CEO MARK LEONARD IS DEFENDANT IN NEW COURT CASE
How many court cases does a normal person get involved in? This case was filed as of today's date.
Cowlitz District Court #C00008408 10/06/10
Defendant: Mark Anthony Leonard
Looks like I need to contact this court for further information as to who and why someone is sueing Mr. Leonard.
Using just the amount of litigation in this guys life do you get a sense that this person isn't so much the "genius" some here have attempted to label him.
I am surprized to be asked by an investor where they might look for the public information on this stock. Here you go.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TYTN/financials
For some reason the company reposted an old document as the most recent posting in September. It is titled "Initial Company information and Disclosure." I do not understand why they might do that unless is was to be used as a tool for people like Mr. Ash to use for consumer confusion. If you go to the end of the document you will see it is signed by Mark Leonard in Oct of 2009
Link to most recent annual report is here. Period end date is Dec 31, 2009. Published in May 2010.

If you are referancing the annual report Mr. Ash linked to the answer is indeed 100,000,000. That report is an old one. The most recent annual report clearly states under
Part C Business Information (page 4 of report)
"Mark Leonard, the company's CEO who holds 700,000,000 shares."
If I understand you correctly, Tytan Holdings has abandoned it's website and is now relying on a section of Tytan International's website to provide information on the parent company. If the company were in a difficult financial situation I could understand this move. The promotion however, is the company is substantial and profitable. It certainly makes sense for the company to have their own website. Especially since they already had one.
Of course we should keep in mind you are not a representative of the company (or are you?). The other thing we should keep in mind is the disclaimer on your profile. That is your advise is your opinion and should not be used to make investment decisions.
We are still waiting for the promises day 3 and 4 of the amazing trip to china by CEO Mark Leonard. That was due on 1 Oct and it is now the 6th.
TYTANIC INTERNATIONAL
Clearly has not seen an increase in revenue based on their own public financial reports. This is a fasle statement and anyone who is willing to do the math can prove it to themselves.
Prediction. 3 qtr revenue report will be a big disappointment.
Note: www.tytanholdings.com website is still down. Hard to imagine with these constant reminders.
Let me help you a little bit. The public statements clearly indicate the CEO owns 700 million shares. I think that info advances your position. It does point out how little emphasis you place on accuracy of your statements.
TYTANIC LINE OF CREDIT
Visited Cowlitz County Courthouse yesterday and obtained complaints for several cases involving Tytan International and CEO Mark Leonard. I will review and report back.
I have an initial observation. The public reports made by Tytan Holdings refer to the line of credit held by Cowlitz Bank. The report states the line of credit is "up for renewal." In a letter dated 10/29/09 I have obtained by the law firm of Ball Janik, the line of credit was due in full with no indication of opportunity for renewal.
MORE TYTANIC UNFULLFILLED PROMISES
On October 1 we supposed to get a report of days 3 and 4 of the amazing trip to china with CEO Mark Leonard. I do not see it. I want to see more chinese product Mr. Leonard would like to get if he had a line of credit or could convince enough people to buy this stock.
Pictures of Mr. Leonard shaking hands with more chinese men would instill even more confidence.
Note: www.tytanholdings.com is still down for none payment to GoDaddy.
Court House
Going to Cowlitz County court house on Monday to pull some records on Tytan and CEO Leonard litigations. Anything you want me to check for you?
TYTANIC NEWS
I wanted to be the first one to introduce the exciting news on the Tytan International website. Click on the link and see the promised new look for Tytan stores.
http://www.tytantractor.com/comparison.html
It is also preserved on another photo site.
http://picasaweb.google.com/TytanLegal/TytanHoldings#5523111952154973362
Commentary: I think this is very typical of the "quick and dirty" promotion that Tytan is famous for. The "new look" has a photo of a log building. Looks great. Below is says Tytan is looking for metal buildings.
One other thing. Tytan promised 4 new locations this year. Still no word of even one. Now we are back down to this disjointed concept for new locations.
One more thing. www.tytanholdings.com is still down.
Thanks for not ignoring me.
I am in agreement with you. I don't have very high expectations for Tytan from what I have heard about their parts and service. Tytan does have this little promo however to make you think you get good support.
