000,000
O/S 25,000,000 (rounded up)
If they hadn't announced the R/S, this would already be at at least $5/share.
Having 175 million shares to issue would give them a value of $875 million. That would have been plenty, no?
If they wanted to reduce current shareholders ownership percentages, they could have just raised the A/S. In that case they would have still upset some but nothing like the R/S has done. The PPS would still be up in the $5 range and they would have had plenty of room to issue shares that are worth so much more than they are now.
Thoughts?
Depends on ratio.
I'm sure it's the R/S. Sell just after the split. Then short it and ride it all the way back to these levels.
I'd rather be wrong and have it rubbed in my face. This R/S will be the death of TDS if they go thru with it. Just my opinion of course but I've seen it before. Really sad to see such potential get killed by the company themselves. The do have the power to fix things by canceling the R/S. I just don't think they are smart enough to realize it. Again, I hope I'm wrong.
Yeah but will it get back to .004?
Will this ever recover for real?
Never said I hate positive attitudes. I had one here right up to when they announced the R/S. I've seen too many of them on the OTC and they never end up positive.
You are a little bit off. I didn't even get into this stock until Nov 1st.
And my first post here was Nov 2nd.
No, the fear of the R/S is built into the current price. My point was that post split it will be 15 times the current price. Thus in dollar land. Conversely, if the cancel it, the PPS will rise quickly into dollar land.
It's the truth. And if it's post split, plan on it dropping back to these levels soon after.
The only way this POS gets back to dollars is post split or if they cancel the split. I vote for cancel.
Link please.
Oh yeah. Where is the Fast approaching corporate action? Yet another lie?
The example is what the little guys can do when big corporations try to screw them.
Did anything come out about the suit?
So, up or down tomorrow?
I haven't made any waves yet. Just tested the waters.
That's all I heard back then as well. And TDS is no Grumman. No, I cannot prevent them from doing the R/S. But, making waves that will cross the pond and drown them is something I can and will do. The good thing is that I don't even have to lie. Just getting the word out to the right outlets is all I need.
Not sure how many people here know of a company by the name of Grumman. I once worked for a division of theirs at an IBM location in Fiskill NY. It was contract work between IBM and Grumman. IBM canceled the contract. Grumman ended up laying a bunch of us off and then refused to pay severance to some of us because we weren't hired the same way as the others that got their severance. Anyway, why am I telling you this. Well, though it wasn't illegal what they did, it wasn't right either. After some well placed phone calls, visits to Dept of Labor in NYC, and then the CEO of Grumman and his board getting together to save face, we all got our severance pay. If TDS doesn't correct this and cancel the R/S and thus screwing the shareholders, I'll be more than happy to start the same quest here. I've already taken the first of many steps by contacting the SEC. Next steps are up to TDS. I hope this Corporate Action they speak of will get us back on track.
Who knows how high this would be now if they didn't pull that shit. The credibility they would still have and the respect of the investment community would have sent this well above $5 and that's being conservative. But no, they had to ruin the wet dream and F us over. What a stupid group of management. Stephenson leading them by example and hoping no one will show him up in a stupidity contest. He won, hands down!!!
Yeah, I got rid of the rest of mine at .0009 and made a pretty good profit overall here. Took a lot of years but better late than never.
Oh, it is. Why do you think the SEC is in the loop already?
Is this in the works or a done deal?
Anything in the works to save this and stop the bleeding?
Well the SEC is in the loop now. Let's see if TDS does right by the shareholders. If they do, good for them. SEC can stand down. If they don't right the ship and cancel the R/S, well that will be that.
Any thoughts on what the corporate action is?
I just went to the IR firms website and tried to sign up for their alerts and it doesn't work. More BS....SMH!!!
Why couldn't they? We voted on the merger to happen. This should have been included in the vote. BTW, what happened to all the TDS shares that CLHI bought?
Yeah, you keep telling yourself that. They knew, synergy knew. Plain and simple. But lets let the SEC decide.
You aren't just new to this board, you are also new to iHub. Alias created today. What a joke!!
Long term goals are fine. But when TDS's long term goals don't include the shareholders, that's a whole different thing. You can see by their actions that they don't care about the shareholders what so ever.
