Shoot. If this goes to .30 I will probably piss my pants.......but that's okay. I'll have plenty of money to buy more.
I took 50k off the ask. That's all the powder I have at the moment.
Curiousity got the best of me, and I did some digging. It looks like there are two different scenerios that tend to play out when this happens.
1. Companies that dilute the heck out of a stock get screwed because no one is willing to play the flipping game anymore, and nobody is there to pick up all the 504 shares.
2. Companies that are trying to run a legitimate business have seen some nice upward movement once the trade by trade rule was implemented. I found one company that went from triple zeroes to .006 in a fairly short period of time. There were some PR's that came out during that time to help the price as well.
If a big, juicy PR comes out in the next month or two saying production is under way, and the MMs can't play games with the stock.........
Sounds to me like this will keep the shorters from playing with the stock and keep flippers away. I would imagine that's a good thing once the company starts drilling oil. It means long term holders have more of the shares once this thing starts to break out.
Am I interpreting this right? It's the first time I've come across this.
Thanks for sharing. I didn't realize they had got rid of the stop sign.

You mean you don't sit by the computer waiting to answer my questions??? LOL!
Thanks for the response. You went above and beyond what I was looking for.
I'm not tired of the long term/short term discussion for the simple fact that they are two different issues with potentially two different results.
I'm simply saying I understand the frustration of those who are looking for immediate results.
If the company succeeds, the PPS will follow. In my mind it really is that simple. Companies that make money have higher stock prices. That doesn't mean they won't still be undervalued, but they're sure not going to be sitting at .01 either.
All of this is assuming the number of shares stays reasonable, and they begin turning a consistent profit. This is what I believe and why I'm still here. Maybe I'm way off. Who knows?
I agree that the short term does not look good. It's going to be hard to get anyone interested in buying this stock right now. Investors that have followed this stock for awhile know more debt conversion is coming, and they will most likely wait to buy more shares at a deep discount.
Those just finding out about the company will look at the recent trend and either wait awhile or simply move on.
For those who think something fishy is going on, the next financials will tell you one way or the other. If the OS is around 60 million, then they're being honest. If it's 150 million, then you have a problem.
I personally have no reason to doubt them. There is a lot of old debt coming due, and it's going to be paid off with shares. It's not the company lining their pockets.
There are obviously some trust issues that they'll have to work through with many investors, and that will be accomplished with constantly improving quarterly numbers IMO.
MWWC has received more than $125 Mill in “Requests for Quotes” (RFQs) for future projects, more than at any other time in the Company’s history. OS of 60 million and float around 30 million.

Let me pick your brain, Wildcat. At this point there are proven oil reserves, a company with experience running the operation, and it appears the issues with the TRRC are almost cleaned up.
What do you feel are the greatest risks at this point that would keep oil from flowing? My answer in the past would have been Wilmot, but I'm more comfortable knowing someone else has taken the lead from an operational standpoint.
Call me crazy, but the risk seems to be pretty low at this point and at these prices.
Makes it easy to sort the real longs from the ones who are only "long" until there isn't a quick rise in the PPS.
MWWC - Flying under the radar.
Recent PR's announced deals with Chevy and Ford. They also have pending news regarding a large industrial client. 60 million OS and around 30 million float. Trading at .01 is a joke.
Here's the recent PR with the CEO's 2012 outlook.