TYTAN CONSUMER COMPLAINT
Received an advance copy of Tytan consumer experience from TractorCo.com. Consumer's statement will be made part of forth coming CPSC report. This particular consumer complains he has has a broken Tytan tractor since August. He says he made calls to Tytan for parts and was told to use email to order parts. He complied. He made 4 trys with email with no response. He made another call. Told to email again. No response. To date he has not satisfaction with Tytan parts.
This is coming from a consumer who purchased a tractor direct from Tytan in 2006. He has a list of problems since he purchased it. Most notably he lost the 4 wheel drive two years ago. And most recently the front wheel falling off due to failure of the front steering bracket bolts.
Is this the incredible service Tytan claims they offer?
Note: www.tytanholdings.com is still down.

you have to accept the terms of the website to get in. I can not spoon feed you all the way in. You can go to my profile and see all of my posts. I usually give a good title to refer to. You will find the court case numbers there. YOu will need to refer to the appropriate court (usually superior) and the correct county. I have provided this information.
With regard to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. No public information is available at this time. Under investigation. TractorCo.com has provided copies of their filing if you want to private message and provide your email.
Sounds like I am being challenged to back up the information I am providing. I accept the challenge.
This comment is coming from the person who recycles the same couple of press releases over and over and over again. THe same one who just gave us year old information about Tytan Holdings buying Tytan Tractor? That was fake news to begin with. Let alone a year old.
The post I just made is hot off the press with a Tytan customer experiencing catastrophic failure of a Tytan tractor. The result is the consumer was exposed to life safety hazard.
TRACTORBYNET POSTING
Just to confirm that TractorCo.com has posted a safety notice regarding the front steering bracket. Here is a link to TractorByNet.com. This is an informational forum for tractor products.

BASHING ?
You are certainly welcome to your opinion. It is clear to me at this point that the only purpose of this company is to sell the company. That is my opinion. Anything I have to say about the company is of substance backed with hard facts if anyone cares to hear about them. This is in contrast to the less than substantial pumping that goes on here. If this stock goes up in spite of the information I am providing that is fine. I just hope that when the RMS Tytanic goes to the bottom it is the "pumpers" and CEO Leonard that are left holding the bag.
TYTAN DEFECTIVE AXLE
I have gotten advance notice that TractorCo.com is making an updated report to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission with regard to front steering bracket on the Tytan Model 324/334 tractors. TractorCo.com made a previous report identifying 4 failures of the front steering bracket out 9 tractors sold. One customer reported the front wheel falling off. A followup report claimed Tytan was conducting an unreported recall in violation of federal law when they knew there was a problem and issued an upgraded replacement part.
TractorCo.com has now identified another party who purchased a Tytan 324 tractor directly from Tytan International. This party experienced a catastrophic failure of the bolts securing the front steering bracket. This failure resulted in the left front wheel falling off. When the party was unable to get a response for parts support from Tytan International they sought help from TractorCo.com.
This is a significant issue as this documented incident is the second time a front wheel has fallen off. TractorCo.com is claiming this to be a life safety issue warranting a recall. This also adds to the complexity of the issue as both the actual front steering bracket has failed as well as the bolts securing it.
It appears Tytan International has further exposure to a possible nation wide recall.
Isn't it about this time of day when someone comes and overpays for $50 worth of stock so that the PPS close is artificially high?
TYTANIC FILING
This poster is refering to a filing a year old. The intent to purchase Tytan International (not Tytan Tractor) stock was executed in December of 2009. This is very old news. For the date of the quoted filing look all the way to the last page where CEO Leonard signed it in October of 2009.
As for another poster's statement about no connection to Ault....
Accountant Jerry Leslie is the professional who worked Ault's financials. Jerry Leslie is listed at Tytan International's secretary. Also listed as accountant for Tytan Holdings.
As of 9/28/10 the Tytan Holdings website (www.tytanholdings.com) is still down for non payment to Godaddy.
TYTANIC FORECLOSURE
In response to your question, it appears the commercial line of credit for Tytan International is in foreclosure. Referance previous postings for case number and court. It also appears that CEO Mark Leonard has already had a judgement against him as guarantor . This is in appeal.
