JohnCM---can you PLEASE let me know when they're going! LOL
surebob-- I am sure it was you that continuously stated Bao steel would be laughing at anything having to do with CWRN.
Now we all know that not only is Bao not laughing, but they are exploring the possibility of a very major investment. A plant that would guarantee a very , long relationship.
You have said repeatedly that all the ore in Mexico is very low grade. While we believe that to be a gross exaggeration, what company do you think might be interested in all that ore if they have a place designed to maximize that ore quality?
My guess would be that Bao steel may be setting up to buy any ore it can get it's hands on in the entire region. They would be a major owner in the plant that many would want to use IMO.
They may also form a partnership with CWRN that would buy any and all land that contains iron ore. (if not the land the mineral rights)
We know we are now connected to pockets that have no bottom where revenue is concerned.
What has Bob been doing all this time? It appears he has been working on some very very big projects. Let's all hope he can pull them together.
The possibilities are endless.
Your own posts day after day could support these very points.
He who laughs last laughs best!!!!
future1
If that were even remotely true then maybe you will take a minute and explain why companies such as SNPK can rise to multi dollar amounts even though they are not trad-able through those same brokers.
Everyone investing knows they and others such as NSRS AMWI LEXI are total scams and yet they rise to very high levels.
If Bob was only interested in running a scam, all it would take is a simple call to APS
C'mon folks how about a little love? First try at predicting here and I hit the connormcguinnes challenge right on the money!
Post 24089
connormcguinnes 1.54 might be a small drop and recovery or another day of consolidation
Sure would be nice if you're a man of your word connormcguinnes
it would be my APS seed money LOL
connormcguinnes 1.54 might be a small drop and recovery or another day of consolidation
So you want to tell me you can walk in to any port area wherever you want and just snap away?
We are talking on site pictures not google earth.
If it's so easy why haven't you just posted all the pictures yourself? I'm sure you are very capable right?
Remember we want pictures with other items to scale things by. Height width and depth Thanks!
Pesquero left about the same time ITMD did. That was during the original run up. It was an advantage to know when trucking had come to a halt after first shipment. I can't blame him for that can you?
2H2O since you obviously have no clue about early pictures, most were provided by pesquero who worked at the port. As he offered them he stated he was taking a lot of risk since it was breaking all rules to photograph the port area. One of his picture sets was actually taken from across the bay. Even then he didn't feel comfortable and he stated he was approached once about taking those pictures.
Temeku took another set when he was visiting the mine. Most of his pictures were long range at the mine but showed trucks along the highway while he was traveling.
I believe pesquero said he wouldn't be posting anymore. If you would like you could take the same trip Temeku took and provide new photos for us.
Any other questions about the early photos? I'm sure some others here could help with my facts if I'm off a little!
p4tr10t --- I can put one of your concerns to rest. First of all let me say I hope this company at least succeeds in creating awareness. Too many good solutions are controlled by big money.
Regardless of how promising something like this might be, until everything has been proven through trials a company generally has to raise money every way they can. Venture capital isn't as plentiful as some may think. Issuing shares is a necessity and normal.
Another company I follow (INO I don't own shares so I'm not plugging just using them as an example) is already doing clinical trials with great success creating synthetic universal vaccines yet they recently had to sell shares to raise money. They get money from everywhere including the government to fight everything from current flu strains to bio terrorism but that wasn't enough.
Generally you either need to have product being sold in mass quantities, or have a very big backer in order to avoid selling shares. (the other company even has people from Merck on there board but again still needed to sell shares for funding)
Actually David you are both right. That battle is being waged by many more companies now and is supported by Big Oil to some extent.
It is also being supported by big money that even Big Oil can't control-- Check out Sapphire Energy (private company backed by Bill Gates Algae)
Also see Virent Energy and Origin Oil. Everyone is still a ways away, but they are all getting closer as the actual equipment is being manufactured and the feed stocks are being combined and improved.
