Thats fine, Dean could do the CC and limit the number of callers to keep the cost down, record the call and put it on the website so the rest of us could listen. Just be sure its not 50 of his closest friends who love him and will not ask the tough questions.... How about some of the tough questions sent to Dean in advance so he can answer on the CC or a blog on the website. Something is better than silence and scripted low budget crappy MTV show.