Agree 100%. Also, IHUB is not the only place where investors hang out. There are other ways to get the word out besides posting on IHUB.
I have not been able to get a definitive answer on this. He did tell me there are no current plans for future debt at this time, but I did not get an exact answer on the existing loans that are due over the next few months.
My personal opinion based on the way he answers my questions is that the debt is still outstanding, and there are no current plans to pay it off without converting more shares.
Someone on here said Rainer told them there was no more debt due until January. So perhaps some of the shares were converted over the past month. I don't know.
Why are some of you guys that have been around for awhile just now reading the financials???
I wouldn't worry about this one. Assuming they can convert them right now, they'll get them for around .01. Good luck unloading that many shares right now without taking a big loss.
They're better off collecting the interest payments for now IMO.
About 60 million OS according to the company.
I heard back from Rainer, but he misunderstood what I was asking. He thought I was referring to future debt. That's what I get for firing off a quick email!
Looks like Mastertrader already got the answer for us anyways.
However, I did find out some additional information. He said there are no current plans for future financing other than what's already out there. However, he said that could be an option in the future if new projects come up that could increase revenues and improve their bottom line. He also mentioned seeking out bank financing if it was available.
Hope this helps.
I don't like to try and make PPS predictions at a certain point in time. I have no idea what it will be in 6 months, 1 year, etc. I will say that the PPS was .03 just three months ago, and it was .09 back in April. That was when the company had A LOT less going for it.
My definition of long term is years. That's why I've said I'm not concerened with where the PPS is today, tomorrow, or next month. That being said, I can see how short term investors and flippers get a headache from this stock.
This is a real company with real products, and they're doing business with some of the biggest companies in their industry. That's why I'm putting my money here. My bet is that this company becomes very profitable on down the line, and that will result in big dollars.
How many companies that are making big money trade in the pennies? The answer to that question is why I'm here.
I'll see what I can find out, and let the board know if I get any information.
The predictions of .20-.50 long term are not outrageous IMO. I think that's very reasonable to expect.
Flippers, shorters, etc. might control this right now, but do you honestly think they can hold this thing down when solid numbers start coming out and they turn a profit?
I believe there is big money that will love to gobble up these shares once solid numbers start coming out. That's why I'm happy to hold this one for a long time and don't have an interest in flipping it.
To my knowledge they are still outstanding. I'm hoping they use some of this recent cashflow to pay down those loans and seek financing elsewhere.
Welcome to the board, jerremy. Some good DD on this board, and this is a solid long term play IMO.
I specifically thought of you when I was reading that last part. :)
MWWC - HUGE news just out. Should PR tomorrow.

60 million shares outstanding and they do business with GM, Ford, Toyota, GSI, and Nissan. This is a great one to hold long term!

Is someone trying to keep this a secret? Let's try this again. Huge news out!

Thanks! There is so much good information in there I don't even know where to start. I've been expecting this to come out any day. As I said yesterday, some people should spend more time talking with the company and less time freaking out on a message board. LOL!
The debt is being used for GROWTH, and growing they are. This stock is a joke at .01, and I think we all know it. I'm going to love watching this thing explode in the years to come.
I'm trying to get the post restored. Not sure why it was removed.
MWWC CEO's 2012 outlook just posted:

You're going to have to send VFIN a thank you card when this thing goes back up. No way you would have been able to accumulate otherwise. LOL!
Bank financing is a much more realistic option going forward. The debt currently being converted is old. They did not have these contracts in place at the time.
Now there's an idea. Is Wilmot invited too? LOL!
Wow! I see the board has been busy today. I can't help but laugh. I spent the day talking with Rainer, and it looks like some of the other posters would have been better off if they'd done the same.
Some of these posts are off the deep end. One guy's on here complaining and ranting, and he doesn't even know who the CEO is. LOL! Give me a break.
I bought more today and will continue to do so. I'm not concerned with the short term PPS. Debt conversion has brought it down to these levels, but big deal IMO. I PROMISE you that the PPS will be just fine if the financials turn out to be as good as I think they will. MM manipulation, flippers, etc. will not be an issue when big numbers come and profits are being made.
So people looking long term on this one shouldn't be worrying about it. Now if you're just a penny trader.....that might be a different story.
Even more shorts failed to deliver. I think these guys are in trouble. I know some on here think the shorts are covering in after hour trades, but that's not what it looks like to me. It looks like they keep shorting in hopes of bringing the PPS way down, and they're digging quite a hole.

Thank you!
I gave a little slap to the ask, but I couldn't get filled all the way. Anyone want to help fill me up? :)
While driving to work this morning, I heard two different Chevy Sonic commercials on two different radio stations. This made me curious enough to call my local dealership. I told them I had heard a few commercials promoting the new Sonic, and this was the first I had heard of it.
The guy told me they are starting promotion this week in preparation for the full launch next week (November). He said they are even doing a treasure hunt in my city this weekend, and the prize is a brand new Sonic.
They are promoting the heck out of this thing. They must really believe they can sell a lot of these, and of course that means more money for MWWC.
