wrong again drifter -
"A penny stock is any stock under $5.00 per share by the way."
a penny stock is a common stock that trades for less than five dollars a share AND are traded over the counter (OTC) through quotation services such as the OTC Bulletin Board or the Pink Sheets. how many times do i have to correct you drift?
make sure you add kistler, neubauer and douglass to your list of defendents. there are a few others as well.
wasn't eeso at one time a "limited information company" on pink sheets? eeso is now a "no information company". so it went from a "yield" rating to a "stop" rating. pinksheets describes a "stop" rating as -
"Indicates companies that are not able or willing to provide disclosure to the public markets - either to a regulator, an exchange or Pink Sheets. Companies in this category do not make Current Information available via Pink Sheets News Service, or if they do, the available information is older than six months. This category includes defunct companies that have ceased operations as well as 'dark' companies with questionable management and market disclosure practices. Publicly traded companies that are not willing to provide information to investors should be treated with suspicion and their securities should be considered highly risky."
drift -
i really appreciate your knowledge and insight. you can call me a follower of your wisdom. do you know what a stop designation of a pink sheet company is and what effect it will have on share price? pinksheets describe a stop designation as -
"Indicates companies that are not able or willing to provide disclosure to the public markets - either to a regulator, an exchange or Pink Sheets. Companies in this category do not make Current Information available via Pink Sheets News Service, or if they do, the available information is older than six months. This category includes defunct companies that have ceased operations as well as 'dark' companies with questionable management and market disclosure practices. Publicly traded companies that are not willing to provide information to investors should be treated with suspicion and their securities should be considered highly risky."
thanks as always for your wisdom and sound investment advice.
thanks for asking.
actually, just have minor pain today that an advil could handle, but i chose a V instead. starting to think now that the extraction was not necessary. if i had it to do over again, i would have told the good dr. thanks but no thanks.
anyone getting info on the wow/eeso lawsuit? didn't ms. pudy say she was going to go back to the courthouse and provide updates?
"20 dollars by summer...
Mark this post.
CH"
it's marked. rotflmao!
keep buying shares. back that truck up. jared needs a new mercedes. classic dilution.
drifter, where have you been? come back on the board to bash a fellow poster? nothing to say about eeso? as i stated numerous times, the first day or so i posted here, i was having a bit of fun. drifter come back. you used to be the primary patriot of eeso. why the sudden change? you called jared a liar before leaving the board. now you are calling me one? what gives? come back drifter. pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
twilight kid has my email. i have much info that is not posted. let me know if you need any help.
personally, i took it as a joke. unfortunately, around this stock, there are many who won't get it. very reckless for someone to throw out that kind of garbage.
fool you once shame on you / fool you twice shame on me
what part of the suit says there was a legitimate buyout offer from a major us corporation. from what i read, wow green mentioned the buyout offer because they read the pr. am i missing something?
yeah... sure...
"The deal caught a lot of attention, including the eye of a major US corporation. As a result, CEO Jared Hochstedler has been busy fielding a merger offer. Moments before NewsChannel 15 caught up with Hochstedler Thursday, he turned down the merger offer."
there was no legitimate buyout offer from a major us corporation, it was a fabricated press release to artificially pump the stock. this is why wow green was never told of the offer. because there never was one.
"But we should be working on how to correct the stock price and developing the business to get there."
um.... isn't that jared and murphy's job. they are supposed to be making money for the shareholders through sound business decisions and strategic forsight. jared has neither of these qualities and is a proven liar who is only looking out for himself. until there is a management overhaul (murphy may have some ethics but lacks business/mgt experience) eeso will do nothing but tank. how everyone can't see this is beyond me..... you can pump a turd is much as you want, but it will always be a turd.
the vikes.. yahooo!
someone just informed me that pixelwidth posted on the other site that he spoke with eeso and the agreements posted in the ibox were genuine. i guess they also said they thought the docs being public record was a good thing because it states that eeso actually supplied wow green. mr. biggerstaff in much pain right now. had an impacted wisdom tooth pulled. ouchy...
the agreements are in the ibox. i cut and pasted the counter-suit. if you think i made up the countersuit and am posting fabricated bs, i take offense at that. but, if it stops you and others from saying i made it up, i will post the actual docs this afternoon.
the lawsuit lists eeso as a defendent
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=40289412
where have you been? they were exhibits attached to wow green's countersuit against eeso.
if things are so rosy, why no word from eeso? your fooling yourself (and the board) if you think the lawsuit is about to be settled. wow green is doing just find without eeso as a supplier.
as you know snakey, fort wayne is a very very small town. heck, how does everyone know fast eddy is a gambler and possible major cocaine user? worse city to pull off a scam. imo
yes please, double check my post. i want to buy more cheap eeso (JUST KIDDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) imo- this stock is not dead because of the manipulaters. i don't trade penny's or even big boards. i have mutuals and inherited stock. this was a scam that fell into my lap, unfortunately. if you want to trade on a scam, feel free. sec is close behind..........