It also appears that there is some excitement about Mr. Leonard's trip to China. He certainly has the ability to take photos of Chinese product. Also able to have his photo taken with arm around Chinese men.
No doubt there is lots of wonderful stuff in China to ship over here. There are a couple of problems. Mr. Leonard needs to be able to buy the product. He has no line of credit. His credit record is probably not so good right now. Probablay hard to get more credit. Chinese might be ok with loaning the US Government money but not so good with goods. If he does get some product over here who is he going to sell it too. In the last reported quarter he did less than $300K worth of business. Not very impressive. I am sure the Chinese are looking for some better performance than this. These "exclusive" agreements will only last as long as he performs.
CEO Mark Leonard does love the marketing end of this game. It is unfortunate he has so many distractions. Going to be interesting to see if he can manage all of these balls in the air.
FDIC VS. TYTAN
An update on the foreclosure action against Tytan International. Cowlitz County Superior Court Case #10-2-01361-1
A motion was granted on 9/23/10 to substitute FDIC for Cowlitz Bank as plaintiff.
TYTAN HOLDINGS WEBSITE
Still down after two weeks of notification. Somebody did not pay their Godaddy bill. Understand the company and investor relations were contacted. This is a bad sign for a company that wants you to think they are viable yet is saddled by the following:
1) Tytan International line of credit in foreclosure.
2) CEO Mark Leonard has judgement against him (under appeal)
3) Tax Warrants against Tytan International.
4) Tytan International in litigation with TractorCo.com
5) Tytan International responding to a life safety complaint by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Were are the 4 additional retail stores promised for 2010? The increased revenue? Looking forward to the Q3 for this.
RMS TYTANIC
The title is my way of making a prediction.
Tytan is still unable to get their website up. A very simple sign and I suggest clear evidence of ice berg impact.
I do not totally understand how this stock goes up and down. But my gut tells me today was manipulated.
Mr. Ash111 I do not envy your job promoting the TYTN stock. I do thank you however, for not putting me on ignore.
FACTS
I agree you are reporting the content of press releases and such. I agree that Mr. Leonard states the following.
"CEO Mark Leonard Has Seen a Significant Revenue Growth So Far in 2010 and Is Currently Estimating About a 43% Gain Year Over Year"
Using Mr. Leonard's own financial statements this statement is not true. It is laughable as he points to this revenue graph with a downward slide ....and then trys to suggest it is actually going up.
You are suggesting this is a profitable company. How can a profitable company have the following.
1) Foreclosure on line of credit.
2) Tax Warrants
3) Less than $40K in the bank. (where it has $250k a year ago)
And how is it possible that they do not have the ability to get their website up and runnning. www.tytanholdings.com
I think this is a very important indicator. They can not even make this happen. How are they going to fullfill all these other over the top promises. Mr Leonard. I challenge you to get your website up and running.
TYTAN AND CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY REPORT
I obtained a copy of the TractorCo.com CPSC report regarding the front axle on the Tytan 324/334 tractor. This is a summary of what I have discovered.
TractorCo.com is claiming their customers experienced 4 complete failures of a part called a front steering bracket. This is out of 9 tractors. One of the customers complained the entire front wheel fell off. TractorCo.com identified this as a life safety issue requiring a report to the CPSC under a federal act. TractorCo.com is claiming Tytan had previous knowledge of the issue and failed to report under this act. Evidence of Tytan’s knowledge is the fact that they had an improved part created by the factory. This improved part has been distributed to consumers complaining of failures. This is supported by Mr. Leonard’s testimony in deposition. It is also supported by statements of a customer named Sparks who states Tytan employees acknowledged a problem with the part when he called them directly. Tytan is currently responding to a CPSC investigation. No information is available yet even with a FOIA request. TractorCo.com’s position is that a recall is required based on how the Tytan product is failing in the hands of consumers. Tytan has attempted to counter with a engineering study on the original part. Tytan rejects the need for a recall.
