One of your own proponents offered an article that clearly called Tytan Holdings a shell. The expert authors words not mine.
Now there might be a technical definition that allows this shell to escape the government's definition. I am not even sure of that. But let's say that is the case.
One thing is certain about Tytan Holdings (formerly Ault Glazer) It is a shell of a company that has been bouncing around for several years. Like one poster remarked..."appears to have been diddled with." In 2009 it clearly had no purpose until Tytan International got stuffed inside it's open cavity.
