You want a return even when not selling or not buying into news. Well BTH has done little since it rode the Pot 2018 hype. Other projects have yet to yield fruit or Wont and leadership changes are common yet disappointing in many penny stocks. This is something which is better that BK.
BLO does have the edible issue but has been riding the Pot waves. I understand flipping a very large positions is hard (if that's you) but taking profits and not loving/hating/obsessing on a stock are old rules. I'm still here with a lowered investment (gamble) and lowered expectations. But they're not talking BK and for the reasons I stated, I'm here to see too...So...JMHO...GLTA...
BTH has the access to FAIMS configuration tech and I suppose the data library/SW specifically targeting diseases. NASH may have some(?) connections into a Pharma. BLO is specifically targeting THC and other drugs with FAIMS, while BTH focuses on diseases. Configurations may differ and data libraries will certainly be different along with hardware and procedures being significantly different (?).
I doubt their markets cross except in base tech, SW and interfaces. BTH/BLO share that as we all invested in that research and testing. I sure would like a buyout of BTH/NASH by some Pharma, with FAIMS tech priced in. BLO is fighting their own race to use FAIMS for drug detection. Both are at least semi-finished, V3, which should eventually bring some value. Lots of folks using FAIMS. L3 bought IMSC partly for its FAIMS tech which brought me to BLO by accident @$.50 and then BTH @$.07. I think we are all here just to make money. Been pretty lucky flipping both.
The big issue here, is BTH under some form of the NASH/BTH BODs' control or does this BTH/NASH deal need shareholder a BTH vote? Then ???...JMHO...GLTA...
I'm posting info I saw / heard / read on PRs and CCs. These are my opinions of what I heard / saw / read. I would like others to comment and post their own DD / opinions.
Colorado is the #1 US Hemp producer. In state processing is the law, those are for sure per CDA. This implies sufficient Hemp for their processing center. Of course having successful harvests of their own Hemp (CBD) and Sativa (THC) would be at lower costs than buying those resources on the open market.
I got the total acreage under contract and estimate of 500lbs per acre from the grower's contract / PRs.
Haven't read much about The Jamaican business segment and the PRs are not as specific, so I hope that is all additive to the Colorado businesses.
I certainly have NO inside info and hope others will reply with their Own DD. IF all works as management describes the PPS should go up, IMO, of course.
CBD/THC Prana tinctures/pills/creams/etc for medical uses are in Phase 1 (1a/1b) and Fast track from FDA. Some are patented. Check up on all these and post your DD. Overall I'm about even but hold more shares which I hope do well. No Guarantees. and...JMHO...GLTA...
I'm sure we can find dozens/hundreds of regular gas station explosions along with refineries and storage explosions.. Most cars catch fire when crashed, so thousands of those. What about the diesel spills/leaky tanks or Coal/gas trains/pipelines ect.
Yes hydrocarbons burn/pollute and there is danger for all uses. Regulations being reduced wont help, (see DTrump). New infrastructure from Clne-Total WILL help.
America does have Huge NG resources and should use those instead of importing others' HyCs and spending American Blood and Treasure protecting those others' resources.
Upgrading US distribution/storage etc would be a good thing. Fixing older water/power/sewage systems while focusing on NG distributions (and removing failing tanks for thousands of stations)and general Infrastructure is certainly Value added and needed. Europe is going to NG from Russia, so WHY are we refining Tar sands from Canada for Asian markets? Yuck filth and spills already.
Wish well to Mr Boone P for all his work building this AMERICAN industry, especially heavy Trucking and Power... Best Health wishes from me and my Thanks.
Been in and out over the years. I really Like seeing the Total Marketing and Industry specialist dudes on the BOD. I think they are setting up for moving the stock and NG uses in general. Like the new Calif initiatives.
Yes, I've bought a fair amount of stock recently again (a lot for me). This looks different than recent spikes and may reach profitability and a real run toward past highs. Buy-hold-sell...JMHO...GLTA...
I think we will be in the "at least $10 M" area. Plenty of Pot to process in Colorado. Few licensed processors.
Comments from CC - PRs;
Distilling Machine capable of processing 1000lbs Hemp Flowers (threshed) a day.
675 acres under contract (?) Estimate is 500lbs an acre (?) (threshed)
Building a second distilling machine.
