um.... isn't that jared and murphy's job. they are supposed to be making money for the shareholders through sound business decisions and strategic forsight. jared has neither of these qualities and is a proven liar who is only looking out for himself. until there is a management overhaul (murphy may have some ethics but lacks business/mgt experience) eeso will do nothing but tank. how everyone can't see this is beyond me..... you can pump a turd is much as you want, but it will always be a turd.
