Jet-Life Penny Stocks was pumping RFMK to death last year, interesting how all of the pumpers/promoters of that stock disappeared into the woodwork earlier this year, not just on IH but also that other stock site where Cheryl Shuman went to after getting booted here.

There is absolutely no large short in RFMK, it has been chilled by the DTCC since 2/2012, so it is trade for trade, thus next to impossible, let alone extremely expensive and dangerous, to short, besides, people who do short do not sit on open short positions in pink sheet stocks, they get in and out quick playing the volatility, this stock has been flat line for some time now, nothing to play.

Might be interesting to send some background info on RFMKs former spokesperson, like some of her communications with investors and posts in public forums, to Babs Walters, could get fun if her journalist self kicks in?.......

Ms. Shuman hasn't advertised or placed RFMK or its products since her contract ran out, she no longer lists herself as RFMKs spokesperson, she removed herself as a mod on the other board the day after her contract expired, her time with RFMK really didn't produce much in the way of sales or increased value for investors, the evidence is pretty clear that she moved on.

Pictures of Ms. Shuman are irrelevant now that she is no longer RFMKs spokesperson or even working with RFMK according to reports and the fact neither she nor RFMK are indicating she is still involved with the company, instead, she is promoting everything else she is involved in, but not a peep about RFMK or Cannacig since her contract ended.

Allinder decided to dilute the value of the existing shares instead of trying to rein in his out of control and wasteful spending.

LOL, by all accounts and appearances, Ms Shuman left RFMK at the end of her contract, if she was staying and/or contract was renewed, both her and RFMK would have, and I would argue should have, already been touting it, besides, looking back on her time with RFMK along with some of her antics as well as the results as we now know them, she really didn't do much for shareholders, in fact, I would argue that she actually used many of them and their social networks for crowd source marketing on her own personal projects/endeavors.

Badge714, yes, I was commenting on RFMKs Q1 which is on OTCMarkets right now, the results it shows are pretty horrible, especially for a 2 man pump and dump operation.

Some striking observations on RFMKs "quarterly report", not only is it incomplete, it is not correct, but more importantly, it is a huge display of just how poorly RFMK is operated, the burn rate is ridiculous.

Well lets see, it is a fact that RFMK has flat out lied in some of their PRs and investor communications, it is also a fact that Ms. Shuman has lied to RFMK investors, so its entirely possible, and highly probable, that Nano, in concert with RFMK and Ms. Shuman, also lied about Cannacig in order to promote it.

Its absolutely Ms. Shumans fault that she targeted/schemed RFMK as a clean shell which she could merge Green Assets into so she could access equity capital, right now, all Green Assets is is a paper entity in Nevada that Ms Shuman owns, and its pretty obvious it has no real money, other than her own.

We should probably update the Ibox to reflect Ms. Shuman as no longer a part of RFMK.

I disagree, I dont think Ms. Shuman had any wool pulled over her eyes, looking back on much she posted here and other websites, as well as personal communications she has had with some investors(which were shared with me), she was hardly ignorant of what she was involved in with RFMK, in fact, I would dare say that she pretty much laid out all of the planning and the only thing which fell through on her plan was Allinders ability to get RFMK audited.

Actually the utter failure of RFMK and Cannacig was a team effort, both Allinder and Ms. Shuman share fairly equal amounts of responsibility for the feable revenues and current share price.

Well lets see, RFMK gave up trying to challenge THCs Federal registration of the Cannacig Trademark, so really, the only 1 RFMK can still try to claim is the State mark, forintrastate usage, since the common law mark will not stand up against the THCs Federal Registration for interstate use, but wait, RFMK is not a legal entity in California, thus they cant even file anything in a California court, so they have no legal way to quash or challenge a cease and desist order out of a California court--if THC so desired to have some more fun, in fact, its entirely possible, once THC gets their registration finalized, that THC can have U.S. Customs and Border Protection seize any items coming in to the US under the "Cannacig" name.

All of the RFMK people involved with Cannacig really really really blundered badly on the product, still think it would be hilarious if THC hired Cheryl.

My sis made an interesting point on the ramifications of Allinders complete blunder on the Cannacig trademark, not only can THC now stop RFMKs use of the word Nationwide, but also in California, despite the fact that RFMK was definitely the 1st to use the word in trade in California, the reason?, LOL, as I pointed out some time ago, RFMK is not a legal entity in California as its Foreign Corp. Registration Status there is "Forfeited", thus, they have no legal standing to oppose any Cease and Desist orders THC might file in regards to RFMK, or anyone else for that matter, for selling or distributing anything called "Cannacig".

ROTFLOL, maybe as a last nail in RFMKs coffin, THC might hire Shuman to continue promoting Cannacig--the new and much better model--the 1 made by THC Scientific, LOL, LOL, LOL.

Shame the people controlling RFMK didnt find somebody who actually knew how to operate a business instead of the guy they have, it might have had a chance.