No they are not there yet, but more and more are getting close.
If that is your stance then what is the purpose of any other arguments?
Kubi- ever notice how when some try to make their arguments everything is so vague-and yet they argue against the lack of specificity?
How many employees are there? Profit sharing averages (I believe that means some are much higher and some much lower LOL Where is CWRN)
Actually, I believe the main argument was originally there was no money-- Why worry about who gets what? LOL
Some posters must have realized that argument is as lost as "will never mine or ship"
E- I'd like to know more about all the equipment showing up at the mine. Send me an email will ya!
Hey E good work! It now appears we have people willing to buy our best ore for steel, our lower grades for fertilizer, and our junk for heavy cement.
Finding multiple buyers for any and all available products just doesn't seem to be the work of a CEO that doesn't care about his business.
It seems more like the best way to improve the bottom line regardless of what we run into while expanding operations.
Just imagine what some people would think if Bob put out a PR stating he now has even found a market for sulphur but he can't find any LOL
If selling to Cemex could cover the cost of operations monthly, that would mean ore shipments would be highly profitable wouldn't it?
To quote someone-- I'm not sure who SWEEEEEET!
Sorry Rocket--no one does it quite like you!
Thanks for the laugh taco!
I believe they have been referring to finished product or the "dust" you refer to. I also know the vein they are reaching now has much less overburden and much more ore. I also have shown from the link I provided that they seem to be approaching even higher quality ore.
My opinion is the original "surface" ore requires more separating to achieve the desired Fe content. As we get deeper into the vein less and less refining will be necessary. (increasing profit margin)
Everything appears to be heading in the right direction IMO.
OK let's do it your way.
Please break down ALL operational costs for me and I will deal with the breakdown as you present it LOL
They are outsourcing the production of their products right now so while you are at it please tell me EXACTLY what costs will rise and by how much as sales increase. Just using your own logic.
While you are at it why don't you tell me just how much it might cost in the future to build their own plant for production--since you seem to know all the costs!
BigBake in my opinion you completely misrepresent the numbers you throw out.
By projecting forward that an increase to 8 million in sales would only net the same percentage in profits I believe is completely wrong.
Many costs don't increase when production and sales increase. Example would be Roy and all his staff would not have increase costs salary wise since they would already be covered. Building costs would also not need to be covered again.
Your argument would be like saying that every time a distributor adds a new product to his vehicle all the gas costs and hourly wages for those drivers need to be added again. That is completely wrong. Costs to deliver actually would go down for all products since they would be divided between more products.
Once fixed costs are covered variable costs are all that is left. If they can PRODUCE and market with a 50% margin then the 8 million example you gave would produce 4 million in profit.
8400000. minus the $130000.00 needed to cover fixed costs (producing 7000 as you state)leaves 8270000 of which costs may only be 50% That would leave 4135000 in profit.
My numbers are no better or worse than yours until you know the breakdown between costs. I just want you to represent those numbers accurately. Qs don't project they only tell what happened in the past. Costs could have included product development and many other non re occurring costs.

Are you saying the captioning in theses photos is not correct?
That would mean you are able to tell us what lies 30 feet down from where we are now. (Apparently some drilling was done to find out--but don't tell anyone)
By looking at sites that Rio Tinto and BHP Billiton mine, it appears we are just now approaching the depths required to find quality ore. Appears to me that they also must move a lot of dirt to reach those quality reserves.
If that wasn't the case mining would be a very easy business.
Think or swim
Wow--when you see the pictures in the menu do you believe the restaurant has the food in the kitchen? Better yet why go to a restaurant that has pictures in the menu-- they obviously don't have the food just because they have pictures. or maybe the cooks didn't come in today-- or they aren't licensed to serve or or or
Or does that require you to believe that they do and they can.
Have you been to our restaurant to find out if their pictures are real?
Didn't think so.
Janice- I think I'm starting to learn more about those puzzles. It's obvious what will happen with any APS play.
