Dr. Polk is not in bad shape, he got his shares for 0.03, so he is still on the good side with his IMGG shares. Of course, it would have been nice to unload at over 1.00.

Yes, we know that Dean has a company paid for (ie. shareholder paid for) Mercedes AMG at a price of $105,000. This does not make the pictures relevant though. I dont see the connection.

Kimble, you are assuming the party was sponsored in some way by IMGG. Nobody has tracked down an expense report or PO so far that proves that. Do you have some kind of proof that the party was an official IMGG function or was sponsored by IMGG?

All the pics show is that Dean had fun for (probably) a weekend. This tells nothing about IMGG or the DViS or Dean as a person or CEO. It just doesn't make sense to keep them on the intro message. Make it a sticky if you feel they are that important, but I don't see the relevance.

It makes more sense to have a pitcure of Dean with the DViS and a picture of the HQ and some of the team and their BIOs.

I personally know people that work 12 hour days sometimes 6 or 7 days a week and party like rock stars in their spare time..... THEIR OWN PERSONAL SPARE TIME.

Despite what some think, Dean is a human being and can not work on the DViS or FDA paperwork 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The only thing the pictures prove is that Dean likes to have a good time and party like a rock star. Just like people I know that work hard and get their work done.

run like a one man show? This is not a one man show, far from it. Dean is not the only one responsible for what's going on here. If there is criminal activity in Imaging3, its at least two people. Make no mistake, Mike is Dean's partner here. If one is guilty of wrongdoing, they both are.

I work in corporate America and I have a boss and it sucks. But he chose the job and he chose to lie, cheat and steal. IMGG is not a one man show. There is a team running this company, don't let Mike off the hook that easy, I won't.
