So they told you PR's are more reliable than filings. . .? I recommend you stay far, far away from that place, or maybe you are interested in some SAEI shares? LOL.

An 8k confirmation of the acquisition would be the most reliable form of confirmation. Of course even that is not 100%, but it is preferred.