actually, the volume should scare the traders. eeso has been proven a p&d. more volume like that spells trading suspension by you know who. trust me, they have their feelers out in pinky land. just look at their latest litigation releases......
no, you are starting trouble here. basically accusing me of posting an altered document to this sight. the initial post was cut off at the top because i spent the morning scanning this bs and wanted to save myself a minute or two and scanned two documents together that had about one inch of verbage each. go ahead and go back to the courthouse to quell your paranoia. by the way, you must have read wow greens countersuit. why no mention on this board? pretty provocative counter, don't you think? all in the same binder. nothing will be resolved with eeso. imo-wow green has jared by the short and curlys. they are cutting this dumb crook from the mix. jared knew this and the fact wow green was planning a lawsuit, so he acted first to save a little face. good luck judypudy.....
thanks snakey....
followed fast eddy on the sidelines for about a year or so. eddy was funny because he was very transparent with the financials. all these guys used to work at a local dealership - miers, carnes, latteu... before hooking up with kistler. miers actually had a good product, but it was all sold out the back door.
jared is much more sinister than these goons, not as bright, but more sinister. imo, jared is a sociopathic ceo. just look at that open house video. bringing in the troops was disgusting, but i believe that was a douglass play. douglass really made out on this scam. neubauer will try to follow the same path, but i believe the jig is up. maybe when all said and done, we can visit eddy at his new place.
no - - - - the way i read it, the most jared can profit in a year from wow is 5mm. unless i am reading the license agreement wrong. it is between wow green and hochstedler, not wow green and eeso. therein lies the problem. i will eat crow if someone see's different and corrects me.
the license agreement between wow green and hochstedler for you to post to the ibox as you agreed to. happy reading all.
ROTFLMAO -
you cannot be serious. is this going to be another mc donalds. murphy knows someone on the 3rd shift walmart cleaning crew. he gives him a bottle of "vomit off". there is your walmart contract. get real. so, where did you two hear these "rumors"? eeso couldn't properly supply wow green, let alone a walmart or lowes. give me a serious break.
one - i am taking your word that you will post the agreements i have provided.
Purchasing enzymes from other suppliers and selling them to Wow Green without Wow Green's prior knowledge or written consent;
b. Changing original product formulas without Wow Green's prior knowledge or written consent;
c. Failing to make products to specification;
d. Failing to give Wow Green an enzyme based pricing structure by 11/30/08;
g. Substantially overcharging Wow Green for products;
h. Causing Wow Green rework charges due to EESO's poor manufacturing practices; and
1. Failing to provide to Wow Green standards for manufacturing products.
"It also would have been nice if the complete Supply & Distribution Agreement would have been posted, but it wasn't either."
really? with the exception of a blank page and a pricing sheet, what is missing. too much time and money you say? i thought you said you would do anything for jared. i will post the license agreement tonight. maybe you will be able to tell me if anything is missing from it. too bad jared couldn't be more transparent and release the details of the contracts. heck, we never would have heard about the bellmont lawsuit had bellmont not pr'd it. same with the u-mark lawsuit. i believe someone here found that.
"We are all speculating. None of us no all the details."
really? the details are in black and white, that's all that matters.
with the exception of a blank page and a pricing sheet, yes. if you agree to post the agreement, i will include the pricing sheet and blank page. i will also post the license agreement in its entirety.
by the way, wonder where all this volume is coming from? hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
million,
why are you ignoring my request to ibox or sticky the supply agreement? do you want the wow/eeso license agreement or not? a simple yes or no would suffice. i thought you were here for the benefit of the board and to share info on eeso.
MILLION - ARE YOU GOING TO POST THE SUPPLY AGREEMENT IN THE IBOX OR STICKY MY POST. VERY SIGNIFICANT INFO IMO
hesitant to do that since it is not in front of me, but...
basically, as written, the agreement seems more between wow and jared than wow and eeso. there is an agreement that jared will personally receive bonuses if wow sells x amount of product. can't remember what else. basically, if wow did well, jared did well.
what would be troubling for me if i was a shareholder is that both agreements seem really amateurish. i would be surprised if an attorney actually drafted it. not a surprise coming from jared, but a surprise coming from allie.
MILLION - ARE YOU GOING TO POST THE AGREEMENT IN THE IBOX
maybe tonight if i get a chance.
already did, look down a little bit.
million -
why don't you prove to everyone you are here for the board and post the distribution agreement between eeso and wow green in the ibox.
there never was a bonafide buyout. not sure where your getting your info, but it is seriously flawed. douglass is a nobody who made a killing dumping eeso shares. jared is flat out too dumb to take any company to the next level. there is nothing worse than a dumb crook.
not with jared in charge.....
you will not believe the license agreement. the long and short of it is eeso was never about the shareholders. eeso was about jared getting rich on shareholder's backs.
i may post the license agreement later. lots of ucky stuff in that doc.
portion of supply and distribution agreement. enjoy