It's my opinion that what used to takes a year or multiple years to happen on the larger markets, now happens on the pinks in 3-4 weeks. By that I mean stock price rising (being pumped)to heavy resistance and then re-tracing. (crashing like mad)
You are generally around right from the start because you (like most) know that these stocks will rise hard and crash twice as fast.
You have expressed your belief that shorting is healthy to the market.
Doesn't APS actually create a perfect opportunity for a person like yourself? Not meant to be negative, just a reference to people that believe in shorting.
Make great money on the way up and double it (or more) on the way down. Seems to me to be the best way to spend your time!
Some people see opposite sides battling back and forth, I see markets being created for both sides. THE BEST see a market that they will profit from in both directions! Rises, falls, bounces, crashes.
Don't they always say the only thing that needs to happen to make a market is movement?
To me APS is just a catalyst. Where they go a large number of flippers, day traders, longs (ok there is no such thing here, at least there shouldn't be) follow driving the price up. Those that short recognize a feeding frenzy approaching and need to be there for just the right moment to best take advantage of the situation.
Feel free to PM me if you care to.
Turkish master- Unfortunately your post is as true as it gets.
John- you are completely right. BB is actually making an argument that supports Phase III. The main market segment is the 300,000,000 market share muscle milk controls. Why limit yourself to just that market?
If we can show a better product than Muscle milk, does anyone doubt this can turn a profit if they can obtain even a 25% market share?
For anyone doubting whether the cardio market will buy this product I can guarantee some of them will. How can I do that? I am part of that market. Water will be used for hydrating before and during a workout, but after a workout (say a 50 to 100 mile ride) a treat is usually in order! Hell many riders and runners are willing to have a beer afterwards! The market others are referring to that ONLY drink water based drinks is actually the smaller more limited market. (the still in competition market segment) Even many of them enjoy a change of pace now and then. Especially if they can find one that has a good taste!
Looks like China expects to have continued strong demand for iron ore.
Import surge sends China trade to decade-deep deficit
RESTOCKING FOR RECOVERY
Soaring commodity imports in February though allay some of those concerns for some analysts.
China imported a record 5.95 million barrels of crude oil per day in February, up 18.5 percent on year ago levels, while copper and iron ore imports were also strong.
Whether allowing for stockpiling in anticipation of rising orders for export, or for increased demand and infrastructure spending domestically, the signs were positive.
Surveys of purchasing managers in China's vast manufacturing sector have turned upwards in recent months, with export orders at the country's biggest firms rebounding sharply to their highest since May 2011.
Our turn is coming!
Dadx4 That issue regarding ATTD is already being addressed by quite a few. We're just compiling enough information to show how bad it is.
When all the fundamentals are presented over the next few weeks ATTD will again shine.
Roy is working many angles all at once due to the constant feedback from many of us.
Many that are working so hard to keep things to the negative will soon understand they have worked too hard.
Sales are increasing, locations are increasing, distributors are increasing. By the way Bigbake the one in my area I have had talks with blows those combined numbers you gave me away.
Thanks for the PM Dad--it's being taken care of I believe.
It would be nice to have a discussion, but for some reason almost every reply to your points are considered off topic. Funny how things work on this board!
BigBake1 I agree with some of your points but the fact of the matter is you have no way of knowing what they will or won't be able to do any more than anyone else.
I have watched first hand the company my wife works for go from one run out of a basement to a 300 million dollar company.
Financing is always a problem when companies continue to grow whether it be for original facilities, larger facilities, inventory, machinery, sales forces, whatever.
A company with growing sales can almost always find some sort of financing.
BigBake let's use your own statement. You use numbers from last year and try and transfer them to this year by saying they cannot (present tense). If you want to be correct in any sense you must put the numbers from last year back with the ability from last year and say they could not do it then.
You actually have no idea as to what they "can" do at this time. I believe that is true since we can't either YET.