Prana
CBD/THC mix drug(s) in trials, FDA Fast-track.
I don't really expect an update till next CC, then first home run. Buy - Hold - Sell...JMHO...GLTA...
CNAB provides guidance... This is of course without any Drug approvals which are 'in process'...
Company to Report $2 Million in Revenue for the Second Quarter, Up 1400% Over 2017, Forecasting $10 Million for the Year
DENVER, CO / ACCESSWIRE / July 12, 2018 / United Cannabis Corporation (CNAB) (the "Company" or "United Cannabis") today provided preliminary, unaudited figures on revenues for the second quarter 2018 and offered guidance for the year.
Revenues for the second quarter 2018 are $2 million, up 1400% as compared to the same period in 2017, and 800% over the first quarter 2018. This increase is primarily due to the launch of its industrial hemp-based processing facility.
Management indicated that it expects to maintain this level of revenue going forward, forecasting a minimum of $10 million in revenue for 2018.
Earnest Blackmon, United Cannabis' Chief Executive Officer, commented, "The pilot run of our industrial hemp facility was very successful, resulting in a breakout second quarter. Looking forward, we project the Company will, at a minimum, continue this level of production throughout the year, and we expect to bring the full capacity of that operation online by the first quarter of 2019."
TLRY has a $16B market cap and $20M sales. Seizure drug approval / trials.
CNAB may be next with theirs...JMHO...GLTA...
Nice to see the KUSH name thrown around with the big hitters (at the end).
NEW YORK (AP) — Reefer Madness has gripped Wall Street.
Investors are craving marijuana stocks as Canada prepares to legalize pot next month, leading to giant gains for Canada-based companies listed on U.S. exchanges. Some experts are concerned that the ending will be a buzzkill.
Billions of dollars have poured into the stocks in the last few months, and investors smell green (money, not leaves) in the air as they consider the opportunities these companies might have as the marijuana market in Canada grows, along with the possibility that the U.S. and other countries could follow suit.
The value of one company, British Columbia-based Tilray, has jumped tenfold since its initial public offering just two months ago. The company had $20 million in sales in 2017, but it's now worth considerably more than Macy's or Hasbro. With those huge gains have come extreme swings.
Wednesday was a trip for Tilray stock: after closing at $154 the previous day, it opened at $233 a share, soared to $300, and then plunged to $151 before rallying to close at $214. Trading was halted several times because of that volatility.
For some people on Wall Street, it's bringing back unpleasant memories.
"We just went through this eight months ago with cryptocurrencies," says investor Ken Mahoney, CEO of New York based Mahoney Asset Management. He said the investors buying these stocks at their current prices are already betting on enormous successes, but even if legal marijuana takes off, some of the companies will fail.
It's easy to see why investors are so optimistic. This week, Coca-Cola acknowledged it could one day offer cannabis-infused drinks. That came after reports Coke was in talks with Aurora Cannabis about drinks containing cannabidiol, or CBD, a marijuana component that isn't psychoactive. Aurora stock, which is listed in Canada, surged.
That would be a sort of return to Coca-Cola's roots, as the drink contained some cocaine when it was invented.
In August, Molson Coors said it will team up with Hydropothecary Corp. to sell marijuana-infused drinks, and Canopy Growth announced a $4 billion investment from Constellation Brands, the company that makes Corona beer.
The stocks jumped Tuesday when the Center for Medicinal Cannabis Research at the University of California San Diego said the government will allow it to import capsules containing cannabis compounds from Tilray so the center can study their effectiveness in treating tremors.
"The total global (cannabis) category could reach upwards of $200 billion, as suggested by Constellation Brands," said Stifel analyst Christopher Growe.
Canopy Growth has more than doubled in value this year, and another rival trading in the U.S., Cronos Group has jumped 78 percent. KushCo Holdings has surged 36 percent and GW Pharmaceuticals, which recently received government approval for a cannabis-derived drug used to treat seizures, is up 29 percent.
Growe said the value of the 22 largest marijuana companies trading in Canada has more than doubled since Aug. 15, when the Canopy-Constellation deal was announced.
CDA, "Processing - Colorado’s industrial hemp rules state that industrial hemp producers must be able to provide documentation of in-state processing as part of registration. It is unknown at this time how many processing facilities will be available in Colorado at time of harvest."