Commentary: I took a peak at consumer product safety law. A company can make all the claims they want about how well constructed something is. If the baby’s head gets stuck in the crib and it chokes it does not matter how well constructed it is. If several babies are reported to have this problem then you have a defective product needing a recall. In this situation it appears Tytan clearly knew about a problem but is only offering the solution to complaining customers instead of making it available to all customers via a recall. Worse. Leonard is claiming he is only selling the upgrade. You can poo poo this all you want. Look what happened to Toyota when they tried to do that. If the CPSC investigation determines that not only a recall is in order but also fines the company for failing to comply with the Consumer Product Safety Act……..somebody is going to be writing a check. If somebody gets hurt due to this ………
ASSERT BOLDLY---MAINTAIN PLAUSIBLY
Please CEO Mr. Leonard. Throw your people a bone. Give them something of substance so they can sell their "lemonade."
Pay your Go Daddy bill so you can have a company website. Post soemthing of value. Do know however, I am here and I will actually read and cross check any claims you make.
THE TYTAN AULT CONNECTION
As much as Tytan wants to distance itself from Ault I found a very important connection.
Jerry Leslie
Accountant
Vancouver Wa.
Jerry is the accountant involved with the Ault 2007 annual report. I found three places where Jerry is connected with Tytan. A recent filing in the Tytan annual report. Tytan witness list for the litigation with TractorCo.com. Also deposition of Mark Leonard. I am sure there is more if I look harder.
Commentary: Ault does appear to be highly regarded in the penny stock community. Alot of weight is placed on financials in this world. I do not know of a more important person to influence these reports than an accountant. Jerry Leslie is a significant connection between Tytan Holdings and Ault Glazer.
CEO MARK LEONARD- ANOTHER LITIGATION
Clark County District Court
09/07/10
Case #XY0429925
No detailed information available online.
Commentary: I realized that I can not keep track of how many lawsuits both Mr. Leonard and Tytan International are involved in. I wonder. How many lawsuits do you have before people start to wonder what is going. Legitimate or not. You have to ask yourself why this guy attracts this much negative energy in his life. Legitimate or not. How much energy and resources does this guy have in reserve to focus on the company you want him to run?
I think it is worth my time to create a summary of Mr Leonard's legal life for the last 10 years and see what looks like. I'll get back to you.
It appears to be a habit on this board. Attention to details are not important. The website pointed to was Tytan International.
TYTAN HOLDINGS WEBSTE STILL DOWN
this has got be be embarassing. Over a week. what does it take to pay your $10 Godaddy bill?
Is this a reflection of what it is like to get parts or warranty service from Tytan International?
Looks like Investor Relations is asleep here.
Hello Investor Relations. Anybody home? Hello. Hello.
Yeah!!!! News!!!
http://www.tytantractor.com/P1030672-2.JPG
CEO Mark Leonard probably was in China and posed in front of some product. Did you notice that only one of those pieces of equipment has a Tytan label on it. Are you supposed to think that all of this is Tytan product ready to ship to the US? Mr. Leonard probably was in China and that is probably product that Mr. Leonard would like to bring to the US. I understand that the Chinese are pretty tight with their money. As in nothing leaves China without getting paid in advance. Mr. Leonard still needs your check to help him pay off his line of credit, save the Kalama "farm", and then buy some product from the Chinese. If you do write him the check then he still has to deal with the fact that once this nice shiny product gets here no one is buying anything. Hopefully this new product does have some sort of new and improved coating as it may have to sit out in the Kalama rain for a couple of years.
WHICH IS THE TRUTH CEO MR. LEONARD?
Background:
On March 3, 2010 CEO made the following press release.
KALAMA, WA. Tytan International, Inc. CEO Mark Leonard has seen a significant revenue growth so far in 2010 and is currently estimating about a 43% gain year over year.
On August 19,2010 during deposition under sworn testimony CEO Mr. Leonard made the following statement about Tytan International.
“Retail sales are down 70%. Only 2 dealers remain but neither is buying goods.”
Here is the question for you Mr. Leonard.
Can you tell us if you are seeing significant revenue growth in 2010 or a 70% decrease in sales? Which one is it sir?