You also have no distinction between fixed and variable costs. That ratio determines profit ratios as revenues grow. Do you have any idea what those ratios are.
You know on line sales are up-you admit that. (even though none of us know the numbers YET) Can you tell us how much revenue they have generated through sales to distributors? You must have some idea since you are certain they won't be able to pay past debt with revenue.
Please share your CURRENT information.
Some people just don't understand how much contacts can be worth! The pro athlete I refer to is respected by pretty much everyone in his sport. When he is interviewed on ESPN he is always acknowledged as one of the nicest guys out there.
I'm not even looking for endorsements. (I leave those things up to Roy)
Just him using the product would grab so much attention it would be enormous for PHASE III.
From joetm (post19610)
Quote- do you think it's smart business move to send samples when they have serious debt?
Are you kidding me? Do you have any idea what it means to build product awareness?
I can tell you the samples I am getting are going to the number 1 demo group in their sport in the US. That equals national exposure.
Oh by the way -- some of the other samples are going to another athlete that ranks top 5 in his sport in the world. Yes he would be bigger than Paul Pierce easily.
Others will be tried by athletes at at least one possibly two Big Ten universities.
Maybe you ought to check and see where Gatorade got it's start. (hint it was a major university)
But exposure like that couldn't possibly help could it?
In case you haven't noticed, he already has!
Personally I believe Bob just jumped the gun on how fast things would take place.
Possible deal with Bao Steel would guarantee anything mined has a buyer.
Stockpiles at the mine and the port are starting to resemble what would be needed to ship continuously. Not quite there yet but some of the equipment has just been added. Regardless of what some say, things are happening much quicker these days.
If we get current information (still a big if at this point) then CWRN will make the same moves it made before and hold them. IMO
CWRN has great potential. Still requires believing what is visually happening will greatly benefit all those that have stayed. As you pointed out many of us are still here.
I remember because I had just joined in November at .0018. Rockets posts offer most of the pictures. Micro holds the fort against most of the negative clan. Many other longs are still here adding. There is the possibility that some very interesting partnerships are being formed.
If they are this stock will have a very bright future.
Remember you from a long time ago. Some things have changed a lot, others not so much. You were around long enough ago to remember what things first looked like at the mine. If you're interested take a look at what has been done work wise over the last year. Check out the difference in the amount of equipment being used. It actually looks like a mine now.
The share structure you allude to is no different then it was when you were in before.
No reason to try and sell you, if you think things are progressing join us again. If not GLTY
Jim
Just in taking a look. Always appreciate a heads up. I only get involved in very few however.
Jim
If you refute them in an honest manner they can't handle it!
Here I thought reverse splits, revenue, financing and the like were the topics.
Apparently only when some present them the way they want.
What was I thinking?
It could also be that he was warned about taking pictures (as he stated might happen) If I'm not mistaken he worked at the port and could lose his job if he was found to be taking pictures.
We all know how this board works. Anyone thinking those pictures were hurting their position would have no trouble alerting a port authority that pictures were being taken improperly.
Imagine what Homeland Security would do to you in the US
It could also be Pesquero's bid at .0045-- just kidding
Jim
When they make sense, Roy has shown himself to be very willing to work with many different people on their ideas. It helps if for the time being they are centered in or featured in current markets.
Just my experience in working with Roy!
Jim
We might be able to get the winner of the Daytona 500. He's just down the road from me. I also know he is looking for additional sponsors. He's a consistent driver that always has his car in contention. That provides a lot of TV coverage!
I'll have to look into it when I get done with the other contacts I am working on. I'm still waiting for product to give out.
I know we are trying to think of all possible uses, but that sort of defeats the whole idea of making it without caffeine doesn't it?
Although I guess the morning cup of coffee is also a recovery drink for many. LOL
Crestronwizard- send me an email address if you would like. I can't PM as I'm sure you are aware. It's great to communicate with people you are invested with.
Jim