Colorado is the largest Hemp crop producer in the US and CNAB has their new processing center running since March and they are building another. Looks like they will be very busy this fall.
I've been expecting H2 to drop their flaky suit and confirm a deal for oils that CNAB will obviously have. Large demand for processing will benefit CNAB no matter if H2's couple acres were as successful as they had hoped for.
Cnab has 675 acres they are growing for themselves from what I have read. With the large supply from their own crop and Colorado's overall Hemp crops with the limited licensed processors, especially those with proven capabilities and products, we should see some great things this fall...JMHO...GLTA...
Persistence is great but we are investors and traders here. I say sell some if worried or buy more if confident. Still hope my smaller investment here produces some fruit, certainly not the plan I expected. I do think BTH will receive news related to FAIMS before BLOZ. THC 9 detection is tougher. FAIMS uses are huge, IMO.
L3 stole my IMSC from shareholders by management scam BK. My eyes are open.
I didn't like the deal and sold some immediately. My big concern is / was that shareholders should have a Vote and that some inside deal or quorum was achieved. Or Not? We don't know yet and the pps reflects that. We all know your opinions from reading ALL your posts on these MBs...GLTA...
Dude, you are wearing this out. You should have sold some if your fears are greater than your hopes. We all KNOW that this and sister co are Speculative investments. We also Know that Bullrun is self-serving. Got to hope to sell higher and buy lower but those waiting undecided have made That choice.
I too hope for some success with FAIMS biomedical even if it is with NASH. Also it appears that slobber tests are the current path but I still believe FAIMS Breath tests will be the future...So...
My choices are to buy / sell or hold.

Now they have a direct source and logistics center from this major supplier country. Distribution centers around the US etc and a very wide spectrum of products. Potmart...GLTA...
Looks like CNAB has access to plenty of Hemp ("675 acres") and the processing center is running.
Financing for harvesting /processing set (shares @85% of 7 day avg), pretty good. If all goes well should be Tremendous next Qs...JMHO...GLTA...
"The plant became fully operational on March 6, 2018."
and
"In our opinion, H2 Partners’ allegations are completely without merit."
EV charging stations are at every supermarket with better parking than disabled.
Municipalities and established long haul routes with refueling points is where Clne needs to focus and Total might. Personal NG vehicles probably face too much resistance as EV have plugs everywhere already...JMHO...
I'll be a buyer <$2 for the Total buyout. (@$3)?
Reviewing all comments about Crops and H2's opinions seems to indicate Cnab will still have a fairly sufficient supply of Hemp. Their processing center's 1000lbs a day capacity should prove a huge moneymaker. H2 may still want / need Cnab processing and products to run their business.
I've already bought back in @ the $.5+ (after selling @$.45 and $.7s) areas and will buy back the $.45s I sold in panic, plus some today. Looking at some of the other CBD stocks shows (me) that my faith in this co as an investment is still valid. Sure wish the H2 thingee was handled better BUTT we'll have to wait until the next Q report for real details. Could be huge harvests on the about 700+ total acres the co is involved in still. Meaning large demand for the existing processing center along with the expansions.
CBDs are being Pumped and world wide demand along with Real Medical use and approvals from the FDA etc. Demands for CBDs may cause Fast Track approvals, we can always hope...
Still a sh!t sandwich for common shareholders and caviar for management.(small m). Additional warrants and shares = 73M total, yes. R/S these and all suffer the split, then probably a PP? Probable.
Obvious scam from them IF NO proxy or Vote? No majority @ BOD meeting as you prove shell!... So there must be another part of this "deal".
Other shareholders joined the management groups at the meeting (?) but why and for what? Big caveat with the "other co business" line for BOD-ASH meeting.
Are they setting up a sale of the combined co? Fine with me @$.5 but not under $.15 as it seems now...
Full scam deals bring lawsuits and long delays/attention, even if co has some sneaky quorum deal or other insider legalistix. Still NO BoD/NASH/BTH minutes etc... I don't think management will or can buy their warrants and options. which would be fine with me if that happens, BUT.
A little More effort toward FAIMS POC here could have made a great difference, but we sit scammed / ignored / with little chance of an organized counter except AMG's possible challenge in court. Not even a shareholder petition...hmmm... A hand full of squeaky wheels on an obscure message board...GLTA...
I'm waiting for some pump and / or direction. Hoping for something.
