So, what did I claim that I would deny later? That he doesn't hold any shares? That's what he told me. That the associate could be anyone, and any connection? Hmm, that's a simple logical fact. What claim specifically are you referring to?
And what claims would those be? Are you trying to accuse me of something? I can show proof of every single bit of information I have posted to you or anyone that asks. In fact, didn't you ask me to forward you the e-mail and I obliged? Ask me to prove any claims i have made and I will prove it to you. Please do, I'd love it.
What do you mean by the SEC is involved? Source? Do you agree that my post was at least on-topic, despite disagreeing with your conclusions?
This has been known for over a month now. It should also be known that Nazir owns ZERO shares in brzl and has no connection to the company other than helping to setup the website. Welcome to a month ago.
I'm sure you understand that WHOIS database info is not required to be accurate or public by ICANN. if Nazi or renfro were concerned with Nazi''s name being on the registrant info, all they would have to do is select "anonymous." You think he would sit there and enter his info rather than selecting anonymous if he were involved in some kind of scam? Also of note is the number of domains registered to nazir, many being non-business oriented or for businesses he has no position in... he is a web designer.
Anyone want to copy and paste the l2 for me? On my phone...
Guys, the new l2 laws may give us a slightly better look at the playing field, but if you think it's going to stop manipulation you're naive. This is the pinks. The SEC couldn't care less and the MMs know it.
Why would names show up in the source coding and not in the document? That doesn't really make any sense considering the format changes from the actual filing to insertion into the database. . . do you know why that is?
"Mikhail Prokorov of OXM Group"
They're really trying that again? LOL!
We're actually a tiny bit green right now :)
~boing~
Likely bid support. 3 MMs on the bid.
$16 trade to hit LOD. . . come on now NITE.
Some serious bid support here.
You're correct there, like I said in my last post. The reason I made the comment I did on your original post is because you said there was more on the sell than the buy, but it was the opposite.
Yep, you are correct there. I've never liked the "buys" and "sells" lingo. I tend to stick to bid and ask to keep it clear.
The terminology is confusing you, which is not your fault as it is very counterintuitive.
Buys = ask hits
Sells = bid hits
Every transaction is both a buy and a sell because you cannot sell without a buyer.

You need to work on your math.
fillin' the gap. It'll move back up.
Off the top of my head,
4. I believe the Cameron Meadows property was sold and it is reflected in the most recent iteration of the acquisition plan.
5. The reports on SONRIS show that the CPSB property is actively producing and that Petroleum Capital L.C. is the operator. We know they are operating on behalf of Renfro Energy LLC because Renfro Energy LLC is the lessee of the property and owns all current working-rights. I have a copy of the lease somewhere here if you need it.
Can answer the rest later when I'm home. . .

Daaayyuuuuummnnnn!
I agree. It was posted by a shady character with two posts that was immediately booted from the site. Seems fishy to me, but we'll find out this week if it was accurate or not. GLTA! Let's make some money $$$
GM all. Wonder what today has in store for us. . . :)
I don't think I have slept a wink for weeks because of this stock.
Nice to see some action here ~ Good week ahead.
Maybe you should spend a bit more time pondering over those ever-complex words on your computer screen. There are facts. Facts in the form of filings, SOS records, etc. Did I make any comment on what these facts indicated? Hmm, no I didn't, did I? Did I say I had anymore information than anyone else or that I hold more credibility than any other poster? Hmm, again no. I simply made a cautionary statement that trading strategies should be based on data, technical analysis and facts, not speculation and opinions of posters on a forum, myself included. So, what was your point again, that I hold no more credibility than anyone else? Oh wait, wasn't the point of my post that one shouldn't base trading strategies on statements made by posters on ihub?
Good stuff Smit. I'm slowly doing my DD on this one. All it really needs is some good news, even somewhat good news, for the volume increase necessary to ignite the reversal. Looks like a solid bounce play to me.
Be careful with that mindset guys. In the pinks, you're always better off having your finger on the, "sell" trigger. I believe BRZL is heading way up in the near future, but don't kid yourself, if i see something that indicates it is heading back down, I will sell in a second. If you don't play that way, you'll be real lucky to make money in this market. These aren't big board stocks. Do your DD, use TA, and don't let anyone here sway your opinion with anything, but FACTS, in either direction. You can make a hell of a lot of money in the pinks, but you can also lose it all in ten minutes.
Be cautious, but not timid. Trade wisely, and don't marry the stock.
There are various deadlines for the various types of filings. You can find that information in the EDGAR/SEC database. An 8k is often to notify investors of a material change in the company.
No doubt, it will fly on PR alone. What will result in a steady, continuous rise in PPS would be filings confirming the merger and eventually, filings showing profit from oil production. I would be more than happy with a PR as I would no doubt make a boatload, but an 8k would be a bulls-eye for me.
Not my intention ~ but the merger isn't complete until it is official imo. At that time, you will see an 8K, a PR and a big white candlestick along with a blue maserati at your local ferrari dealership that was recently traded for a 458 italia :) GLTA.
The merger is not "thru" until BRZL legally owns Renfro Energy LLC and it's assets. There is much evidence that the merger is nearing completion, but it is most definitely not officially completed until the SEC is notified.
Yes, but the property is still under work-ownership of Renfro Energy LLC. Once the merger is completed it will actually be BRZL's oil.
It's Renfro's oil, not BRZL's yet.
How is any of that related to BRZL? None of the SEC links are working, the only one working sends me to a google search of an address.
Way to answer his question. Very unbiased, precise and factual. . . right.
Level, I suggest you review the filings with the Texas SOS and the Sonris database. The CPSB property is currently producing from two active wells.
Who got the original e-mail from Renfro? Can we get a screenshot or forward it to me and I'll screenshot it?
He designs web pages, if that's what you're asking. I don't know how that impacts your trading, but if that's the "red flag" that gets out of the play, good luck in future trading LOL. What does Admiral's web design knowledge have to do with the future of BRZL?
If there are no rules, then why would a PR be more accurate than a filing with the SEC? I urge you to do some reading on recent penny stock scams that have been halted and delisted or suspended and gray-marketed.
So they told you PR's are more reliable than filings. . .? I recommend you stay far, far away from that place, or maybe you are interested in some SAEI shares? LOL.
An 8k confirmation of the acquisition would be the most reliable form of confirmation. Of course even that is not 100%, but it is preferred.
We will find out this week, per Renfro.