Commentary: I have provided two factually true statements made by Mr. Leonard that any reasonable person will consider mutually exclusive. Mr. Leonard is going to be asked this question in November during his hearing. It would be interesting to see if he would come forward now and answer it. I feel sorry for the poor share holders left to fend for themselves as their stock value withers. All they can do is recycle old press releases, chant the party mantra, and quench their thirst on the Tytan “kool aid.” As for myself. I just can’t wait to hear your answers in November.
DEFINITION OF A SHELL
One of your own proponents offered an article that clearly called Tytan Holdings a shell. The expert authors words not mine.
Now there might be a technical definition that allows this shell to escape the government's definition. I am not even sure of that. But let's say that is the case.
One thing is certain about Tytan Holdings (formerly Ault Glazer) It is a shell of a company that has been bouncing around for several years. Like one poster remarked..."appears to have been diddled with." In 2009 it clearly had no purpose until Tytan International got stuffed inside it's open cavity.
I am trying to figure out this little penny stock game. It looks like someone just bought about $20 or $30 of stock at a price of .0028 from .002
Is it possible this is an inexpensive strategy to make it appear that the graph is not flat lining?
TYTAN NEEDS YOUR CHECKBOOK
CEO Mark Leonard and Tytan Holdings needs your money to save them. Mark has a judgement against him for the $700K line of credit. It is under appeal but that is only buying him time. Tytan International is having it’s inventory and business location foreclosed on. The “brick and mortar” and hardware everyone whats you to have confidence is in very real jeopardy of vaporizing. Then what do you have. A patent for an Amazing 4 in1 front loader with inflated lift claims?
CEO Mark Leonard needs you to buy his stock and bail him out. He needs you to fund him up so he can pay off his line of credit. At least that is what I hope he would do.
But there is not much time. If you are going to save this company before the FDIC comes in a liquidates Tytan International you better write you check now.
PENNY STOCK GURU ARTICLE
It was interesting to see the author characterize Tytan Holdings as a "shell." I am in agreement.
It talks about increased revenues. In a previous post I clearly demonstrated that the income generator (Tytan International) has had it's revenue go down since 2008 using consolodated financials. CEO Mark Leonard predicts 43% growth in 2010? Not going to happen. The peak season for Tytan was q1 and q2. These figures are down from years previous.
Q3 is going to be interesting to see. Word about sales in the tractor retail industry is it is dead dead dead.
TYTAN TRACTOR FAILURE INVESTIGATION
Obtained a copy of subject document from TractorCo.com. This document is the center piece of their defense of slander suit by Tytan International and Mark Leonard. I have the complete report with serialized evidence numbers on each page. The complete investigation is about an 1” thick if you were to print it out.
Keep in mind this evidence will be scrutinized in arbitration in November. It is submitted for you review so you can know what consumer have experienced with your companies products. Here is a link to the summary table on TractorCo.com’s website.
http://www.tractorco.com/custompage.asp?pg=TytanTractorFailureInvestigation
Below is an excerpt summarizing the results of the investigation.
---------------------------------------------
Results
IBG identified the purchase of 13 Tytan tractor/loader combinations by TractorCo.com using Tytan invoices. See Exhibit 17. These 13 tractors resulted in 12 sales. One of the 13 tractors was loaned when one of the sold tractors failed. Two tractors were taken back into inventory from their sales. One tractor was returned to inventory from the loan. The three tractors returned to inventory were then sold as demonstrators. Each sale, loan, and demo sale is considered a “consumer event.” A table was created for each of the 16 consumer events. Table (1).
Calculations
Using the results from table (1) the following calculations are made:
Tractor failures per consumer event:
12 failures divided by 16 consumer events = 75%
Tytan 324/334 tractor failures per consumer event:
12 failures divided by 12 consumer events = 100%
Tytan 504 tractor failures per consumer event:
1 failure divided by 4 consumer events = 25%
Summary
1) Tytan tractors purchased by TractorCo.com 13
2) Tytan tractor consumer events sold, loaned, and resold 16
3) Percentage failures all Tytan tractors 75%
4) Percentage failures for 324/334 Tytan tractors 100%
5) Percentage failures for 504 Tytan tractors 25%