R / s affects all, warrants options prices along with all shares outstanding. Private Placements or debt?
A real buyout would have been nice. As Shell stated BTH is/has financed much UF work but it's tech floundered without proportionate attention, when so many possibilities for FAIMS and basic patents participants. I want to see the BoD/meeting minutes and votes...I still think we deserve a Proxy on all this unless co will assert and then prove a voting majority
...GLTA...GLTY smoki...
Then/now we have seen 3 years+ of efforts directed toward thc detection with minor effort toward POC. Little news and then this Nash RTO BenDover plan. Where will the money be a more likely result? Do you see the POC device moving forward at all?
Cancers would be an important target with large possibilities. I have st4 metastatic melanoma and earlier detection would have meant more advanced warning and treatments. I was complaining about 'infected moles' in 2011 but was not diagnosed formally until 2014. Currently in remission after surgeries, interferon, keytruda, envoy and now optivo. Seems I'm a regular lab rat. PET scans replaced with a POC? Hospitals could always confirm results with more traditional methods.
Also seems to me the markets for a POC device would have been MUCH larger and an overall important medical TOOL with easier targets than thc. Certainly now that our Cannabix sister co is floundering among fleeting legalistics and abundant swabs competition. More efforts / funding / exposure here instead of continuing to invest so much time and effort at UF chasing declining wannadreams. Rant over, it's gota be 4;20 somewhere...GLTA...
They're talking about 'approved devices' even though the Draggur is 'only the first' and of course is a swab system.
I hope we have our management working toward approval of the Cannabix device.
Reading the 10k to see about this H2 issue and found they did say something about it*. Maybe not as bad as I thought when I panicked / sold. Price seems stable now too. Cnab has so many possibilities so I will start rebuying. Maybe they can get by this H2 thingee. Maybe they have enough alternate supplies of Hemp.(maybe dumb, but) Harvests soon...GLTA...
*"NOTE 15 – ARBITRATION SETTLEMENT RESERVE
On May 8, 2018, H2, LLC (“H2”) and the Company executed a letter of intent formalizing the intent to enter into a joint venture. The parties subsequently made advances in anticipation of formalizing the joint venture through a definitive agreement. However, the joint venture was never formalized, and the letter of intent was terminated pursuant to its terms. Under the terms of the provisions in the letter of intent that survived its termination, the Company has the option to either provide H2 with 25% of the industrial hemp seeds purchased with $650,000 advanced by H2, or to refund the $650,000 advanced by H2. Pursuant to another provision in the letter of intent that survived termination, disputes are to be resolved via arbitration in Denver, Colorado. The parties are currently negotiating to resolve the dispute. Although the actual result of negotiations or of arbitration are not presently determinable with certainty, we have established an arbitration settlement reserve in the amount of $650,000, which we believe is the maximum amount that H2 might be awarded in arbitration.
Complaint, pissing off your main business partners. Failure of crops due to lack of care, bad growing techniques and no management supervision or crop insurance?
Hard to understand failure growing Hemp. No update from co infers truth to complaint.
I couldn't figure the pps decline all summer while no comments from the co. The H2 / CNAB plans seemed great as big players in the CBD markets. When H2 suit news appeared I sold 1/2 @$.45s in panic (dumb?) and the rest @$.70s (smart?) but I had shares in the $.50s,$.70s, $.90s. (Pissed!)
We all expected a rebound at least to $1+ and hard climb as this project evolved. But now???. I think co will see $.40s again without some Positive comment from the co. If there's fubar news?
We all know about the H2 suit and their opinions about the crops. Hope management will give an update about this so we can invest with all the facts. The quiet from management and dropping volume are keeping me away. Guess there should be a lot of Hemp available on the market but I had hoped for them processing H2's 600 acres that was partnered with CNAB.50%/50%. That was the deal, right? Would have been super great but fumbling on the fields?
There are some pot/ cbd stocks that have made bad decisions and allowed failures thru management fubars. Lack of attention from management to grow operations may damage a potentially great stock'''
https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/4757463/2018-08-10-H2-Partners-Complaint.pdf
Crop issues means they will have to buy Hemp to process instead of growing their own. Big difference. Should be harvesting in a couple weeks till equinox. If there's good news or excessive exuberance I'm watching close enough but if it's not.?. ( no news or PR still, why this run-up?).?.
Possible Stupid management actions/inactions are my worries. Done here for now @ $.70s. This was one of my favorite possibilities, but Think I see hail and Think we'll see few plant's this season, with lower profits...JMHFO...GLTA...
This is a great way to have the right eyes on the systems which should help sell more units and SW. Much better than the Gander Mountain and Modern Round ideas to target civilian 'gamers' or Pubs...GLTA...
I brought up the BoD eeking out a quorum to run this apparent scam. Hope to find out how this sh!t went down or some rational line of direction for this all, at least. Sold a little over half my shares @ $.13 and glad I did. Shell's point that there has not been capitulation is one reason I still hold a position.
Sh!t sandwich for investors and Caviar for BoDs etal are not mutually exclusive. Hope we're wrong...GLTA...
Selling gasses and co2 to the CBD market already helped the bottom line. Expect more value added Next Qs. $4.20s make my $5s feel better. Looking for possible $7s and more, if there aren't any fubars...GLTA...
I agree, shoulda sold what I did into this strength. Thought that after your post and news about H2 the increasing volume would head down. my dumb. Still hold shares from .50s to 1.6 and enjoy the ride we are having AND have been expecting due to the CBD processing center and a steady supply from Quality hemp. I kept buying thru the summer and expected the pps to go back to $2+. Certainly without this suit and/ or crop issues..
Either the initial crops and seeds were successful or damaged from 'hail storms'. If damaged they should have had insurance etc. Disclosures? Strange this is all happening together...GLTA...JMHO...
Well greenw, what do you think about your post of the H2 lawsuit. Enjoying the run up on my remaining shares, But? Failed crops? Material events?
I was more worried about 'hail storm damage' ruining the crops and it being too late to replant successfully, issues with bad growers (?) and the issue of low quality seeds. Shady H2 or not.
We will see before that when they report on this years harvests.
The new processing center and supply of quality hemp is a main reason I kept investing since May in spite of the continued pps decline. CBD oils etc are core business for cnab and the whole project is Management's responsibility. Sure seems some knew about these problems by the pps actions...JMHFO...
This suit is claiming low seed quality, failed crops that needed replanting - but too late, lack of care for the crops and A Lot of other slimy management scam stuff I certainly didn't expect.
Been pumping this in other recent comments as I expected great things. Now tempered but still holding 1/3 of my shares that I didn't sell yesterday @$.45. ( I've been buying since $1.6, .90s, .60s, painful fubar sh!T) Maybe I'll buy back at Vincent's $.25 price call back in June.
Had to take money off this table. Shoulda/woulda/coulda...
Hope the rest of crops are in better shape than these complaints/lawsuit of H2's state. Can't find good growers (?) and bad management supervision endangering these projects to fail.?.!!!.
I'll ride this wave cautiously as I expect it's a pump push (do your own DD) but eventually there needs to be an answer. I really had High hope here, BUT? ...JMHFO...
Might have been except for this new H2 complaint. Court.?. Steady decline in pps this summer when we are all expecting success? Are the crops AFU?
50.8m shares for $83.4M = $1.65 a share. The $100M possible is credit support repaid @ about $10m. Still 5-1 to 10-1 RS authorized.
Total wants a platform to sell NG and building efficient trucks is being supported by this deal too.
Long term I'll be back but IMO we go below $2 and RS may happen there. Why authorize a RS to be done this FY? 2 new BOD members from Tot at May Q meeting.
BTW I don't drink but may have chemobrain, but traded this well. I said pullback to $2.50/2.75 when this was $3.50 where I sold into exuberance (bought @ $1.77). DCB happening now with no real short term accretive money in these deals. Longer term is good but too many issues for me now. All JMHFO...GLTA...
I think Total wants NG to succeed and the concepts of CLNE stations and new engines, etc. I also think they will let CLNE sort of fail on their own finances along with their SHelf. Maybe back under $2s and then the R/S Ben Dover. Watching...GLTA.....
Nice article about FDA and CBD companies. They missed one of the best CBD companies, cnab…
https://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=78032180
Seems we were missed on the Cannabis News Wire article about CBD and FDA announcement. This is an actual business and some mentioned ???
This company will see great successes with their new facility, medical trials and existing product lines, IMO...Real Revenue increases projected. Cheap and low float compared to others..JMHO...
